I give my new PSAs an inactive PSA so they can get 30 VPs every week by doing their PSA Mailer. That's a total of 120 to 150 VPs every month! The new PSA must of course be active for a few days and appear to be committed to their SFI business.

By giving them this PSAs, it shows that I care about their success and gain their trust.

i think to buy credits is effective way to go team leader,, same time you get versa points but spending credits you get and auction points.. once you winn pricebender auction you start to roll your credits, the least you can spend 500 per month so you can safe for the another month,,, with sell points you can get ea easy but need and auction points which are gets not that easy after first month
S- buildr co-op is good too gets 280 versa points but you can atract and yours golden new member which to work as hard as you and you to grow up more fast

This is a good question.

I tell my downline to complete their daily,weekly,monthly to do list which gives above 540 vp,s.
I suggest them to buy tcredit pack of 100 ,,it costs 29$ and gives 1200 vp and 100 vp,s for each bid they do on auctions.

So by this way they easily requalify as an EA.

I personally
look to me to be over at the top, to my affilate follow me as a leader and have nothing to learn from me. I tell them what to do and what are the benefits and opportunities if higher ranking. Simply recommend to be a member of the W3, TC loans to buy and go to an auction. To build your team because duplication is the key to success and the ability to retain rank .

Surely the most effective are gifts. Be in touch with workers in your downline and if they can not afford,help them how much u can for 1st time to confirm EA2. That is important for them to see the benefits of EA status. If they are comfort to afford some money,give them advices how to go forward in business: to invest in adverising,to participate in auctions for TCredits,PSAs,CSAs,SBuilder...all what bring success in business.

They can pick any code up to 4 digits long, except these codes: 1101 (S-Builder Code), 1300 (Tell-a-Friend program code), and 1200...these codes cannot be used with key-code advertising promotions.

The best incentive would be advertising, since the member will see long-lasting rewards from sharing free advertising from you...and will also remember this to reward their team members for their success, too.

This is not only a reward for being an EA Status for the EA member, but also helps to benefit their Sponsor and/or Co-Sponsor, because with strong team members under them, they are creating a strong everlasting team leader positioned for not only the EA member to reach higher levels of success, but their sponsor and co-sponsor will also continue to receive a higher leadership level for a lifetime.

I used to give 10 TCredits for reaching EA...but I found that I was just giving away money and it did not work. So I developed a new plan that not only benefits my affiliates, but myself also. I use the S-Builder co-op feature...for free. I do the advertising so there is no cost to anyone.

I set up 2 co-ops. The first is for reaching EA. Team members are entered and get 4 PSAs to compliment the 2 CSAs they get from SFI. ALL team members are eligible for this co-op.

Upon reaching EA2, they remain in the first co-op and are entered into the second co-op where they receive 1 share of the co-op. This means if they continue to achieve EA month to month, the signups will continue.

If affiliates fail to achieve EA rank or better, they start over, but keep the PSAs they have on their teams. This lessens the loss factor and keeps their teams fairly intact. They may lose their CSAs, but not the PSAs.

What better incentive than to have your team building started for you? It benefits the team as a whole as well as the individual team member.
