Duplication is the only way to earn realy big money on SFI. Duplication will allow them to become Team Leader and to earn VP matching from all their PSAs.
If they want to make it in this business without spending a lot of money duplication is the only way. Explain them in numbers what does it mean and how they can earn money from their team members work.

One more thing: duplication will help them to renew ther status without spending money or with spending smaller amount of money.

Hi there ,
If you have the answer to this question then you will be very successful in SFI.
The most important thing is, of course, to lead by example : don`t aspect anyone in your down line to do something that you are not doing (they might do it, but it`s improbable to happen), so if you want them to do something, make sure you are doing it.
Another thing that you must consider is that most of the people just don`t get it, they don`t understand how this works and they are not willing to invest money in something they don`t understand.
If you want to be successful in any business , you have to invest a bit. I think when you get them to understand this ... then you will see they will start to duplicate your actions.

For this purpose one have to be LEADER in reality not only by virtue of Designation in SFI which he/she holds. Not only that, LEADERS are READERS. So one have to read more so that downline consider upline to be the panasea of all problems regarding SFI.

Secondly, the best way to convince other for duplication is to follow that path by which one want his/her downline to follow. When downline observes that his/her upline got success in this path, the he/she will automatically follow. So set some EXAMPLE before your downline.

Lastly, make constant relation with downline, give repeated emphasis on the path to be followed, if possible talk to him/ her over mobile.
I think this will bring sure success in DUPLICATION.

Share with them that duplication benefits everyone involved. It's more money for everyone, and upgrades their status as well as your own. I also have the same problem, but you and I both, we can't make the assign affiliates do the work. Guiding them and coaching them into a successful business is what's required as a leader. Once this is done, and the outcome hasn't changed, obviously they are not willing to succeed! Continue with your own success and don't drop your own level because of someone else's desire to fail. A simple definition that is not often that simple when applied to network marketing. If we were machines or computers it would work just fine. Humans on the other hand, do not respond so well. Network Marketing is all about duplication. When someone gets started in network marketing, that person is told to literally follow the leader. Guess what, not all leaders are true leaders and not all leaders are easy to follow.

So what does the new network marketer do? He does what all successful network marketers have done in the past. Start at the bottom and work your way up to the top. One must crawl before one can walk. I wish I can give you the short cut version to success, but there is no such thing. Part of the fun of network marketing is the journey.

Duplication will have to be determined by your trial and error, self learning and most of all having a legitimate mentor or coach. I, for one, can say that though I don’t always agree with what my upline or leaders may say, I am in favor of listening to and duplicating from a leader or upline who has achieved a substantial ranking in the company. Of course there are exception to the rule and I highly recommend you do your own research. I guess what I am saying is, not all leaders are going to lead you astray.

For the new network marketer I would recommend using the “SPONGE” philosophy. Become a 2 year old again and soak up as much information as possible . What may not make sense today will make sense in the future(trust me).

All SFI affiliates are not needed to be taught duplication till the attain EA*2 status. Free affiliates should be taught to read SFI basic & Launch Pad & log in daily.

The reason why you are successful in SFI is because you followed the footsteps of your upline team so you dowline will also follow your footsteps.

You share all the things that you learned here on SFI, don't just share your sucesses also share with them your failures because both are important for the success of your team on SFI. The objective of duplication is to teach them how to build on the success of other affiliates especially yourself and learning from the failures of affiliates before them, that way they will also learn from their own failures.

When they fail at something you tell them stories about other successful people who have gone through failures and how they used this as a learning experience and not to just give up and think that they will not succeed, on the contrary failure is also a source of success because it allows them to learn: This is what duplication should be based on, teaching them to build on the success of others, and learning from failures.

At first, the effective of this affiliate is also a factor that we should consider, if the person is a persistent and effective worker , then we can move to the next phase , that is, duplication.
Furthermore, we then ask the affiliate if he/she wants to earn more with SFI, don't be surpised if that question prompts the affiliate to ask you for your share of knowledge towards making more cash in SFI, then you simply explain to him/she what DUPLICATION stands for in the business and also what it can earn such a person..

Duplication is like a rule of being successful with SFI, if you don't practice duplication, then your success rate will be decreased. Your downline could also become confused and frustrated causing them to quit SFI.
