Although buying PSA’s will give you a boost in your affiliates count, I think doing the “legwork” yourself will give you better quality affiliates for the simple reason, you have an “offline” connection with them. Because of this, it will be easier to mentor him/her as you spend time on duplication. The great thing about SFI is that SFI has all the tools available for sponsoring affiliates either way!
You could buy PSAs or sponsor them your self,it is for the growth of your team.
You should know that sponsoring them your self is just one method of advertisement towards building your team,and it is done in most cases on the ground that there is no money to buy PSAs. But if there is,you can sponsor them your self as a reliable source and buy them too.
You can always get better PSAs from buying.
I am also sold to my sponsor..so you see!! It works for good in both ways.
Both are great ways to get PSAs. By buying PSAs you have a guaranteed downline. It helps to get your downline started . By sponsoring PSAs yourself you are learning valuable skills in marketing and recruiting. These are skills that will remain with you for the rest of your life, not to mention Rewarding as well in seeing your efforts spring to life.

The objective is to find those 5-10 PSA who will come along with you in building their business and duplicating what you have done, eventually you will get a big business.
Also you can do free advertising to get your PSA too.

After almost a year and a half of trying to sponsor workers myself...I decided to call it off as a bad joke and buy them instead. That way you get many (depending on how many you order) and so there are more chances of finding at least one or two who will be ready to work along with you. Its more motivating when you have a few workers under you - so my sincere advice to you is buy your PSAs and advertise your sales instead. :)
Personally I'm against buying PSA's or CSA's.
And here's why.
When you post personally written add, not some generic post but something unique, and your very own, people will respond to that. They would make that first step toward You.
And they would really want you to be their sponsor, their mentor and guide through this business.
I think that gives you an advantage over some random add they clicked and then by some fortune ended up in your lap.
Buying or Inviting PSAs is one thing. No matter if you BUY them or GET them by recruiting method you've done your self, the hard way, you still have to learn how to sponsor them. It is the purpose of SFI, to get your downline BIG but to teach them on DUPLICATION so as a result you will get the TEAM working for you.
Hmmmmm, buying PSAs is not a guarantee that they will do the job. But, you never know where is golden wire hidden. From quantity usually comes out quality. My suggestion is to do both methods. From my experience, private conversations are the best way for new affiliates...Wish you success in our SFI business.
