building a team - with true team spirit has to start with the leader showing a good example and achieving a high level of success while doing it, and also carrying the team along and encouraging them and boosting their effort where necessary. SFI is a place where you lead by example because if you as a leader are striving for a higher level you want your team to reach a certain level before you can get there, you can also create a scenario where you all get to the same level or achieve a higher level at the same time.
if you really want a true team spirit don't wait for a team mate to tell you they are in problem or unable to meet a target, find out before you are told - a good leader always preempts issues.
try and ensure that all your team members are up and doing and encourage them always.

How can you keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI?

This is a very important question because it is a challenge sometimes as an individual to want to continue and then while your spirits are flagging you need to encourage some other persons on continuing. I've thought about a really suitable answer to give but i can't come up with something perfect, i'm not perfect.
The best way to keep your downline from quitting and giving up is to lead by example and do your very best to assist where and when possible knowing that for every one affiliate in your downline that achieves a goal you benefit from it. keeping that in mind, as many affiliates that respond to you after contacting them make sure you do a follow up and always try to keep in touch with them. Communication soles a lot of problems.

What is a good letter that I can send to potential affiliates who desire to know more about SFI?

Hi Mark,
Truthfully i don't think there's really a good letter perse, i feel like you just send a letter if worded properly it becomes a good letter. for me i've decided not to send out all those long letters that sometimes i feel like they don't read them and i've been getting good responses from them. what i do is i give assignments because it's easy to tell me and calculate how many points i can make to be whatever i can be on SFI but the truth is if you don't show me how i can't get there and so i give assignments. Assignment 1: do your tabs
Assignment 2: Upload your picture
Assignment 3: Read your launchpad lessons and get your points
and so on. it gets them there and increases their points.

I want to start a newsletter for my team of affiliates. Which topics should I focus on?

there is really no major topic you can focus on that would really make a difference, i say this because if your affiliates are all inactive then the topic you focused on would be pointless. i believe you should do what most parents do when they try to convince their kids to try something new, make them believe that whatever you decide to tell them they should be comfortable with it. i've had people accuse me of doing internet fraud to the most disgusting internet scam i can think of. i've had people who have said i'm being scammed and that SFI is a load of horse manure but when i'm given the chance to defend or say something to them that think they know it all, i tell them that
1. SFI has given me employment in a place where unemployment is drastically high.
2. SFI has given me a new group of friends who are in the same business and actually make time out for me.
3. it definitely is as real as all businesses that are out there.
Don't worry when i the money starts coming i'll laugh in your face.

How does one support all your downline affiliates if you have barely enough to support your own self?

Hello dear,
Concerning your question, I've come to realise that you can only do so much for an individual who was also attracted to the SFI program for pretty much the same reason you joined. Sponsoring and supporting can only be done when you have enough but you can always encourage and read up a lot of the SFI advice and articles so you could learn more and be able to support morally or in an advisory capacity. Encouragement and support really doesn't have to always be financial. You could always come straight out and say you don't have to spare. hope this helps... cheers and goodluck.

Since one can actually say that a way to get major benefits in SFI is if you actually have a team called your downline and if you bring in more which actively participate you actually earn more and so those who are successful know how to do this and maintain them. Brind in PSA- personally sponsored affiliates they make EA twice and continously and you start earning. it works and so you try it.

the best business to focus on is the one that you sell a product that is attractive, durable, not too expensive. You want to do a business that attracts all ages, sex and denomination, something that can probably be used on a daily basis and is always in demand. Businesses that carry only one brand rarely have a high demand of their products if any and so you want flexibility on your business. A sort of jack of all needs, if one thing doesn't sell the other would.

the genealogy works best for me because it helps me to know my progress as a leader on SFI and also i know what i get from affiliates that are good what i need to do to progress and grow more where affiliates are concerned. SFI is all about leadership, recruitment of affiliates and how god a job your doing in maintaining those affiliates and the genealogy page is all about how good a leader you are.

The best strategy for earning quickly is by buying most of your household products and electronics and basically do all your shopping on SFI. you could always try by recruiting more affiliates while achieving Team leader status cause then you get all the benefits that you are entitled without a lot of stress.
