Like every other aspect of our lives, we have to make every effort we can in order to overtake obstacles in achieving our goals. Same applies to SFI as our business and to succeed we need:

1. Motivation. Only motivation and passion can lead to undertaking every possible way to succeed. SFI forum can offer many such examples.

2. Support. Every one of us needs help on one or another way, so we should seek and ask as much as we can.

3. Commitment. As with personal relationships, if we are dedicated and eager to have and fulfill what we want so much, additional effort is needed, but we will be rewarded gracefully.

4. Persistence. No one succeeded only trying something, but with firm and consistent work and endurance.

5. Improvement. We have to improve in every possible way, read, learn, communicate, offer help and all of that leads to better understand not only SFI and their business model, but we all become better and more educated personalities.

We have to understand first that there is not such thing as unnecessary communication, but what approach we take and how we address this.

My point is that we have affiliates with different:

1. Educational background
2. Technology knowledge
3. Age, region, culture
4. Intellectual capacity
5. Character virtues

Taking into consideration all of this elements, any team leader with sound logical thinking, should adapt his approach to team members according to before mentioned diversities. Hence, he/she must be very thoughtful and careful in communication in order to achieve best possible results.

This is not an easy task at all, but with mindful and positive attitude can be achieved anything.
