With a downline there are winners and quitters. You are looking for the Diamond in the ruff. Let's say you have barn that is full of hay. You loose this million dollar diamond. You know it is somewhere in the huge pile of hay. Where do you begin? or Do you give up? More than likely you will start whereever you have to and search as long as you need to to find it. Think of your SFI Business in the same way. You are looking for that Daimond in the ruff. What if you had to go through 1200 people to find the one that makes you 100's of thousands of dollars for the rest of your life? Would that be worth all your effort? That would be a BIG YES!

So to answer your question about keeping your downline from quitting and giving up. SFI says it well. Some will, Some won't, Someone is waiting, Who's Next.... You just have to realize what you have in your SFI Business and share it with others. You have a Gold mine, You have a Diamond mine. You want others to know about it and what it can do for them.

Apart for the 125 TC's that I Do recommend, would be the Advanced Liquid Nutrition which I do use. I recommend having a Standing Order S/O of 125 TC's and at least one unit of S-builder and to be a WAVE3 Member. Here is what I do. I recommend to my fellow affiliates to become EA this same way. When they do, I give them 10 TC's to go EA with this same duplication. If they go EA2 the same way, they will get 15 TC's from me. If you do the same thing and 5 Affiliates become EA2 you have given 75 TC's and this will give You the remaining 50 TC's to bid on auctions, play the games or use them for whatever you want.

Here is how it can play out for you to become BTL.

S/O 125 TC's = 1500 VP
2 units S-Builder = 560 VP this totals 2060 VP and you can use 2000 toward Rank

Doing your;

Daily Actions = 330 VP
Weekly Actions = 152 VP
Monthly Actions = 115 VP
1 BTL = 150 VP
4 EA2 = 400 VP
Bidding at Auctions = 50 VP you can earn up to 500 VP

Your Total VP score is 3147 VP and 3047 can be used towards your Rank. You are now Bronze Team Leader (BTL)
Along the way you will be winning the MRP, TC's, or VP for more VP Total score

Support isn't always about money. The best thing you can do to support them is by setting the example by showing up every day & communicating with them. Let them know what works best & what doesn't work. If it is money they need, show them how they can set a budget with what they already have. Or give them ideas of ways they can make extra money through their SFI Business or even things like raking the neighbors leaves or grass, mowing grass, or baby sitting.

What ever it takes to build a successful business. Support them with words of encouragement. Encourage them to show up every day & to set a goal of being an EA or Team Leader. When do they want it? Why did they join SFI? & so on. I encourage each one to go to their Income tab & check out the Benefits tab, & the Comp Plan tab. Then I let them know I am there for them if they have questions or concerns. Support them with positive feed back when they reach their goals.

In short not to use up much of your time.

Just by raising your Versa Points score you can give yourself a raise. The Higher your VP Score the more you will make when a sale is made. The best way to make a sale is by setting the example and using your own TripleClicks store when purchasing items you are already using in your household. Another way is by getting as many TC's as possible and use them to purchase or use them on the PriceBenders Auctions.
