So the more we work together to help each other, the more value is added to the team. As we build together for the benefit of each other, we start to understand the other person's needs, wants, desires, passions, goals, abilities, culture and what makes them so special in their own way.

This is the process of polishing the precious gold that has been found through careful process of selection and as the precious

I think the most important way to build Team Spirit in your team is communication.
Stay in touch with your upline and downline.
Always take note of what your downline is doing and praise them publicly, for every achievement,as this will make them feel that it's worth, being part of your team and achieving something AND being recognized for the effort they are making.
If possible reward, those that put in the most effort with gift certificates, Tcredits ect.
Hope you found this

What is the best way to build a team - a real team spirit in SFI?
The question is very interesting, thanks for that, Philip.

1. Communication between a phone Skaip, Facebook or other connections.

2. Commitment. Successful team demonstrates a common desire to achieve specific objectives. Separate the time required for the formulation of purpose and acceptance by the team members as his own. They meet specific goals and are mutually responsible for the outcome. The

I think the best way to build your team is communication. Keep in touch with your team, your upline and your downline. Even when they don’t respond, send emails once a week to try and entice them.
Be ready to answer questions when they ask, if you don’t know find the answer, ask your upline if you have to.
Give praise where praise is due. Give rewards there’s nothing like recognition that motivates an affiliate to perform even harder.
Run contests, also a motivation builder.

The best way to build a team with true team spirit is to teach your team duplication with enthusiasm.
If you feel someone is not motivated send them encouragement newsletters with duplication techniques and ways to help promote and earn VP.
I noticed we sometimes can be discouraged as we want to move fast and start earning money right away but SFI was not built overnight so we cannot expect our business will grow overnight.
The true key to success is in the duplication techniques

building a team - with true team spirit has to start with the leader showing a good example and achieving a high level of success while doing it, and also carrying the team along and encouraging them and boosting their effort where necessary. SFI is a place where you lead by example because if you as a leader are striving for a higher level you want your team to reach a certain level before you can get there, you can also create a scenario where you all get to the same level or achieve a higher level

Hello find people that is dedicated to learn about SFI.
To build a team :

1. Have your own co-op because with that you can help your affiliates to become strong.

2. Use skype to talk to them "Skype is the best way and the easiest way"

3. Let them reach a goal every month and award them with something that you can give as a bonus price.

4 Make videos or tutorials for your becomming affiliates

What a fantastic question !
The simple answer is: BE THERE.
Your Team need to know that you are there for them; when they need answers to questions, when they are starting to feel the strain of their second or third month and things get a little harder...they need to know that you are consistent, supportive, available.
They also need to know that they are doing a good job ! That you value them, respect them and that you enjoy being their Sponsor, their Upline....
Teach them,

HELP EACH-OTHER....

I guess this is the most successful way to build team but we need to think some points as well to build the good team like- motivation, be truthful and good communication.

Unless team is not success we can't success alone on this business..

need to make sure that all the team are well-known and aware about SFI. if not help each other to become every month EA. if you have time make group conversation or meeting every month to feel alive of SFI business.

Hi Filip,

This is a good question.

Ingredients of a Team are individuals.

Imagine yourself as an artist, dropping down colors on a canvas, and then move a little back and observe. Afterwards focus on details, considering that each detail will become the part of the whole.

As Aristotle said: "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts."

This is the picture of my thoughts about a "true team spirit" It may seem a bit abstract,
