If you know that you are doing everything that a sponsor should do - sending out team-mails and emails regularly, conversing and making contact with your downline on every available opportunity, and setting the example by the show of your different badges earned - there is not much that you can do again. They say that you can take a horse to the water, but you cannot make it drink. Hence SFI - you can show and explain to them everything that they need to know, and if they are not willing to do the work, you cannot make them.

Some people are too set in their ways, and very laid back. There are those who always impose and depend on other people to help them out in their time of need, and because they can get things easily from others, they will never try for their own independence, by doing what it takes to have a better way of life.

Some people join with the intention of earning quick bucks, and when they realize that they have to put in the work, they disappear. There are some also who are still not certain that SFI is legitimate, and have a wavering mind. Then there are those who are intelligent enough to understand that you have to invest something (TIME and MONEY) to get a return, and because they cannot afford one or the other, or both, they just lose interest.

But remember also, that some people might just be lurking on the sidelines to observe what is going on, and when they are convinced that something great is really happening, they will jump on the wagon.

So, do not be bothered about the inactivity of those affiliates, as one day you will see some movements from those who you might have given up on.

Its not that some people have willpower and some don't. Its that some people are ready to change and others are not.

So encourage yourself, and focus on that silver lining at the end of the tunnel, for VICTORY belongs to the most PERSEVERING.

I believe that every one has a reason for joining SFI, and that is to make money.

A sponsor is supposed to be a support to you, encouraging you along the way, as water that waters the plant for it to grow. But you are supposed to be the root, a root that has a firm and solid foundation to stand against any weather. If you have that solid base - a good knowledge of SFI basics (by reading all information), and explore all of SFI's tools, what is stopping you moving forward without your sponsor?. When you start to reap the financial benefits, will you share it with your sponsor?.

It might be frustrated to know that you are not getting any response from your sponsor, but you have THE FORUM, ASK SC and a2a friends who are always ever so willing to share of their knowledge and wisdom to anyone who asks. Then there is SUPPORT to give you answers to your queries too.

Sometimes a co-sponsor can be more help that a sponsor, so there are other avenues that are open for you to seek help when needed, so do not be discouraged by a non-responsive sponsor.

You have to believe in yourself, speak to yourself, encourage yourself, and motivate yourself for success. Be positive and be a PACESETTER. Surround yourself with positive people and be optimistic for a bright future with SFI.

Do your daily, weekly and monthly task, have a standing order for monthly qualification, recruit others and follow the DUPLICATION process. Even though your sponsor is non-responsive, YOU strive to do better by being a great and awesome sponsor to your downline. Work towards achieving your set goals, and you will enjoy the benefits in the future.

Its a good opportunity to prove to yourself that you are strong enough to run this race and be a winner. Looking, waiting, pausing (waiting for a response) might cause someone else to PIP you at the finishing line, so keep moving forward.

I think a hero is an ordinary individual who finds strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles. YOU can be that HERO, inspite of no support from your sponsor.

An SFI affiliate has the opportunity to begin a business with free registration. All learning tools are free. All you have to do is to read all information properly, so that you gain knowledge of how to progress and be successful. With any business, you have to invest TIME and MONEY. Investing money in SFI helps you to accelerate your progress to success. Because its a home-run online business, you work at your own pace without anyone looking over your shoulder, but you have to be consistent.

A traditional business needs upfront investment. If you do not own your own place, you have to pay rent, utility bills, all overhead expenses, workers if necessary, cash to buy stocks, display units/advertisement, etc. Whenever you decide to do a traditional business, the most important thing is to get the right location, considering vehicle parking at the same time. You also have to ensure that what you plan to sell will be marketable in the said area, especially if someone else is doing the same thing at the same place, unless its a vastly populated area.

It can be very stressful running a business on your own, as you have to physically work very hard to open at a set time everyday, replenish stocks before they run out, treat your customers well and keep them satisfied.

So considering the difference with both businesses, I believe that being an SFI affiliate is much better. You work (use your computer) at your own pace and if you really want to be among the top, it will not cost you gold or silver, but a little INVESTMENT and your TIME of course, will go a far way into securing your future.

Successful leaders in SFI should know how to lead a team and set positive examples for their downline to follow to achieve success.

First of all, leaders should try to get good factual knowledge on SFI's business - its rules, strategies, principles, and how to be successful - by reading all available information, inspiring and motivational books, and being alert to the questions and answers shared among affiliates on ASK SC and the forum, to gain wisdom.

Leaders should be active on the STREAM and FORUM pages, pricebenders auctions, and maintain regular communication with their downline. They should always keep their communication lines open, and let them know that they are there to support and help them on this journey.

As long as they have active downline, they should teach them DUPLICATION, which is the ultimate factor for success with SFI. A standing order is a must as well, and if possible, having a coop. Leaders should be investers, and encourage their downline to invest of their TIME and MONEY as well, as no one can expect to run a profitable business without those two factors.

Leaders should give out incentives to hard working affiliates as a way of encouraging them, but not neglecting to motivate the others, as they can awake one day and realise that they should get involve in SFI, if they want to have a better way of life.

Successful leaders set goals, and aspire to work towards achieving them, as they know beforehand where they want to be, what they want to achieve and what they have to do to achieve it.

I personally believe that when going into any business, you have to think of investing CASH. If there was a way where anyone can start a business without cash upfront, even if it is a loan, then we all might have had traditional businesses functioning every where.

Even though its free to join SFI, every wise person would know that to be successful, there must be a COST. Practically, investing of your TIME is of utmost importance, but without putting in some money into starting that business, its a waste of time.

When communicating with your downline, be sincere and truthful. Give them an example of any traditional business where they have to find a large investment to take care of initial things like downpayment on rental (unless the place is owned), cost of preparation to get the place in order, including advertisement and display, buying of merchandise, etc.
Then you explain to them that with SFI, it takes just a little to invest in a standing order, to enable them to be active EA's each month. When they experience the activity of being an EA with a downline of affiliates that are earned each month, they will be encouraged to move up to the next level to be a teamleader.

However, you, the upline, must lead by example. They must see the evidence through your BADGES, and your activity in SFI. As the saying goes, SEEING is BELIEVING.

If they are wise and smart, commonsense will prevail, and they will see the importance of investing some cash, if they want to be successful in SFI.

I believe that the only way to secure the future is to take care of the present, but we all need to make the SACRIFICE, as nothing good comes easy.

There are various benefits from using the AFFILIATES E-CARDS.

SFI has made it so easy and fun-like for us to share some light moments with our team. They always say that ALL WORK AND NO PLAY MAKES JACK A DULL BOY. We are all accustomed to getting weekly emails from our UPLINE and sending our weekly emails to our downline, urging and encouraging us to do this and do that. Most times the emails are on a serious note, but with the E-CARDS, you can see the light side of things, making you want to laugh at times because of the various graphics, but at the same time, making you want to step it up to do more than before.

To me, the cards are like when you receive a special birthday or anniversary card from someone, you feel happy, and it makes you feel like you can take on the whole world.
With the E-CARDS, getting one from your UPLINE is saying to you that he/she is concerned about you, they want you to progress, and is encouraging you to move up the ladder of success.

To use them with my team, I will use them to congratulate my downline when they achieve something, on their birthday anniversary, giving them a tip to reach a set target, saying THANK YOU when it matters, and giving them encouragement to keep focusing on their goals, among other things.

I must say also that we need to lift up our upline as well, by sending them a card, if its just to say thanks for the encouragement they give to us.

Frankly speaking, I think that the E-CARDS are a great asset and tool for the success of all affiliates, who wants to share their knowledge and support of each other.

It is very important to have a good SFI account photo, for the benefit of your own business.

A good photo is one of yourself that is clear and transparent, so that anyone can see the person they are dealing or working with.

If you are serious about this business, there should be no holding back on providing your photo, as people like to see who they are dealing with. I will not do business with someone without a face, because it signifies EMPTINESS, VOID. It automatically sends the wrong vibe to other people, and there doesn't seem to be a connection at all.

Frankly speaking, I believe that to move forward in SFI, having a photo of yourself is very essential for future success.

I believe IT IS worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSA's, even though it is still vital to send out group mailing to all your downline.

The group mailing addresses the team as a whole generally, where you try to get the team motivated into action, by being an AWESOME sponsor.

When you send an individual letter, it makes the person feel special, and they will feel that you really care for them and what they do.

When my upline send me an email, and deal with my issues on a personal level, it is telling me that they are interested in my success, as we all know that we cannot be successful if our downline in left in the cold. That is why duplication is so important in this business.


They say that first impression counts, and to receive a welcome letter personally from an upline is speaking volumes. That will make any individual want to take action, if they believe in their ability to be a success in SFI.

I believe that the best of the three most popular STANDING ORDER items (IAHBE, S-BUILDER, TCredits) is the 125TCredits for $36.25.

With IAHBE, you have to have the time to read up on so much information, which is so vast that you can get very overwhelmed during the process. I personally had that as one of my standing orders, and when I realise how time consuming it is, I had to cancel it, because at the time there was so much to read in SFI, and I decided that I should get aquainted with SFI's information first.
But it is a very good product, as you get to understand the fundamentals in building a successful business.

The S-BUILDER is great, as it gives you the opportunity to build up your PSA team if you cannot afford to spend more on extra advertisement. If you are not careful though, you can get very laid back with having the S-BUILDER unit, as one can get complacent, and not bother to personally sponsor affiliates, or even try to do extra advertisement, because the S-BUILDER does it for you slowly but surely.

The TCredits can be used for so many purposes, for example, to buy products, to bid on pricebenders, to play PICK THE PRICE, to download song of the month, and most importantly, to give as gifts to hard working affiliates from time to time.

I never earned that badge because I did not understand how to, so I would not want others to lose that opportunity.

I will encourage them to read up on all available information on SFI, especially the LAUNCHPAD lessons, which will help them to know about the basic knowledge on how to be successful in this business. Referring them to the SFI Basics is important, and helping them to understand that if they want to be successful, logging in everyday is a requirement.

Because I will not want them to be overwhelmed, I will let them know that if they need any assistance, I am available to help them to understand everything they need to know pertaining to being successful in SFI.

Honesty is the best policy, so I will not promise them a bed of roses, but to give them the understanding that to progress here, they have to make the effort to invest their time and put in the necessary work to achieve their dreams.
