There are no easy answers to this question, simply because one answer doesn't fit all reasons affiliates want to quit. I don't believe we can keep them from quitting if they decide to do so. We can only show them what SFI has to offer and what it is doing for us, explain the benefits and hope that is enough.
If they are not prepared to be patient, taking the time to learn the business and put forth the required effort to see their dreams come true, you should leave them to make their own choice.

That may help them to keep SFI in mind when they go elsewhere and find things more difficult.
If they fail to see SFI as viable for them now, and we don't let them feel obligated to accept our recommendation of SFI, they may come back and rejoin and become productive affiliates. On the other side, if we convince them to stay against their will, most likely, they will be inactive, and that would do no one any good.

Encourage and educate but leave the decision to them, for in fact, that's the best you can do at that stage.

Why should anyone want to become an SFI Affiliate?

The possibilities at SFI are too many to mention here, but a few are listed below and you can make your mind wonder.

You become a member of a growing community that has similar goals.
You find all you need to realize your dreams in one place and access to them is FREE!

You meet people from all over the world and can be a part of their lives without overwhelming them.
You can truly be a success if you try.
Nobody pressures you to do anything yet, you are are never short of support when you need it.
You can have mentor-ship for free here, while elsewhere it is an expensive experience!

You can even find friendship among people who really care and are willing to go the extra mile for you, even when there is nothing in it for them.

My question is where else can you ever find so much for so little or nothing? I will answer that, No where!

Truly some inspiration must have gone into structuring such a place as this, and I am privileged to be a part of it. Thanks to our President, Mr Gery Carson, for his endless effort in making it even better!
