There are lot of factors that we have to take into consideration why some affiliates find it very easy to become successful with SFI in just weeks compared to others which takes months or even years to do so.

First, the capacity to purchase Standing Orders and make use of the leverage it offers;

Second, computer and internet literacy. Some are already well-versed in using the internet in terms of marketing, website developing which could easily target their prospective market or has a knowledge in building websites and utilizing free web marketing, and still, the capacity to purchase ad credits or packages in internet adverstising;

Third, giving so much dedication, perseverance, and time with their SFI business. Others who were not really successful doesn't have time to even do their "to-do list" task daily.

There are lot more to mention as to the factors why others got it in a short period of time than those who find it hard to make it. But I believe, SFI programs are designed for the benefit of everybody. It was just how you are taking the business seriously to make it successful. I myself has no capacity or capability on the factors I mentioned on the first and second, however, when I joined SFI, I decided personally to make my business successful. That's why I always make sure to do my tasks regularly both with SFI and TripleClicks to gather VPs that could help me become an EA (1,500VP requirements). Before the end of the month or cut-off, I compensate my remaining required VP by purchasing TCredits using my MRP which could give me additional VPs or buy something from TripleClicks with an equivalent amount of VP to top off my 1,500VP requirements (usually I purchase Tcredits which I used in the auctions).

Its really a matter of how you find ways to make your business successful.

There are several factors that will determine an affiliate's success in SFI and how quickly they proceed. Thousands of new affiliates join every day from all over the world!
Some of the factors that have an effect on one's success are as follows:

1. Level of understanding of internet marketing

2. The amount of time one can invest

3. The amount of money one can invest in their business

4. The availability of resources in particular countries

5. The example and leadership of one's upline

6. The ability to follow simple instructions, and duplicate successful models

People join with all levels of experience and expectations. Many have an unrealistic view that you can join a program and get rich quick with no effort on their part. These people will not find success. You have to market your business to grow, and you have to have a vision and goal of what you want to achieve. SFI provides good training on how it all works in the "Basics" and "Launchpad" lessons.

The amount of time one has to spend on building their business can make a difference on how fast they progress. I am lucky enough to be a full time internet marketer, while some may only have an hour or two daily to devote because they have other job or time commitments. The key to succeed here is to make an effort to log in daily and at least earn their daily points.

Money does play a factor. The more one has to invest, the quicker that individual will reach certain levels of achievement in SFI. It is possible to achieve EA status without spending a lot of money, but is becomes more difficult to earn points and will take time to grow your business. A successful affiliate will invest more as they earn more.

Some factors are just beyond one's control. It is a fact that internet access, or availability of various payment processors is limited in different countries. These individuals have to adapt and overcome the obstacles!

Much will depend on communication with one's upline! Someone who is supportive, knowledgeable of their business, will lead by example and be consistently encouraging will have a more successful downline. An individual that pays attention and duplicates successful methods will achieve results much faster.

Overall, one's desire to succeed, and ability and willingness to set goals will determine their outcome. Those that want it badly enough, and take time to understand how the process works will succeed more quickly, because they believe it will happen for them! Some take longer to figure it out, have less time or money to invest, but never give up eventually reaching their goals. Either way SFI provides an excellent platform and opportunity, and all the tools one needs. It's up to the individual to make it happen!

How fast you find success with SFI depends on
how much you can invest in your business.

Concept of SFI business is very carefuly planed to adjust itself to diferent kind of people with diferent posibilities. You always have to invest something in your business. Basically there are two things you can invest:

1) INVESTING MONEY
You can advance faster if you are willing to invest money in business (seting a Standing Order, ordering S-builder Co-op, ordering TC credits, ordering IAHBE subscription, buying on TrippleClicks, etc. ), and you would get a lot of benefits, wich would get you faster to the top of the class.

2) INVESTING TIME
If SFI is your part time job, then your advance will be slower, but if it your full time job, and if you take it sirious, you can spend more time on advertising, learning and developing business so you can get more PSA's. That will make you a team leader lot faster, and as your team is increasing, so will your power rank, together with your monthly income.

There's possibility that someone already has fisical store, so he just opens ECA on TrippleClicks, and gets SFI benefits of bussines he previously had devloped, but he had invested both time and money to make this fisical store working.

When I first started with SFI and had not yet gotten my feet wet in the business I asked myself that question. I noticed there were those who had been a member of SFI for several years and they were only EA2 or BTL and others only a few months and they were STL or GTL. It all started to make sense once I learned what the business was all about and how individuals advanced. SFI is a business that requires work, determination and dedication and even with those things I believe there is also an element of "pure luck or good fortune." Of course good luck will only take one so far and relying on luck is never a good recipe for true success.

The affiliates that advance quickly are foremost hard diligent workers. They have goals and they are driven to accomplish them. Many affiliates are not newbies to Internet marketing, they know their way around the block, they know how to advertise and where, they are experienced with PPC (Pay-per-click) advertising, many have other successful online businesses in addition to SFI. They have business associates and connections that you and I don't have that are a support for them.

I believe other affiliates may have a difficult time due to language barriers which may cause them not to advance as quickly as others. Inexperience ones will always advance slower than someone that is a guru at internet marketing. There are affiliates that do not have the financial means to promote their business and as a result advance slower then individuals with an open wallet.

Having stated the above; the most important thing is to continue working your business and devote your all to it. If you have only time then make the best use of your time promoting your gateways and talking with different ones. Ask questions of those that are advancing quickly (copy them). If you are doing all you are capable of doing you will eventually see results. Remember, SFI is not a race, its not a competition. We only need to improve upon what we do from one day to the next. If we do this then we are SUCCESSFUL whether it takes a few weeks, months or years.

The affiliates that find success in a few weeks are those that approach the business in an "aggressive" way; they either:

- have financial power and use it for paid advertising or to purchase signups from SFI/ECA and build a large team very fast without expecting to recuperate this initial investment right away, or

- have internet advertising experience and/or huge networking and build a large team very fast with lower initial investment

In both cases building a large team is not sufficient, leading by example, coaching and teaching are required to achieve duplication; some luck in finding good team members is required as well as we know it is a numbers game.

The affiliates that take longer to achieve success are "moderate" in their way of approaching this business, perhaps don't invest too much at the beginning and take longer to build the team that will eventually bring success.

The difference is in application.

Some people apply themselves more than others:
- they read more often - for understanding, explanation, clarification, interest, etc.
- they look for avenues / openings
- they contact people - talk, use fliers, adverts in newspapers, email, facebook, twitter, paradox, etc.

For some people, it's just their time.
Some of us have spent years looking for/hoping for a break in life. For us, SFI is it. We know what it is to have struggled, gone without, missed out, etc. We can see that all you need to make SFI work is *time, internet connection, the desire to help others, and a small financial investment*.

It is true that for some, the interest just isn't there.
But for others it's a matter of circumstances. Some have no internet, others no time, others no money to spare.
The hope/joy is, when their breakthrough comes, SFI will be here with open arms.

**Incidentally, you can't become successful in SFI in just weeks.
It takes a minimum of 2 months to become EA2; longer to become an established Team Leader; longer still to build a team of EA2s. When you see our Platinum Team Leaders saying, "don't give up", they mean it literally; financial breakthrough in SFI takes time - but at our age, what's a couple of years?!

From my humble understanding and experience, the reason why some affiliates find success with SFI faster than others is due to the following factors;
FAST SUCCESS AFFILIATE CHARACTERS
1. Affiliate understanding of the SFI business. This affiliate understands the English language very well and therefore goes through the training lessons at a faster rate than others. He may have past experience of internet business so makes Sponsoring and advertising much easier for this person.
2. Affiliate is totally committed to SFI business. This affiliate makes time for his/her SFI business and logs in everyday to work on the SFI business. Affiliate is persistent and never quits until he/she gets a result. A very good sponsor who communicates well with downline, supports and directs them and successfully teaches them how to run the SFI business.
3. Affiliate is financially sound to run his/her SFI business. Has the capability to purchase T/Credits for bidding in Tripleclicks Price bender auctions and build a team quickly.
SLOW SUCCESS AFFILIATE CHARACTERS
1. Affiliate registers but is not convinced or does not work on the SFI business unless he sees proof from someone and starts to act. This person has everything to start (Finance, Knowledge, etc). This is the type of affiliate who will regret and wish that he/she had taken action earlier.
2. Affiliates registers and is convinced but is very slow due to his lack/slow understanding of the English language and so takes time to read and understand the SFI business rules. This affiliate has also no past experience in internet business.
3. Affiliate is financially sound and understands the SFI business operation but progress in the SFI business is affected due to reasons like not having a credit card as he/she never needed one in his/her own country for purchases. He/She gets delayed as they make arrangement for a new credit card.
4. Affiliate registers and understands the SFI business but is not financially sound. This affiliate initially makes progress in the first month but then slows down when purchase requirements arise. This affiliate will progress as and when he/she finds money and means of progressing in SFI.
5. Affiliate registers and has reasonable levels of what is required (Knowledge, Finance, etc) in the SFI business but this person is lazy and is not committed to his/her SFI business. Does not log in everyday and has no patience.

Good question. There are two simple answers.

First: They are experienced already and have a strong following.

This is very true in Internet and network marketing. The strong marketers have a strong following and when they jump from one system to another they literally can bring their entire downline with them. For them, in SFI, this is quite simple as the the system for them is not too difficult and thus easily duplicatable

This is not to common by numbers though. The more likely answer to your question as it relates to SFI is Financial status at the time they started. Then, we need to understand what you mean by success. I will assume for this question mean either rank or VP leaderboards or both.

Money can buy both rank and VP. If you have money, you can go an literally purchase a team and get rank very quickly. This is done by sheer number of affiliates and actually does work as you will uncover stars.

This same person can also buy sales VP bursting their power rank as high as they are willing to pay. They do this buy buying TC Credits and affiliates packs and they win auctions and build rank with sheer motivation of investing $$$$$$. This is not bad if they know how to handle the SFI team aspect correctly. The money poured into TC is good for the entire program as it's all $$$ going to EP. Plus they are buying from ECAs to build there teams so it helps support ECAs and referrals to those ECAs.

These people can literally become PTL in months but the key here is can they sustain it. If they do it correctly and follow the same rules of success, yes. They still have to nurture downlines and communicate and follow the same rules. However, their finances greatly accelerate their success.

This is good for all if done correctly. This is a majority of people who find success quickly.

To be frank,luck plays a prominent role in the quick success.But besides luck,some qualities and works should be developed for quick success.some are the following.

It takes a while for some folks to realize that SFI is a real business and can work for them. Others see the potential from the start. We are all different, yet we all have the potential to learn and earn.

Some folks sign up hoping that magically SFI will start sending checks. They want to believe they can hit that jackpot, but as we all know, it's hard work that wins the day. When someone finally commits and puts in the hard work they see the rewards. Not immediately, but as time goes by things get better.

Slow and steady wins the race. But a little money sure doesn't hurt either. Do what you can and keep active. If it takes a year, so be it. It's not a race. Have fun doing it. Even if you aren't successful at it, you will learn from the experience.

SFI is not for everyone. That's why we should realize that the advice "Work with the Workers" really applies here. Be encouraging, but don't expect more from your affiliates than they can or want to give. They need to find their own pace, goals, evaluate their needs and determine if they really want to work in SFI.

Just be there to answer questions and make sure you congratulate those who achieve EA or TL or keep increasing their VP.
