The best ways to keep your downline from quitting are:

1. Find out what motivates them. Is it money? Helping others? Everyone has triggers which will motivate them more. Once you find that trigger you can approach them from that angle.

2. Communicate with your downline on a regular basis and help them when they ask you for help. Give them regular encouragement.

3. Ask them to set some goals and help them with this process. Make sure their goals are achievable yet

How does one support a new affiliate from the second month in gaining needed VersaPoints if he/she does not have any funds?

People often say they don't have any funds and sometimes this is true. Usually, though you can help people find the funds to purchase a monthly IAHBE membership by helping them see ways they can cut some discretionary spending. For example, they may go the movies twice a month. Cutting that down to once a month could save them $20. Perhaps, they order out for pizza twice a month. Cutting that down to once a month could save them another $15 a month. These two cost savings together could help

Invite them to be your friend on Facebook and to follow you on Twitter. Communication with your affiliates is a key to success. I think its more important to be their friend first and really find out about their goals and dreams for life and for their SFI business. As you get to know them better, you will better able to help them with their business. So be their friend and be sincere in wanting to help them attain their goals. Remember, when your affiliates succeed, you succeed. So my tip is

How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?

You don't really need to convince anybody of having a Standing Order. In my opinion, you shouldn't try to "convince" them. Its important to have a SO yourself because that increases your credibility and is duplicatable. I would just share the benefits of having a SO and ask my PSA/CSA to review how having a SO can help them reach EA and BTL faster. The affiliate should be completing his to do list every single day and completing the Launchpad lessons. I read about the SO benefits and

Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?

The quick answer is yes. You should at least present the SFI opportunity to them. However, I believe the best way to start is to give them Triple Click Gift Cards so they can see how they can save money by buying from your store. Second, I believe its important that they see your success in SFI. When they can see proof of your success, your family members are more likely to be curious and receptive to SFI. In my opinion, leading with the product is the best way to introduce family and close

How would it benefit me to transfer TCredits to my PSAs or CSAs?

I am a firm believer that a team is only as strong as it's weakest link. Transferring T credits or PSAs can help strengthen and build your whole organization. When done properly it can be a win-win deal. I would only transfer T Credits to my PSAs or CSAs that are working the business regularly (i.e logging in and completing their to do list regularly.) You can set up a contest where the top PSAs and CSAs on your team for one week will receive 10 T credits as their prize. Or you can send an email

I think we may be asking the wrong question. In my opinion, the most effective marketing is target marketing. Target marketing is designing your ad to a specific group or niche. For example, the best way to advertise the SFI opportunity would be to advertise to those seeking home based businesses. Another example, if you wanted to advertise ECA, target your message to business owners. You can target your advertising message in either paid or free advertising forums. It might be a bit easier to

What's the best way to get new affiliates signed up without having to answer a lot of questions first?

The best way is to remind them that they can join SFI for FREE. No risk on their part whatsoever. There is no $$ investment required. Then instead of trying to answer a bunch of questions, refer them to the SFI homepage--basics, launchpad, support etc. This is especially important when you have just joined SFI. SFI has the support and training set up to answer their questions much more effectively than you can--especially if you are a newbie yourself.

A successful leader in SFI:

1. Constantly learns by reading the daily alerts and increases his/her knowledge about marketing strategies, training, TC products etc.

2. Wants to help the affiliates under him/her and is available to help them.
3. Completes the daily to do list.
4. Follows the example of succesful SFI leaders and understands how to duplicate their success.
5. Trains his/her affiliates the duplication process in a simple way.
6. Is very positive

How do you handle being rejected over and over again when presenting the SFI opportunity to others?

The most important thing is to not take rejection personally. People are usually not rejecting you--they just don't see the benefits of joining SFI. We must remember the old adage: "Some will, some won't, so what! Next!". This doesn't mean you give up on those who don't see the power and benefits of SFI right away. Move on to the next prospect and then touch base with your other contact a bit later on. Even if people don't join, don't give up on them. Let that person know you will
