What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

well actually all you can do is focus on the people that are interested in learning and giving the program a try, you can continue to encourage the tire kickers and you may be able to influence a few of them to try the program, but if all else fails you can transfer them to the affiliates to try to get them to get involved
What do you tell prospects who say they aren't interested in SFI because they don't know very many people?

Well i would tell them that they didn't have to know anyone to start off with SFI. And explain to them that they can start it on their own or they can choose to have someone else start it for them and either way it is a FREE program so what do they really have to lose by trying it.Or you could promote your triple clicks to them and let them know if they buy a product with a monthly subscription that their membership is automatically upgraded and they will start to earn money immediately on all their products they buy and all the products of the referrals
