This is probably the most difficult question to answer of all: how to convince an SFI affiliate not to quit.

First of all I would ask them why they want to quit: lack of money, time, experience, understanding, language,or any other thing that may be frustrating for them. If I can give immediate help, I do.

Second, I would tell them the facts:

1. Let them know that if they quit they will lose, not only all of their hard earned CSAs but also their PSAs.

2.

There is a general tendency among people to become rich
quickly without taking any pain and effort. Therefore, before sponsoring an affiliate, we must make them aware and understand the concept of it. Tell them that it is surely not a getting rich quick scheme but if you go slow and steadily it will allow you to earn residual income in the time to come and understanding this concept, a person joins in SFI will not quit. As a sponsor it is vital to be in touch with the PSAs and CSAs frequently

I have heard many affiliates answer this question, and the simple fact is you cannot stop any of your downline from quitting. All you can do is offer your services as their upline, and try to explain the best way to proceed with SFI.

I do still feel that the initial training could be more simplified with perhaps some video tutorials in the "Launchpad" training. Its important to keep the attention of new affiliates and focus their efforts, as many will not see the value of this

There are no easy answers to this question, simply because one answer doesn't fit all reasons affiliates want to quit. I don't believe we can keep them from quitting if they decide to do so. We can only show them what SFI has to offer and what it is doing for us, explain the benefits and hope that is enough.
If they are not prepared to be patient, taking the time to learn the business and put forth the required effort to see their dreams come true, you should leave them to make their own choice.

Hello everyone! This is indeed a very good but difficult question. Why do I say this?
Well, I have been in SFI for a few months now and I am really enjoying this experience. I am so enthusiastic about my new found job. Thanks to my sponsor. I think everyone who registers to be a part of this SFI business should feel the same way and so, they would want to continue working the business. But, this is not so.

I have had quite a number of persons tapping into the business but have

An excellent question, and one that has puzzled many new as well as experienced business builders. There are many reasons people lose interest:
• everyday life is busy
• no perceived results
• some rejection from family/friends
• someone with negative opinions, and many other reasons

The fact is in many cases they just see the work and the rejection and they forget why they signed up in the first place. Nobody starts a business just to enjoy the business, they

With some people there will be nothing we can do to keep them from quitting. But there is a chance to keep some from quitting. Sometimes all they need is a bit of encouragement, just keep encouraging your team and let them know that even though their business is growing slowly that it does take time and they will be successful if they do not give up.

You must be active yourself and do the things you tell others to do. The leader does not sit back giving out commands, the leader goes into

Thanks for asking such a question that's common for most Affilates.

Regarding to the question i want to say first.

" People will follow you, are you ready to lead them? "

There are some tips according to my opinion.

1 . Don't worry about the quiting of people.

2 . Working in SfI is my own decision not others.

3 . Believe on yourself that you can do it.

4 . First Check the System and then believe

This is a great question but very difficult to provide a single all encompassing answer fits all. It really depends on the type of person you are and what makes you unique so you can leverage that uniqueness to server as a benefit to your downline. Be yourself and focus leveraging your strengths.

Now, there are two things too understand with this question or it will drive you bonkers trying to keep them to find out that they just quit.

1st. You cant make anyone do anything

Hi Zina

Thank you for asking such an important question.

I'm going to start by saying that the difference between staying in SFI and quitting is determined by mainly two things.

(1)Interest - If your downline are interested in discovering how SFI works, for themselves then it becomes easier for them to want to continue with this business.Even if they get little or minimal encouragement from their upline, the drive they have will carry them forward.

(2) Commitment
