What thing makes you proud to be an affiliate of SFI?
That makes me proud to be an affiliate with SFI is the business we are able to communicate with other affiliates in other countries, we can get satisfactory results with hard work and sweat of our own.
we can set our own working procedures just like BOS.

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

I think let it, they have the right to like it, we can not force ourselves to achieve our own goals, in other words selfish, even if it's to succeed for them.
we can use the other way and there are many ways to form a team or the other with a view to success in the procedure SFI
What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

Communication is too much not too good, especially the people we are communicating with does not understand what the talk. Better we work to achieve what we want.
We communicate with the team is required to achieve the growth of what we will achieve. By working closely with the team to achieve maximum revenue.

Good question Rodel, a successful leader in the SFI leader who can give or share his success with fellow affiliates, which are conducted by SFI President and Founder, Gery Carson, he can share his success with others

The first beginning we can send an email to the affiliate for us to introduce ourselves and we have to know first the person who will talk to us.
Invite affiliate to the procedures for success in SFI with good manners and are important to the capital that is not too expensive, so affordable and can be implemented by affiliates
provide a solution to what is an affiliate what neighbors are complaining so its resistance.
Always successful affiliate.
