I believe that to be successful in any endeavor you must have the desire to want to
succeed. Keeping this in mind, you must study your PSA/CSA.

Measure their level of activity;

Are they maintaining communication with you?
Are they responding to your advice?
Are they following through with good activity?
Are they using all the free methods of advertising?
Are they acquiring PSAs?
Can you verify their above actions?

Using even just these parameters should give you enough information to justify
some financial assistance. A Gift Certificate possibly.

My advice would be to start with TCredits and work up to a Gift Certificate.

I believe most people respond well to justified recognition and reward.

Financial support is not the right thing to give your affiliates, as everyone here has come to earn his bread and butter and the affiliate although hard working, can do this business without the so called financial assistance.
Giving financial assistance to your affiliates spoils them and does not assure you of results.
Moreover, it must be understood that this business can be done without spending a dime and only needs the conviction from an affiliate.
The affiliate must understand, that money only speeds up the process, since it may be considered as an investment one makes towards his business.
If the affiliate is really serious, he can make this business work even with plain conviction.
Of course, one could give a few gift cards as rewards, affiliate re-assignments and or co-op include him in some kind of co-op.
But these freebees must be given to those serious affiliates who are really serious and this only a serious sponsor could tell.
A tip to a serious sponsor here, to gauge how serious the affiliate is, could be that this affiliate should be regularly or at least at regular intervals keep sponsoring new affiliates and doing at least the free things in the to-do list to the maximum and not leaving out a single VP.
This is the best gauge of seriousness and the sponsor could surely reward this affiliate accordingly.
It is also not prudent on the part of the affiliate to expect more from the sponsor, as he must understand, this is his business and not his sponsors.

This is a good question. I remembered asking the same question to myself once. I have been thinking for a while how to resolve this problem that my downline are facing. I do believe however, not all of us are fortunate enough to have extra funds to put aside each month to purchase items or better still to put up a standing order. Well, what I did was to create a monthly contest which will earned them (my PSA /CSA) a reward after each contest or after the completion of certain tasks. You may reward them in a form of GC (Gift Certificate) or TCredits. In this way, you motivate your downline to be active and at the same time indirectly support them finacially. its a win-win situation. Believe me it does help.

Qualifying for EA status or maintaining EA status becomes almost impossible after the second month without some monetary purchase TripleClicks products. If a hard working PSA/CSA truly is 'cash strapped" with no money for a TripleClicks purchase or Standing Order you can use the Gift Certificate Manager to give this affiliate enough money to buy 10 T-Credits (worth approximately $20). The VP from 10 T-Credits plus all of your daily "To Do" activities will give that hard working PSA/CSA enough VP to qualify for EA. Only do this for PSA's who are truly financially strapped but are logging in every day and performing all their "Too Do" list daily and weekly activities as proof they are genuinely committed to the SFI System and Vision.

If you wanna offer financial support, i think the best way is through gift certificate. But you will have to make sure that you can afford that. You will also have to keep in mind that if you will start to give away gift certificate easily to someone then, that person, will aspect more from you.
Personally, i would go for a different approach :
i would set some easy goals and reward them with T Credits (let`s say for every 10 days that they get at least 10 VP you give them 5 credits, or something like that). You can also put them in your Co-Op , but that`s risky, because one needs to be able to support himself first, and only then should think about supporting others.
You will also have to remember that SFI is a business, so you`ll have to consider that giving away to many free stuff might end up turning back on you , it will become a bad investment. I am more then willing to support my down line for their first 2 months, but in the end, they will have to understand that without a minimum investment you can`t succeed in any business. I think everyone who has a computer and internet access can afford to invest at least 20 $ a month, if they want their business to grow.

Yes, you can help in variety of ways, if they are committed at SFI,they have given the chance of their and your success 80% so all you have to do is fulfill the 20%. Firstly allocate to them free t-credit. My down-lines. I give them once in a while when i have it. Encourage them to use it on Price bender auction, when i provide my down-line with 2 credit one was able to get the pick the price winner and with the 25tredit they gave her she minimized and used to win a price bender auction. I have never won the price bender myself but was glad my down-line did. Including them in your advertisement so they can also build down-lines and earn more will will as well encourage them more. I believe this two are the most important.

When a person is new to online marketing and business building, the very best support one can give is to take that new person by the hand and lead them step by step. As has already been said, your leadership and example are a must. I think you could offer as a benefit, or TCredits GiftCards.
Are the best choices and surely the PSA's or CSA's who need this support will strive to achieve.

Also promote events in your team for that stand out, with the award also TCredits, GiftCards or some other benefit that you think would be good.Tell them, teach them, guide them, coach them, and lead them in making sales. We all came here to earn money. I think a few sales for an affiliate, or in the downline is a big motivator to keep them building with gaining knowledge and levels, and more sales. You can advance by buying and gather points to the point buying any more will not help. Put a thousand or more into it and without sales happening in your business you are going to be hurting.

As to what i have praticed,first you need to know what that CSA or PSA needs at that very instance that you are offering assistance because you will not want to offer a reward or bonus to an affiliate who does not know how to use it or who needs another sort of assistance.

Furthermore, there are various ways to which you can help your financially challenged downline,you can provide Tcredits in which they can use to purchase items on TripleClicks or on pricebender penny auction and so on,Re-assigning of functioning affiliate who would boost the mindset and business of such a downline from giving up, also you can offer them Gift Cards in which they can use to purchase items in the TripleClicks store, they will also earn VersaPoint on their purchases.
Above all provide them with the right and resourceful information that will transform their business and always make them realise that you will be there to provide help if it be within your capacity whenever they need your help,also keeping an active line between you and your downline is also advised because that will reduce or bridge the gap between downline and upline.......

Financial support as in giving people money is usually not the best way to help them. If you give a man a fish he eats for one day. Same thing with money. What's best is helping them to reach their goals by giving them the correct information and showing them how to start earning it for themselves.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't give them anything. You can always give them a gift certificate or a place in your coop, but do it as a reward for reaching a milestone, like making EA, or EA2, or setting up a standing order. You can also send them some tcredits or an affiliate, but always require a little something so that they learn how to reach these milestones over and over.
