This is how I would lay out my Newsletter

1 Recruitment & Duplication
2 Daily Log in to SFI Homepage & its importance
3 Sales & Purchases at Tripleclicks
4 Rewards/Competitions/MRPs/TCredits & Other News

Newsletter is one very good idea in terms of team management and communication, but maybe more important is the way you should address issues covered and distribution to targeted audience.

Of course, as team leader you should cover:

1. Basic information and terminology about SFI.
2. What e-commerce means.
3. Methods of internet marketing.
4. Why reading, learning and training is essential for success in every business.
5. Building sound strategy for start

As a business leader with over 17 years experience I would suggest you start with the following information in your newsletter.

1. Marketing methods that work for you... and how they can use it to help their business.
2. Encouragement (in either articles, stories of success, etc)
3. Tools and techniques that may make their business run smooth and expand.
4. Education. (if you have read a new ebook... or tried a new product and have benefited from it.. you can totally share

Great question.

The short answer is content that provides value to your downline:

>>Focus on content that will help them succeed.
>>Focus on content that is duplicating what works in your Upline or other successful SFI leaders
>>Focus on content that is motivating and will get people jumping to want to build their business
>>Send a motivational quote of the week on top of every newsletter as an open
>>Talk about the SFI rules

Hello Nathaniel,

I think the best approach to starting a newsletter for your Team is, to take into account all your Team Winners & Movers, what I mean by this is, if any of your Team Win anything on PriceBenders, Daily Grand Draw, or the W3 or achieve any success make sure you highlight their names & their achievements at the Top of your Newsletter!

Then you could tell them about any News or special offers, competitions your running, Co-op's you have started?

There

Newsletter topics that you could write about are the ones that align to your down-line member's reason for joining SFI.

Using the interests of your downline members as the starting point of articles for your newsletter will then have your newsletter become a helpful resource for them.

Articles created not only by you but possibly from 2-5 other downline members will help to create a community newsletter so that other down-line member's can relate to not only you but to other

I try to assimilate the news in the past week and look forward to what should be the focus of the next few days to help my team keep up to date with current actions.

Most business people hearing an item of news would first check its true and then ask what does that mean for my business. It is the same for us as this isn't a daily exercise in collecting VP. More its laying down the foundation of future success from passive recurring monthly income.

In my drive for recruiting

I want to start a newsletter for my team of affiliates. Which topics should I focus on?

The best place to start would be the "Getting Started with your SFI Business" under the Training menu. Then, move on to Gery's Rules of Success. If you devote one or two newsletters on each rule, that will last you a while.

Once you have worked your way through the Rules of Success, there is a tremendous amount of training material under the Training menu. Look at the Affiliate

I like your question Mr Dodson.
The first thing that you have to remember is that this newsletter is for your team benefit.
Some of the things I would put onto the newsletter are:
1. Success stories of you and other team members so it serves as an encouragement to all team members especially those who are not doing much.
2. Your local promotion for the team or promotions run by SFI/Tripleclicks.
3. Ideas how to develop your business to make it profitable and long term.
4.

1) Duplication - the key to leveraging your efforts and building your business, explain about co-ops and maybe start your own.

2) ECA Program - good ways to recruit companies into Triple Clicks, try and offer some case studies.

3) Pricebenders - top tips for winning at auction.

4) Gateway Promotion - list good advertising sites that your team can promote their SFI and TC Gateways.

Good luck!
