People often say they don't have any funds and sometimes this is true. Usually, though you can help people find the funds to purchase a monthly IAHBE membership by helping them see ways they can cut some discretionary spending. For example, they may go the movies twice a month. Cutting that down to once a month could save them $20. Perhaps, they order out for pizza twice a month. Cutting that down to once a month could save them another $15 a month. These two cost savings together could help them purchase the IAHBE membership which will give them 1500 Versa Points--enough to qualify them for EA. Most of us spend money on conveniences and other things that we don't even think about. For example, some of us will spend money on weekly bowling, golf or other fun activities. I am not suggesting that a person should not give up all of these things. But if we can help the person cut down on these discretionary expenditures, then those funds can be used for TC purchases or standing orders which can help them build their SFI business faster.

As with every business venture one is supposed to impute not just time, but also energy and the necessary funds. It is important you help your second month affiliates know that.
But then in the event that your affiliate cannot fund the business for now and you can see the persons passion for the business, you do well to assist by providing the needed funds. Doing that does not only benefit your affiliate, it also benefits you since their actions grow your business too. So consider such funds as your own investment to grow your business while you are also helping them grow theirs.

In his first two month, affiliate accumulate maximum 2*30*2=120 T-credits..
Now i will ask affiliate to spend his 114 T-credits in double MRP auctions(maximum 1200 MRP)..
By bidding T-credits in auction they will earn 114 Versa points(VP)..
Using above step affiliate will accumulate 9* 1 T-credits=918 VP using 126*9=1134 MRP..
By using daily action, affiliate will accumulate 486 Versa points(VP)..
So total Versa points earned sums to 486+918+114=1518 Versa points(VP)..
Affiliates will used their remaining 6 T-credits in price-pick auction..if they were lucky they will earn more T-credits and Versa points..

2-if the PSA/CSA of a Sponsor/Co-Sponsor has no funds, then the Sponsor can indicate his PSA/CSA to read the SFI system day by day and to remain simple affiliate till he duplicates himself and gets enough active PSAs to obtain good commissions monthly and, periodically, in accordance with the Sponsor's possibilities and with his PSA/CSA's needs, to award him/her a Gift Certificate or some T-Credits etc

One can support a new affiliate from the second month by giving out Gift Cards to them, this can help them to buy the single t-credit to get the points they need to make up for the month.This can help alot. You can reward the the new affiliates with the gift cards. Make sure you keep talking to them and encourage them to do there to-do list every month. By the last week of the month you can look and see to help them.
I think that the best tool for supporting an affiliate on the second month is the co-op link. This link enables you to make him a partner in your business and if you are successful he is successful.
You are investing trust and emotional resources by getting someone in co-op. You and your AFF are fighting for the same thing - getting new PSA's can help him and help you.

I would set goals because without goals it is fruitless, then give incentive actually that would be duplicating SFI success. We have to ask ourselves what is our motivation, then also try to transfer that to our downline.
Give reassign PSA to them if you have enough, after all is said and done we just need to set goals such as reach for TL and you will definitely achieve EA/EA2.
