What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?

HI, listen you have got to get inside their heads. Friend them on face book, there is a chance to connect with them on video which really makes a good impression. Also in reviewing their profile on face book you get to know their likes on music and movies this makes connecting to them on a more personal level much more affective.
Use you SFI communications they are good, but remember they may not come back to the site so use their personal email also. Just ask if there is anything you can help them with. Never force never push, INVITE and ALLOW them to use your knowledge to further THEIR goals. thanks for the minute.

In the business we work in we need to make personal contact in as many ways as possible. To show people that they are important means showing them you are thinking of them often. the new e-card are a great way to remember your people's birthday, you can congratulate them on there accomplishment. Encourage them in the bad times, surprise them just for the heck of it.
Everyone loves to be thought of in a good way. tips and best wishes have always been great and now SFI has given us a wonderful way to do this quickly and efficiently.
Announcing contest winners to all your downline with these little gems is a great way to create friendly competition between your teams. Who can make the most vp, who can sell the most from TrippleClicks, who can sign up the most affiliates, the list is endless. Have fun with these cards and have fun with your business or else it will become a chore.

What is the benefit of buying an S-Builder Co-op unit vs buying an upline member's co-op unit?

Janet you ask a stick question, whether it is better to be nice to your sponsor or do the best for your business. My sponsor is a great guy and is always trying to help his people in any way he can, he has set up co-ops for us but he always lets us know that we can do s-builder instead. He doesn't let his ego get in his way, he is continually looking for things that will help his team.
The question is what is better for your business, my advice is to try both. you can try your uplines advertising for the short term and do the s-builder with long term goals in mind.
One of the other things to take into account is duplication, can you do what your sponsor is doing, can your down line do what you are doing. In this case I would defiantly stick with s-builders as that helps SFI and also your down line. If the cost is a problem then spread the cost around between your down line, be sure that there is clarity if you do this, you don't want bruised feeling between you and your downline, that would be a deal breaker for sure. I have an ECA store with products designed for SFI affiliates. What are some good ways to promote my store to affiliates while remaining ethical, and adhering to SFI rules and regulations?

If you were to make friends on a2a and then let them know you had products that might be of service to them at your eca, I would see nothing wrong with that, you would be pushing your eca store not the products. Something else helpful would be naming your store in a manner that would let people know what the content in the store is, then you could just mention the name.
Please make it about the affiliates not about you making money, be sure you have quality products that you have used so you can give reviews to your downline and a2a friends. There are many products on the market and many are not worth the price that will be asked for them. You will do good if these products if they help the people because word of mouth is the best advertising.

You don't think I know the answer? I know the answer.... ok well the quickest way is to buy them. That's easy and quick. The next way is to do ALOT of paid advertising. You will probably spend as much as the first way. I guess you could hire a head hunter agency that look for good people for your business.
I know you think I am making a joke, maybe I am because I think this question is a little grandiose. Please let me explain before you hit the bad button.
I find that the people that sign up 100s of people a day are those who already have 100s in their down line, They have matured in the SFI business to a point they can handle this influx of people. I am BTL but if I get more then 20 a month in my team I go into a frenzy and I don't do a good job with my people. To service 100s of people you would have to use a conveyer belt type of technique and really you need to show each and every one that they are important to you. Not treat them like they are in the unemployment line with the "next" approach.
When first starting out you need to learn the system to keep people in you group or you will have an up side down funnel. Just love the dickens out of then and it will be all right.

Why is it important to have a good SFI account photo? And what makes a good photo?

You know there are many ways to look at this. There is the professional way, there is the "get people that I can hang with" way, there is the "sex sell everything" way. I will take these one at a time and see what you think.
First, most people will say you need to be professional. Use a picture of your head and a couple of inches of shoulders. This shows you are serious about you business and looking for serious people to help you reach you goals.
The second one is more of who you want at a party type. I don't really feel that this a great way to go but some seem to think so. Maybe a picture of you holding a beer or a shot glass while staring at the camera in the bathroom mirror is the best you can find, but I don't think it will help you with recruiting the type of people that will stick to the business.
OK, shall we take a look at the third way. lol. If you think picture of you in a swimsuit or underwear(for the guys) will make you a more attractive boss then go for it. While these pictures may be fun to look at it will do you no good in this business. I think I made my opinions clear. yes? Stay hungry my friends and when we meet on the beaches of this world there will be time for a drink and swimsuits.

How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Well lets see, how often should you talk to your up line, wow listen, as an up line I love my people to contact me, I mean everyday is ok.
That being said, if you are using your sponsor to answer questions that you should know the answer to because you were supposed to read, then I would ask if you read what you were supposed to.
Much better to ask your sponsor where the answer is to be found. Then if you can't understand what is being said then ask your up-line to simplify what is written.
the best resource to finding my way around is called "site map" and you will find it on the bottom of almost any page in the links section.

There is two ways to look at a standing order, as a blessing or a curse.
First it's a blessing because it allows you to be able to concentrate on more important things then scrambling for points each month. Plus it opens up many more avenues for profit by staying EA.
To some it's a curse, they think OH NO I've got to have money for that standing order. With this mind set it is a burden to have a standing order.
So we see the standing order is not the problem. It is the mindset of the individual that is the problem. If people believe they are poor they will have a negative viewpoint, but if they believe they are well off then they will gladly have a standing order.
So how do we solve this riddle? Treat people the way you want them to be, let them know the are blessed to be here, because they are. show them they are owners of a multimillion dollar store. Because we are!!
We are tasked with changing the way this world thinks, from what they here and see, to what they can be inside themselves.

I think it's interesting that you say learn how to sponsor. We should all learn how to sponsor, it is a great thing to teach your group. Not all your downline will have the benefit of buying their affiliates, so yes I would tell you to please learn how to sponsor by recruiting,
The answer to which is better for you business is a quick answer, both are equally important and I highly recommend you do both, I mean why waste a resource at your disposal, RIGHT?

OK heres your answer, LOOK IN THE MIRROR, I know you feel like you don't understand it all, no worries, it's that way with most of us.
SFI has given us all the tools to become our mentor. The site will be your mentor. I's nice to have someone to show you all the ropes, my sponsor helped me, but he showed me where to find the answers so that I could show my people where to find the answers.
If you don't have a great sponsor then remember, resistance will make muscle,you get stronger the tougher it is. So grow your muscles and become the Rocky that is inside of you. Eye of the tiger my friends
