I think it's interesting that you say learn how to sponsor. We should all learn how to sponsor, it is a great thing to teach your group. Not all your downline will have the benefit of buying their affiliates, so yes I would tell you to please learn how to sponsor by recruiting,
The answer to which is better for you business is a quick answer, both are equally important and I highly recommend you do both, I mean why waste a resource at your disposal, RIGHT?

This question has a simple answer. Primarily I begin to look for a new PSA and discuss business with friends, acquaintances, because the duplication is very important in this business. The second step is to advertise jobs for free on Facebook and if the financial situation allows you to try the same with paid ads but no more than $ 5. The third step is to go to the auction and try to buy cheap. Which is why I used this way? just because you have to count on that will be most involved of curiosity and a minority who really want the job. If you have more money to invest in this business, then you can (If you want,it is not an obligation) buy new PSAs

If you doesn't have enough money to invest, use that little to be part of the S-Builder Co-op where you can gain new PSAs

If you don't have any money to invest in this business, then you should learn how to sponsor PSAs yourself.

If, you are able to sponsor yourself at cheap price it is good, but if you are not able you can buy. for me, the combination is good in way to spreed your downline and increase the chance for active affiliates. you can sponsor yourself and having inactive affiliates. also you can buy and have the same result. but if you combine both methods, the chance for having a dynamic affiliates will be high.

a nice question asked. this was my one of the first few question i asked my sponsor. and she show my the difference of the PSA that he bought and her own sponsored PSA. and i saw the difference is huge. she sponsored 2 PSA and make the workable. now they are working at the same time he bought 25 PSA and now of them are working he contacted them sent so many mails but no response so i think you should learn how to sponsor. thnx

Hi Boza I like your question and I think both are very important.
Firstly it is more than you learning to sponsor yourself, but just about sharing SFI and its benefits with friends and family, the more you know and confident you get about your business, the more success you will get sponsoring your friends and family.
Also paying for PSA is important.
The objective is to find those 5-10 PSA as fast as possible who will come along with you in building their business and duplicating what you have done, eventually you will get a big business.

There are mainly two things are to be considered in this case

I shall say that if you do not face the hurdles like snow, rain, storm through out the journey of your way then how shall you acknowledge all the circumstances that may hinder your progress ,then how shall you adopt your self with all the adversity. If you face all the circumstances then they will do nothing but make you an experienced one. That can help you in every step and in this way you can get the real flavor of a successful experienced journey.

Those will stay in your mind as a memento of a journey. A journey that has given you some knowledge, a freedom to handle the storm and snow, a journey that has given you scope to think a strategy in your own way. You have applied all those strategy and you are a successful one in present.

Think as , you are the traveler and the road is sfi itself .You are traveling to become a successful sfi businessman. Then it would be a sweet dream of yours.

So, I suggest you to face all the challenges, never bend your head and try to learn how to recruit people in company. Face different customers, different clients, and different job seekers. Know their views, their ambitions, their expectation .Consult with them, learn which will be the better option for them to meet their targets. Make business strategy for them ,so that they can rely on you , build their trust on you.
This is the adaptation with the circumstances.

Never give up. Try to give your full effort to make a success in your favor. You will be a experienced person in sfi then. So learn how to recruit PSA in sfi .


But it may happen when all those are running in their motions are not favoring you at all.
Try the other option. Then you can buy PSA with the expense of money. Buy them, train them and build them as a strong member of your team.

Buying PSA is good remark for your business and mainly expansion of your business team can make your earning better. But doing PSA recruitment through your own hand is also a good sign, which tells us that you are really learning the systems of sfi.

We can do that the both ways ,the choice is up to ourselfs but there is something else after, to learn them on duplication and help them in case they need that.We all know that most of the affiliates are just signing in and become inactive after some time , so it is not a matter how many PSA will sign in , it is a matter how many of them will work.For all the tips how to sponsor affiliates we already have here in SFI so just follow the directions, those are really helping tips.

First of all, it is good to realize the fact that everyone have different personalities which affect how they confront the everyday so issues of life.

Now to your question, PSAs are a major factor in determining how far one is able to go in this business. But like we are told in the beginners guide to find just 5 PSAs and teach them what you do by way of mentoring and you are set up for success. This to me is possible when you are able to connect with this affiliates on a personal level and guide them through the rudiments of the business.

Having said that, I do not subscribe to purchasing PSAs off the shelf and amass very large number of ineffective PSAs.
