What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

1.Be foucs on your business and what ever you do , no matter any challenges that may come across you just have focus that one day success will be yours.
2.Be courageous and determine because if there is no pain there is no gain and dont listen to side talk or discouragement
3.Listens to advice from your members, and work hard so that I will be a living testimony
Hello! We can't do anything with that. I think that's happening because many affiliates don't understand english. Yes, it is possible to translate with Google translator, but is very hard to understand. I guess that's because Google translate word by word :( But I personally continue to send team mails once in a week.
Don't give up! It's very important here at SFI!

It is hard to accept but not all are positive changes and improve their situation and being, but you have to try to communicate with them, and at least once a week, send them a message motivating them to change their attitude, but maybe not all of them though particle changes his mind and decides to make a difference in your life and maybe others will follow their example.
These members simply have at all, and there will be always. Since the SFI free membership, many join just to see what is there. And if they do not want to work you can not force them. Your job is to continue become members. Do not waste time on those who do not want to work. Spend their time wisely. Wasting time on those who want to work, to those who want success.

well actually all you can do is focus on the people that are interested in learning and giving the program a try, you can continue to encourage the tire kickers and you may be able to influence a few of them to try the program, but if all else fails you can transfer them to the affiliates to try to get them to get involved
Do not be discouraged.
I have some in my team who do nothing, or are beginning a little work and disappeared.
You can encourage them a million times, , they will not work.
You just give up on them, as they gave up on you.
The dedication of those who work, and this simply forget.
There is no other solution.

I think these types of affiliates need more support. You can show them SFI videos, send them mails everyday and tell them more about SFI.
Tell them easiest way to success in sfi and because if they understand then they will do defiantly. You can send them mail on their every success in sfi.

Subsidiary that do not do anything, we should not force our support. Continue to do your job and turn to the new subsidiary. If we are not demanding, rest assured that you will be inactive subsidiaries back. Not all, but certainly some of it coming back and asking for our advice. It happened to me.

every job in the beginning is difficult and we need help so it is important to contact your sponsor and talk about work at SFI and then everyone is free to decide whether to work here or not. It is very important how a person is ambitious because in doing business requires time and patience! A proverb says - patience, practice makes perfect!

I think let it, they have the right to like it, we can not force ourselves to achieve our own goals, in other words selfish, even if it's to succeed for them.
