How about a simple web page, or blog, where you could answer to questions that are in your downline. One by one could create an awsome blog or resource. Eventually your answers would have comments and so on. Great content is in sight and it's al made by yourself.
This is what I'm doing... First answer all my questions and then answer to the questions that arrives on my sight.
The best way would be having your own website that explains most of the newbie type questions. You can have a FAQ section on your website that lists out the top questions and answers. You can drive traffic to your website and use your gateways to link back to SFI.
This way, by the time a prospect actually signs up, they have passed through your FAQ and should have most of their questions answered.
I'm sorry to say it, but unless you buy them from ECAs from TripleClicks your not going to get away with not answering a lot of questions. Sure buying them will get them in your downline, but even then you have to except that your going to have to step up to the plate and be the sponsor, the leader of your business, and still get a lot of questions from your affiliates. I get ask many questions when I hand out my cards or for that fact even mention a business opportunity to someone. So I'm sorry we can't slide by on our good looks. How I wish it were so, lol. ohhh, getting new affiliates signed up without plenty questions. yes it is very challenging because from experience i sometimes become so tied of answering questions, but when i remember countless number of questions i asked before i join i feel sympathy for those that ask, and thus i answer all could. but if you think these question are too much and you don't have enough time to answer them all, just refer them to Gery, am sure SFi corporate has enough data in its memory to answer every aspect of SFI business question that arise.
you can also encourage the affiliates to study SFI deeply before registering for the program. hope i made my points to help out

I would suggest share 1 or 2 success stories you have experienced with SFI. Show them of course the SFI Basics and launchpad. I always advise them of these and then if they have any SPECIFIC questions I would be happy to answer.
You may advise them that SFI takes time to study and read but SFI provides all the information they need.
If it is someone you know well and have seen their talents that fit with SFI then tell them in what ways they can be an asset to SFI.

Then give them your SFI referral link.
When new affiliates log in to their SFI Homepage for the first time, there is an alert informing that there is a message from you. You should therefore start by setting up a new PSA greeting at: https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/NewAffiliateGreeting.
In your greeting, encourage new affiliates to start their online training at SFI Basics and Launchpad.
However, let them know that you are always available, should they need any assistance.
The best way is to remind them that they can join SFI for FREE. No risk on their part whatsoever. There is no $$ investment required. Then instead of trying to answer a bunch of questions, refer them to the SFI homepage--basics, launchpad, support etc. This is especially important when you have just joined SFI. SFI has the support and training set up to answer their questions much more effectively than you can--especially if you are a newbie yourself.
SFI doesn't do webinars or video presentations which answer a lot of questions for potential new affiliates before they ask them but at present no such vehicles exist within the SFI affiliate system. The best to get new affiliates signed up without having to answer a lot of questions is simply for the potential new affiliate to follow the SFI affiliate system letter for letter. The SFI affiliate system has anticipated most questions asked by new persons if they just follow the system.
