What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

I am on my second month on SFI, and i have noticed when you trying to build a team that will acknowledge of your effort of contacting them when you notice there progress they mostly dont reply, but the only thing i noticed is when you send support message and they dont reply to your message they do what you have told them to do and that means, they appreciate the support. To build a team, you have to be supportive and determined to enjoy your supports are clear to them and easy to follow. You can invite them to you team co-op if you have any. If you were asked to make a presentation about SFI to an organization, what would you tell them about SFI?

The first thing is SFI is 100% free meaning if you dont have a penny you get to earn with sfi.. Any organization is aware that what the outside world love and really respond to very fast is a free program, though some spending might come along only optional. Secondly, get them to know for every affiliate they are able to get into the organization is another means of earning for them. Thirdly, SFI is very easy to understand and use.. Fourth.. SFI support it members always to ensure success. I guess with this four aspect any organization will be willing to invest in such lucrative business.

Yes, you can help in variety of ways, if they are committed at SFI,they have given the chance of their and your success 80% so all you have to do is fulfill the 20%. Firstly allocate to them free t-credit. My down-lines. I give them once in a while when i have it. Encourage them to use it on Price bender auction, when i provide my down-line with 2 credit one was able to get the pick the price winner and with the 25tredit they gave her she minimized and used to win a price bender auction. I have never won the price bender myself but was glad my down-line did. Including them in your advertisement so they can also build down-lines and earn more will will as well encourage them more. I believe this two are the most important.

This is a really nice and interesting question, at my first month on sfi, i didnt know what can help me earn, hence the question, how do i earn quickly, though i have never make a withdrawal, because i use my funds to reinvest on the opportunity. The first means is the s-builder co-op, when you buy that, you will start receiving new members on sfi and trippleclick, you can get very active members with the co-op.. Secondly is the SPPA ( Pay per action), here when you refer new members, you can earn very great income, the success on sfi is based on how much you try. If you dont work you dont earn well here. So it just need that little time, to get the above done.

What's the difference between being an SFI affiliate and having a traditional business, and which is better?

Theres a variety of difference in SFI and a traditional business.. When you signed up with SFI, you noticed most of the activities can be done absolutely free and in any traditional business theres a need for capital for you to invest in a business. With sfi you dont need to. All needed is advertisement which can start from friends and family, they can as well refer members increasing your chance of earning.. When you put your money on sfi products, you get more versa point with whatever product you bought and increasing your income thus. Most Traditional business requires skill and knowing about the business before going into it, with SFI you only follow your sponsor footsteps and instructions. Its very much better than a traditional business i presume.

Trust is a fundamental in any organization, firstly... If you dont trust you can make money with SFI.. You wouldnt have waited the first month. So if they can trust themselves as making money with sfi then they have built the first trust. To be followed as a leader, you have to do your daily activities to earn DAILY VERSAPOINTS STREAK.. when your down line sees that they can easily understand that you are doing what they should be doing too. Thus second trust built.. When you send them messages making them realize you have access to versa point they have not earned and urge them to with activities you noticed they have not done or completed, then you have built a trust. Trust in SFI starts with you. Lead by example and they will follow.

Yes, even from the first two paragraph of the sponsoring, the affiliates you can refer starts from friends and family, myself i have two of my younger sisters, they have their personal computer so they work on their own, i only give them hints of what they can do. So in a simple word its very much okay.. My address is the same as theirs and so it doesnt have to be friends or external bodies only
How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?

You simple let them complete the first month where they get about 2000vp if they complete all actions, but they will realize by the 15th of the second month they cant make 1500vp and hence they realize what the standing order means. Somehow they will be forced to see it. Before it comes to that make sure you sending them messages about it.

Its there for you to know far your going and how much your earning, with the versapoint, they are able to predict how much they can get and with instance to how much they work. When you make a purchase, you get this point, which the higher it accumulate the more you earn, versa point is important and should be compiled. Most will doubt they earn whatever they get, but because of versa point they are able to track their success rate.

Interest is a content of every human, i have wondered why most people i refer to this program dont find interest in it. You can only make them get interested, its their call to fulfill the interest within their heart, most people are looking for something quick and fast, they dont want to own a website to promote but they want to earn, nothing goes for nothing, sfi is not free to earn, you are offering them a service, a very big one in return for your big reward, so if you fall out of interest for it, then you fall out of earning.
With that, i am trying to tell you theirs no permanent place to find interested people, you can only try the social networks, invite friends, sign up for some PTC (Pay Per Click) Programs so you can attract people, but most people come in with the desire of earning, but when they see what they earn the first month they just dont want to stay the second month.
Email members you refer, making them see the values of the sfi and how they can be successful.
