Hie Everyone, i'm grateful for this question.

I am just going to be very short is its a question that causes no confusion at all.

ANSWER
Affiliates who never do anything are some of the things that can discourage you but don't bother much about them, just continue doing your job. One day you will be surprised to see them back and working more than anyone else.

For example, i once had this other affiliate, at first he was so determined but only for 2 weeks, he

If you are a Team Leader, it’s not about you anyway, it’s about your team so Stop Trying to Control Everything and you need to do is :

1. Equip Them, Give them as much info as you can. If it’s an issue you don’t want
communicated to the public yet, tell them so. If you have someone on your team who
can’t keep their mouth shut then address it with that person specifically but don’t
hinder the communication with the rest of the team just because of

Whenever you participate in an online business you will always get those who are just having a look.

These people are reluctant to part with any money and are suspicious of all things online and yet they want an online business. They need to be satisfied that the business is genuine and that participants are doing well in it.

In this regard, your Leadership Page should be promoted to show how many badges you have earned. It will show how long you have been a member

If you know that you are doing everything that a sponsor should do - sending out team-mails and emails regularly, conversing and making contact with your downline on every available opportunity, and setting the example by the show of your different badges earned - there is not much that you can do again. They say that you can take a horse to the water, but you cannot make it drink. Hence SFI - you can show and explain to them everything that they need to know, and if they are not willing to do the

This is a very good and sensitive question:

I have read so many answers to this question but in my own view base on my experience there is not much you can do to let those Affiliates have a change of heart toward SFI. I realized that most people who joined SFI was expecting to make very quick money immediately they signed up with no aim of laying there hands on anything so no matter what you do to convince them will most time seems like a fruitless effort.

As a team leader

"What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite you constant encouragement and offers of support?"

Essentially, there is nothing you can do for affiliates who never do anything. For whatever reason, SFI is not right for them at the moment. Whether they are not the entrepreneurial type, the time is not right for them, or whatever the reason, there is little you can do.

It is essential to continue sending team mails to them, however. I've had a lot of

Nothing ... and I mean nothing less than just being an awesome sponsor nevertheless.

When I first got on-board at SFI, I immediately saw my sponsor's welcome message. But I was "clueless" about how she became my sponsor. I even sent her a message asking if she knew me personally at one point in my life! Trusting my sponsor wasn't automatic but my motivation to explore this opportunity led me to my conscious decision that I would log on every day and get more VersaPoints! But

Other members have already expressed their answers very well and I agree with those who say to not waste any energy worrying about affiliates who never do anything with their SFI business; it is their loss.

I say keep including those affiliates in your group messages because you never know when something you say will finally catch their attention and ignite their interest. It is not our job to drag unwilling affiliates through. It is our job to provide them with insightful tips and ideas

What you do is NEVER GIVE UP ON THEM!!!

Like one of my team leaders advised me, you just continue to encourage them, even though they are not responding. You never can tell who actually would wake up from his/her slumber and becomes a gem in the long run.
He, himself was inactive for a year before he finally took to SFI and now he's a don here.
So, just be there for them, your persistency definitely would yield some result someday. We all know the rule is ;work with the workers;

Nice question.

The Affiliates who don't do anything are not necessarily the 'quitters'. They might not be interested initially or possibly they might be busy in some other work.

But, as a sponsor, our duty is to do constant follow-up with them by way of PSA/CSA mailers and keep motivating. We cannot pre-judge anyone. There are PSA's in my team who didn't login for days together, but eventually came back themselves.

Please remember one thing that we should focus on
