I give my new PSAs an inactive PSA so they can get 30 VPs every week by doing their PSA Mailer. That's a total of 120 to 150 VPs every month! The new PSA must of course be active for a few days and appear to be committed to their SFI business.

By giving them this PSAs, it shows that I care about their success and gain their trust.

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

1. Don't give up on them and continue to support them.

2. Include them in your weekly mailer

3. End your weekly mailer with "I'm here to help you and answer any questions you might have".

4. Make sure all your messages to them are uplifting and sound

I've had PSAs come back and become EAs after weeks of not signing in so like I said, don't give up on them.

What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

There are 4 reasons why I communicate with my team.

1. Weekly Mailer
2. Recognition
3. Comments/Help based on their VP Ledger
4. If they contact me first

Any other type of communication would be too much and could be considered a bother by your affiliates. Too much communication could harm your relationship with your affiliates. Thus, keep your communication to a helpful and informative manner.

I currently have this problem. What I have decided to do is make a Co-Op with her and I in it. This way we both benefit.

If you give them a gift certificate you will have to do this every month. In my case it would be $20 every month which is money I don't have at the moment.

Also encourage them to do T-Time and Grand Drawing every day.

When starting out in SFI, is it better to invest in advertising or in an EA-qualifying purchase?

Definitely invest in advertising and here's why.

Would you rather:

1) Spend $19.50 to $36.25 every month and have a nice EA badge?

or

2) Spend $19.50 to $36.25 on advertising and have PSAs from which you can get commissions?

Many people do not realize that you do not have to be an EA to get commissions. It doesn't matter what level you are, if one of your PSAs buys a TripleClick item, you will get a commission.

This is why it is

Create a Co-Op with you buying the Co-Op. Then sign up the PSAs in your downline that need the help. This way everyone, including you, can benefit.

I'm sure everyone will enjoy and be grateful to you for doing this. It will also instill a feeling of great leadership and trust to you.

I hope this suggestion has been helpful and best of luck!

Many answers have been given and many of them are illegal so be sure to check where you put your flyer before posting it.

I will give my 2 favorite places where I have had the best success.

1) Grocery store bulletin boards
2) Colleges

These 2 places are great because everyone needs food and young people are the future of SFI.

Grocery Store - Every grocery store I've been in has a free bulletin board. Hundreds will see your flyer everyday and you

Is SFI good for students (18 or older)? Why or why not?

Yes, SFI is great for an 18 year old! They could be your best PSA in the future and both of you will benefit from the opportunities SFI brings.

1. An 18 year old can learn about business, marketing, free advertisement, how to write advertisements, and so many other things that could help him in life. Most importantly, they learn how to start and run a business.

2. Young people are more experienced with the Internet and are more technologically savvy.

3. Young

Person to Person -

It is best to visit them with an ECA brochure or flyer with your ECA gateway. Briefly explain that they can increase sales by placing their items for sale on a website. Also explain that the service is free so they have nothing to lose.

Internet -

For prospective ECAs that live out of your city, call them and ask them if they are interested in increasing their sales by using a free website. If they are then send them an e-mail explaining
