Nothing ... and I mean nothing less than just being an awesome sponsor nevertheless.

When I first got on-board at SFI, I immediately saw my sponsor's welcome message. But I was "clueless" about how she became my sponsor. I even sent her a message asking if she knew me personally at one point in my life! Trusting my sponsor wasn't automatic but my motivation to explore this opportunity led me to my conscious decision that I would log on every day and get more VersaPoints! But my sponsor was kind enough to send me her own SFI story of success, which eventually impacted my motivation further. I learned to trust her and her best practices because of her responsiveness to my queries.

With that experience, I would understand why some affiliates may not do anything despite the ongoing support and encouragement of his/her sponsor. I believe it's all about a person's ability and willingness to join this one-of-a-kind business opportunity. Ability could mean a person's availability and time to learn the SFI business every day. Willingness, on the other hand is one's motive for joining a global internet marketing business. Some may have ability, but not much willingness. While some may be very willing, but is currently unable to find the resources needed to stay active. In my case, I had the right motive and a reliable internet connection at home, plus the 2-3 hours I could spare every day after work.

So keep your communication lines open to all your affiliates. This is the best that you can do. You’ll never know how much wonders your encouragement and support could bring to your team.

Motivation is the one thing that surely made the difference for me to succeed in SFI.

When I stumbled upon this opportunity, I'd say the timing was perfect. My drive to own a business that is manageable while I'm still a full-time employee, inspired me to stick to the SFI program. That's my own motivation, but needless to say, SFI itself is a pro in motivating its affiliates! My efforts are well recognized through the badges I earn. The program ensures there is solid support from your sponsors / team leaders. And the system never lets you down since everything is FAIR for everyone. The rules have been established so that everyone gets motivated to try simple things, to participate in fun games, and feel the presence of a global family with one end in mind - to succeed.

As I keep myself reminded of my main motivation to stay in the game, I find ways to make my team feel motivated as well. And just the same, SFI makes sure I am reminded of the things I need to do to become an awesome sponsor. Thus, motivation encompasses the SFI system. You can never go wrong here. Cheers!

This is a timely question as I have just started a Team Contest using TCredits as reward for my qualified Affiliates!

I personally find TCredits as a very valuable asset in SFI. Imagine what you can do with this product! I'd say it's always a win-win situation for me. With my monthly 125 TCredits as Standing Order, I can bid in Pricebenders while accumulating both MRPs and VPs just by doing that. I can also join PTP which has given me additional TCredits on some occasions. And with the recent developments in SFI, I feel more motivated to use my TCredits to join other activities, like the Eager Zebra games, and perhaps even download music because every time I join, I get more VPs!

This is the same excitement I'd like to share with my team. The TCredits Mania! I consider this as a "liquid asset". You can never go wrong with this product as a form of promoting various activities in SFI while having fun and building your business. Need I say more?

One thing I learned about how we can live a better life is to remind ourselves to focus on our "Circle of Influence", rather than our "Circle of Concern".

Just like the other facets in our life, our SFI business will have its ups and downs. But as long as we look at the things that are within our control, and we can influence positively, then there's no reason to worry - thus, no reason to give up.

What are within my "circle of influence"? I would say it's having an internet connection, having a computer that I can use for at least 2 hours a day. It's also knowing that at my own pace, and with the right discipline, I can fulfill my goals through these available resources - at the tip of my fingertips!

Of course I do recognize the things that are still in my "circle of concern" at this time - those that are not yet within my reach. But that's why we have monthly goals, and all the resources, including fellow affiliates who can always help us overcome those concerns. In essence, there's really nothing to lose here. It's just a matter of how we see things, and recognize SFI as our future. We shouldn't give up our future, ever.
