I'm always against giving TC mass and without a reason. TC can give people to inspire them to better and more rapid progress in the business, but solely through the breaststroke competition within the team. Make a contest which will reward you with a few TC those who confirm their EA or EA2 status, perhaps even BTL and proportion that specify the number of measures of TC and it will get if you do it. If done differently can be seen to be trying to keep with some gifts and that we do not need because I have a system of rewards and earnings in the company's more than great and speaks for itself that this is a job for those who look to the long term and not those who want to get rich overnight. Explain simply that with this gift you want to help them but themselves as satisfied associate creates satisfied sponsors, and when everyone is happy, then that is going forward. Hi! I just have to share this with you.
The other day, I was playing the auctions for some TCredits, when my sponsor joined in. He saw that I missed winning by a second, and I was running short of TC's and he quickly transferred 20TC's to me. I was surprised to see more TC's...... but was I thrilled? You bet! I will never forget this act by my sponsor. It really motivated me. Thanks Larry! He has me hooked on to SFI partly because of this and many other spontaneous acts of generosity!

If you are a Team Leader you're gonna have matching vps for anything your PSAs or CSAs do ans if they use it to purchase stuff why you get some commissions off it. so i'm guessing at the end of the day you have a lot to benefit from transfer of credits. Don't do it often so they don't come to rely on you to move ahead though, use it to assist those affiliates you know would be of benefit to you.
It would give them confidence in you as a sponsor/cosponsor and help them to trust you, so that when you send them messages they will be more likely to read and do the tasks you present to them.
I would only do this sparingly though, so as not to make them too dependant. They need to also learn to use the tcredits for more than just the pricebenders auctions. Show them how to list things on their tconnect pages and start making sales. Also show them how to do the t-time and direct them to the wave 3 program so they can start earning their own tcredits.

Transferring TC is a very useful to our downlines PSA or CSA. In every single gift or help to our downlines will push you up by commission or rank. That TC example can make your PSA TL then you will earn 150 vp plus the maching vp in commission. So be helpful as much as you can to your downlines you are building strong team and you are doing your self to be an awesome sponsor.
First of all we must understand transfer of TCredits to whom on what conditions.
Ok, transferring or gifting TCredits to PSAs / CSAs depends on their individual achievements, reaching EA status, about to set up SO, etc.
Go to Genealogy last tab & click "Transfer TCredits" and you will come to know.
The benefit is only to initiate affiliates in your team.
Make them understand the participation of Price Benders' Auctions.
If one found comfortable, he will definitely set SO, and you made a sale, that is your benefit.
By doing this the PSAs or CSAs will feel great and they will want to do the same thing to their downlines, and through this it will build a positive way in them and they will continue to build their business and when they do start, you will see your benefits.
It's like a way to lift them up making them be special.
