This is very good and useful question arises from not only the Executive affiliate but also from the new affiliates-- how they shall build a business team in sfi and how they should maintain and lead their team to become successful.
Then the question arises on how they will make contact with their fellow team members who have been personally recruited by them and have been achieved from co op program.


In this case I suggest you to give them a warm greeting at the time of their first arrivals to sfi or when he or she is being first connected with you.

Inform them about what the sfi is and how does it works.

Give them all the necessary getting started instructions, which they should have to carry on starting the business.

Tell them to read all the Launch pad Lessons regularly because these will teach them how to work in sfi and all the aspects of sfi and tripleclicks.

Make a phone call or send a message to them and tell them that 'I am your sponsor, and being your sponsor I shall guide you through out this long road journey to bring a success in your home and then we shall celebrate it as our team’s success. I shall remain your guide and advisor till your biggest achievement in the sfi.

Collect their birth date from sfi or ask them about it through normal conversation. Write down the date on your note pad. Give them Happy Birthday Message on that particular day.

Contact them frequently .Make some little conversation on how they are progressing.

Think him as a guest who has come to your house from a long village or a long country to find some job in your city or nearby city. You have given him a shelter in your house, instead of that he/she pay you rents.

Sfi is not just a business ,it is a big family .The members are doing their works for the hours, for the days, for the years after all .So many storm, blizzards, obstacles have been faced by the members, though they are still working and working .They have faced lots of happy moments also ,they achieved success because they have worked as a team -the team of sfi.

Inform all the affiliates under you that the team's success is dependent on their successes .Make this team a successful one in future.

So make some strategy for your battle. Contact them and consult with them about this.

If your affiliate team members are living near your house or city ,schedule some occasional meetings at any place. It may be a coffee shop, shopping moll, at the stadium of football or cricket match. Invite them at your house party, make some conversations about yours ongoing business ie. sfi.

If he or she lives far from your house use telephonic and e-conversation (email, e-chat etc.)

Help them in distress condition, when he or she feels lack of Versa Points, give them some tc credit from you.

Inform them all the present happenings in sfi and tripleclicks.

Post some encouraging, informative messages in your stream post for your own PSAs and CSAs.

Build up a relationship for their next 365 days.

Same as in the sfi every new affiliate is new plant who has just come to the land of sfi and tripleclicks. He/she needs support from one who can stand up for his /her every little success.

Generally every new affiliate is offered

1. A Sponsor who is the first generation care taker of the the PSA and

2. Co Sponsor who also support the affiliates to make them successful in sfi.

Besides these there are lot of supports are there in the sfi

3. A2A connections: An affiliate can contact other sfi members through a2a search and can exchange thoughts and business ideas and also can seek help from them.

4. Forum: Affiliate can get help and supportive messages and ideas from the forum members.

5. Upline Team members: If the affiliate need mentor they can contact their upline team members through team mails, phone calls etc. They are the experience enough
to give the new affiliates suggestions and helping messages.

6. Gery Carson’s stream post/forum, ASC Gery, Sfi News, Suggestion Box etc. can be good mentor.

7.ASC SC pages can also be a good mentor of any one. There are lot of questions & answers .Many affiliates have felt different situations and they have clarify their query through Ask Sc. Browse those questions and answers & apply them in your business strategies.


8. Support: Almost all the information are available at support page. After submitting tickets one can get the solution of any query.

9.IAHBE: There are lot of business tutorials and books are there in IAHBE.

This is an important question to qualify one self for the Team Leader or EA easily; because, this is the main target of every sfi affiliate for the every month.

There are basically two types of people in sfi

1. Who have much money to invest in the business or they like to invest money in their business. &
2. Who has not much money to invest or they want to take out maximum benefits from the business with little investment.

Firstly consider those persons, belong to group1.

I shall suggest them to do the followings

a) If the affiliates are new in the sfi they will get lot of free versa points available in the TO LIST page. They should just have to earn those free VPs. The sources of VPs are available in TODO List. They can easily qualify for Team Leader or EA earning those VP for the their first month in sfi.

b) Make a standing order of 1500 VP. Affiliate will get 1500 VP each month without doing any tasks in TO DO LIST and can qualify for the EA each month.

c) Subscribe IAHBE which will give 1500 VP to the subscriber and a complete guide which is needed to become a good team leader.

d) Buy PSAs from Tripleclicks .They will increase your earning and for every qualified EA2 one sponsor can get 100 VP


Now for the group 2.my suggestions are followings

a) For the first month it is an easy task to earn 1500 VP as I’ve stated above.

b) Try to recruit people in sfi from your first month in the sfi ,so that you can get those 100 VP for every affiliate who will achieve the EA2 rank. If they earn BTL,STL,GTL,PTL status then you will get150,200,250,300 VP respectively for the each qualified PSA .This will surely help you to achieve 1500VP for the next months.

c) Recruit ECA from your local areas to earn immediate 100VP.If you can refer 15 ECA to the Tripleclicks in one month you will get 1500VP and you will qualify for the EA.

d) Sell your unwanted stuffs through tripleclicks and earn money .With this money make your purchases at tripleclicks and earn VP for every purchase.

e)If you have little money try to purchase 1 or 2 TCredit regularly The cost of 1TCredit is $1.99 .Purchasing of 1 TCredit gives 102 VPs. That is why if one purchases 15 VP in this way in a month, he/she can earn a total of 1530VP.

I am not saying that you should have to purchase 15TCredit.But try to purchase as much as possible. Similarly I am not instructing to recruit exactly 15 ECA, but try as many as you can.

There are mainly two things are to be considered in this case

I shall say that if you do not face the hurdles like snow, rain, storm through out the journey of your way then how shall you acknowledge all the circumstances that may hinder your progress ,then how shall you adopt your self with all the adversity. If you face all the circumstances then they will do nothing but make you an experienced one. That can help you in every step and in this way you can get the real flavor of a successful experienced journey.

Those will stay in your mind as a memento of a journey. A journey that has given you some knowledge, a freedom to handle the storm and snow, a journey that has given you scope to think a strategy in your own way. You have applied all those strategy and you are a successful one in present.

Think as , you are the traveler and the road is sfi itself .You are traveling to become a successful sfi businessman. Then it would be a sweet dream of yours.

So, I suggest you to face all the challenges, never bend your head and try to learn how to recruit people in company. Face different customers, different clients, and different job seekers. Know their views, their ambitions, their expectation .Consult with them, learn which will be the better option for them to meet their targets. Make business strategy for them ,so that they can rely on you , build their trust on you.
This is the adaptation with the circumstances.

Never give up. Try to give your full effort to make a success in your favor. You will be a experienced person in sfi then. So learn how to recruit PSA in sfi .


But it may happen when all those are running in their motions are not favoring you at all.
Try the other option. Then you can buy PSA with the expense of money. Buy them, train them and build them as a strong member of your team.

Buying PSA is good remark for your business and mainly expansion of your business team can make your earning better. But doing PSA recruitment through your own hand is also a good sign, which tells us that you are really learning the systems of sfi.
