this is a good question and concerns a fundamental aspect of SFI.

You should make it clear to them that the VPs are the money used in SFI. The more money you accumulate more money you earn.
To earn more you have to reach the levels, EA, EA2, BTL, etc and these are achieved by accumulating VPs.

Versa Points are used by SFI to make the accounting universal. Money is a universal way of rewarding employees and others when they work. Versa points are SFI's money unit that makes all of the different currencies they have to work with universal.

This universality allows SFI to reward all of us the same in achieving a specific goal. VP translates into real money according to the percentage it equals in the members country.

Versa Points also help rewards more consistent.

VersaPoint is SFI virtual stock currency made available to the its members or affiliate, also I will make them understand that VersaPoints are the main value exchange that determines your payout and perks including other bonuses .

Good question. I would say first that the VP represents the keystone of SFI.
1 - they allow us to calculate the level of advancement of the affiliated both globally, at the country level and at the level of the class.
2 - give you the VP level corresponding badge (AFF, EA, BTL, STL, PTL)
3 - the versa points are taken into account in the calculation of commissions each month. 1vp corresponds to $ 0.0005 this would mean that 2000VP gives you $ 1.

This is good question. Versa Points are rewards for completed tasks, which summarized at the end of the month make a profit. Every task have value - amount of Versa Points. When we finish this task we get Versa Points. They are a requirement to earn money. At the end of the month we must have at least 1500 Versa Points if we want to qualified for next month.
The amount Versa Points which we need obtained also depends on our range. If you are Executive Affiliate you have get at least 1500 VP,

Explaining to your Afiiliates about VersaPoints is very simple.
To become successful on SFI you need to be active and must log in everyday. For every action you perform you are awarded VersaPoints. Hence VersaPoints actually measure out your activeness on SFI.
The more active you are, the more VersaPoints you earn.
VersaPoints are also necessary for achieving various ranks on SFI
With 1500 VP you become an Executive Affiliate.
With 3000 VP & above you become a Team
