As promotion, Offer Tripleclicks Gift Certificate (TC Gift Cert.) for different task or achievement on your leadership page indicating what they need to do and duration of time the offer will last.
Also Coop the coop, get in touch with your downline about the coop you are sponsoring, tell them to get S-builder and you will pay half of their money back to them after they have sent you a copy of the receipt of payment.
How can I further engage my SFI affiliates on social media sites like Facebook?

Facebook is an interesting place where you meet honest poeple looking for a good and profitable online business, SFI is a profitable business with it's own set of rules.
Tell them about these rules and person that want to be successful in SFI must follow these rules and not deviate from them.
Share with them your success and failure don't be afraid what will happen, they will realize how much work that needs to be done to achieve their desired result.
How do you develop trust with your affiliates and get them to follow your leadership?

People tend to follow someone who has made his/her mark and appears to know what he/she is doing. Your track record will do the rest.
Show them that you practice what you preach, be ready to stick your neck out first and they will surely follow.
Put your money where you mouth is.
Show them how it is done, that is Lead by Example.

How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?"
Well, it is very simple. there are several options available to you:
1. Use a video tutorial, describing the benefits and importance of duplication in words and pictures. people tend to understand things better when they see it in pictures rather than words only hence a video gives them both.
2. Tell them to visit the Forum often, because there are great people with great wealth of experience as regards duplication. there they can get great advice to solve any challenge they might encounter from someone that has been there before and faced similar challenge.
3. Finally, your downline will most likely do what you do, since they look up to you for guidance and support. lead by example.

I will tell them the truth, which is "you use money, to make money", for an expected and appreciable income growth.
SFI is a real business and like any real business you need to make an investment, you will prepare their minds to be ready to invest:
Time
Money
Talent
The Versapoint during the first month is a breeze, but things interesting in the second month. Only people with commitments survives the second month and the months that follows.
