The most effective incentive I've offered my downline to become an EA or re-qualify as EA, is awarding them 10 TCredits.

This sparks an interest in the affiliate to ask what TCredits are - if the affiliate is new - and thus engages the affiliate to access TripleClicks website, providing another avenue to assist downline members in growing and building their business.

Most are very grateful and it then gives them an incentive to pursue their next goal, as I normally award more TCredits for every rank achieved. However, it seems that SFI has limited the amount of TCredits that can be awarded to anyone single individual. This does not help me as a Sponsor since it means there is a limit to how much I can transfer TCredits to my achieving downline members.

The other incentive is to award TripleClicks Gift Certificates to the value of the TCredits one wants to award, but there is no guarantee that the gift certificate will be used for that purpose.

The reason I choose TCredits is because they are very versatile to obtaining the most value for your money.

TCredits can be used to bid for items at the auctions on TripleClicks, used wisely and especially when 10 MRP are awarded instead of only 5 MRP, stands one in good stead to be able to buy more TCredits with MRP earned from bidding. When bidding it is a good idea only to bid when the timer is closer to 10 seconds count down, but then you have to be alert and have a good internet connection.

One can also purchase many eBooks for US$1.00 or more with valuable knowledge which will in turn assist to helping you earn more Versa Points and then in turn, these will earn you more income.

First and foremost, when you obtain a new affiliate, my best advice is to advise them to reach 1500VP and keep the rest of the once-off ACTION VP for the next month and possibly some for the following month. That way they will be able to become EA2 by the second month easily.

It is also recommended to use the Launch Pad lessons as they were designed, one a day for a month, that way you are guaranteed 15VP per day plus 11VP for Daily Action VP. The other advantage is that you can absorb more learning absorbing bite size pieces of information on what SFI is all about.

Make sure you train your affiliates to earn their Daily Action VP by accessing each Red-Lettered tab on the homepage. Exceptions are - the Alert, AskSC and WinIt Tabs.

Alert tab - this is good to follow the latest News about SFI and also the latest discussion threads on SFI Forum - these in themselves are golden nuggets and one can learn a lot from them.

AskSC - one needs to vote for 10 Answers before receiving 1VP, if you vote for 30 Answers you receive an extra entry into the WinIt! contest.

WinIt! - this is only available if you have earned a minimum of 10VP the day before, you can then enter the Daily Grand draw.

All other tabs have to be read through to the bottom of the page and then click on the blue button to receive your VP for that page. The Goals tab is a little different, one has to put in a comment of what one has done that day to achieve the goals that are set at the top of the page - the comment is entered at the bottom of the page and submitted once the Submit button has been clicked.

Back to how to help the affiliates lacking funds.

Another way to encourage them is to advise them to find 10 other people who share the same vision of SFI and get them to reach 1500VP each month, like they themselves did, and after the second month of reaching EA2, as their sponsor, they will earn 100VP ACTION - for every affiliate who reaches EA2. If all 10 affiliates reach EA2, there is 1000VP ACTION points and they will have about 500VP collected over the month from the Daily Action points and Weekly Action points, together with the Monthly Action points.

Regarding Getting Started Actions, Intermediate Actions and Advanced Actions, use these sparingly and treat them like gold. This way if you are frugal and calculate when you need to use them to add to your goal of 1500VP per month, you will be able to achieve EA for possibly 3 consecutive months. In this time, it would be wise to start finding as many people as possible so you can get your 10 dedicated people who will be your team that will provide the needed 1000VP ACTION points, added to your own 500VP ACTION points you've earned, that you need to qualify each month.

As beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so the activities that are over or under rated by SFI Affiliates will vary greatly and one cannot therefore generalize. So in my humble opinion I see the following:

Over-rated Activity:

This is the activity of obtaining Versa Points during the initial Getting Started, Intermediate and Advanced sections on the ToDo tab. I myself reached STL (Silver Team Leader) in a few weeks, but there was no one to guide me to inform me that it's better to only earn 1500VP the first month to become Executive Affiliate, and then to save the rest of the obtainable 1500VP for the second month to become Executive Affiliate2. The third month would be ideally the month to reach BTL (Bronze Team Leader) using the monthly Standing Order and action points equally.

I've learnt from this escapade and am now wisely advising my downline PSAs and CSAs to follow this pattern rather than just earning VP as fast as one can. Granted, the Fast Track bonus of earning an additional 200VP is to be promoted since the SFI Affiliate will now see that they will gain VP for many different tasks.

There should be a cliché that all SFI Affiliates adopt regarding Versa Points:
"Versa Points are gold nuggets and should be treated as such"

Why do I say this? I say this because we treat VP as if they grow on trees and are easily earned, but ALAS!, we soon find after 2 or 3 months that they are hard to come by if we haven't treated them as gold nuggets. At this point in the 'game' we eagerly look for VP every which way we can to obtain them.

If we train our downline correctly, we will have many EA/EA2s being able to pass on the duplication method to there and there downline's benefit too. This will in turn benefit us as Team Leaders.

Under-rated Activity:

This is the ECA Program from which most of the commissions come from to make SFI successful. We should be placing a lot more importance on enrolling ECAs, and especially locally, so that we can promote and help small businesses grow, thus growing the economy of the country at the same time.

Well, firstly if you figure is accurate, they've been around for a lot longer than most of us and thus have received 2nd Home CSAs every month that they have been a Team Leader in SFI. Now dependent on their Team Leader status, this can amount to a huge amount each month.

Secondly, there are some who invest hundreds of dollars on advertising which brings in many signups from the advertising classified ads that they subscribe to. They also subscribe to Traffic Exchanges that guarantee many thousands of hits and these bring in a certain amount of signups too.

Thirdly, some SFI Members subscribe to co-ops where they pay a monthly fee for an undefined number of sign-ups from SFI, or other SFI Members who create co-ops. From these, one receives many signups too.

However! The proof of stickability is in the pudding! Many are the signups, but few are those that stick it out and make it a profitable business. Lots of people in SFI are here to make a quick dollar and it simply doesn't work that way!

What you have to do is BUILD your team from verbal communication, one-on-one, discussing, telling, convincing people like yourself who want to make a business out of SFI - what it entails to join SFI, maintain your HomePage and then to run your ECA and receive comissions from those who join under you as an ECA!

SFI DOES WORK! Just find like-minded people who see the vision and run with it!

Whatever the choice, these are different ways you can offer financial support if you as the Sponsor / Co-Sponsor are financially able to afford it.

1) TCredits are the most versatile and can be used for a variety of things.

The most popular is bidding at the auctions as each TCredit used for bidding, will in turn earn you 1 VP AND 5MRP - or 10MRP if the bid offers 2xMRP to be Awarded. So look out for these bids to maximise your value for MRP. You may not necessarily be bidding to win, but merely to obtain MRP in order to then purchase either, more TCredits or items that one would wish to purchase on TripleClicks.

2) Providing a TripleClicks Gift Certificate you enable the Affiliate to choose the items they prefer.

3) PSAs are always welcome as this is a means of your Affiliate being able to gain experience in building a team. Of course, PSAs cannot be guaranteed to work, but that's par for the course.

4) CSAs are also welcome as one can earn from their VP - if your Affiliate reaches BTL status they are awarded the Commission Value of Matching VP if the CSA reaches EA2 level.

Taking the time to learn a skill in life needs a lot of patience, first with one's self, and then with the people involved with assisting and training you to be the best you can.

BEING ABLE TO READ/LISTEN
You need to be able to read a lot of documents/books and information provided. If you can't read, you need to find someone who can read, who will be able to read to you, so that you can hear and understand. You also need to be a willing listener to those who train you and want to help your business grow. Take their advice as they've traveled the road you now travel, they've been where you've been and are qualified to assist you.

BEING ABLE TO OPERATE A COMPUTER/CELL PHONE/TABLET/iPAD
Most of SFI and TripleClicks is performed on the worldwide web internet on a computer, cell phone, iPad or tablet. Knowing how to operate one or some of these devices will greatly assist in your success in SFI. Should you not know how to operate these devices, find a friend or family member who does, or even someone in SFI, who might be able to assist you. If you're really stuck, ask me via SFI AskSC, I'll assist you.

ENDURANCE
Your success in SFI will not happen overnight. Be aware that it may take 2-3 years to reach your desired income level and you need to endure through thick and thin, trying times, and hardships. Some people will readily join SFI as a Personally Sponsored Affiliate, others will be very sceptical and will think it is a scam. You need to give them the facts of SFI through the knowledge you receive from the Launch Pad lessons and the About SFI you read in your Getting Started actions on your ToDo List tab.

BE A DETERMINED HARDWORKER
Enrolling Personally Sponsored Affiliates requires a lot of hard work and determination to pass all the people who say no to joining, in order to get to the people who say yes to joining SFI. You have to keep your chin held up high and take every no as a positive move toward the yes answers to those who want to join SFI. Don't quit, and never, never, never ever give up. You WILL succeed.

BE A TEAM PLAYER
Build a team under you that you will be proud of because they will duplicate what you have done. Do not only rely on your sponsor to help you build your team, but be an awesome sponsor yourself so that others will flock to you because they know you care about their success.

PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES WITHIN SFI
Join the A2A - Affiliate to Affiliate - program, much like a friends club. Where you can discuss things about SFI with your fellow affiliates and gain much insight and solutions to some of the problems you may encounter.
Visit the SFI Forum as often as you can. There is a wealth of information gathered over more than a decade of time - you will be greatly enriched - and others will be enriched by your participation.

BE A MOTIVATOR
As you build your team of affiliates, motivate them by giving them incentives and rewards for accomplishing milestones within SFI and TripleClicks. Rewards given to your downline motivate them to keep on keeping on. Be sure to motivate your team from your Leadership Page.

ENROLL AS AN ECA IN THE ECA PROGRAM
One way to become more successful in SFI is to enrol as an E-Commerce Associate. This way you can sell new products online and refer many customers to your products online via a weblink which you can obtain from TripleClicks in the SFI Affiliate Tab when viewing the product info listed on TripleClicks. This will lead them directly to your product online at TripleClicks.

It's all about duplication, so whatever you do to incentivize your affiliates, they will want to duplicate because they remember how thankful they were when you rewarded them.

The benefit in transferring TCredits has a domino effect all the way down your downline. Mainly, the greatest benefit is to know that your downline is encouraged by your rewards and incentives because they know that you are showing an active interest in building their business.

Helping to grow and build your downlines' business' will pay dividends in the long run and they will give of their best if they believe your rewards are great incentives. So make sure you encourage them at every goal they achieve during the month, if they are new, and reach Fast Track status, award them with 5TCredits and let them know that if they reach 1500VP/EA status you will be awarding more TCredits. This way, they will be sure to achieve their goals for the month.

Make sure you train your downline how to use TCredits and how to win 2TCredits FREE when entering the T-Time Contest every hour. This way they will learn how to earn their own TCredits for FREE.

The importance of MRP is highly important, as it could lead to your PSAs or CSAs being able to earn a lucrative income.

Firstly, MRP can be used as much as you would use hard earned cash to pay for your items on TripleClicks. It is, so to speak, a type of currency that TripleClicks has come up with to assist in paying for items on TripleClicks.

Secondly, it can be used to buy TCredits once you've use a TCredit to bid in the auctions. Each TCredit ALSO earns you MRP, by default it is 5 MRP, however, you can always look for the DOUBLE MRP Rewards logo on auctions and choose to bid on those, this will earn you not 5, but 10MRP per bid! This is a good way to make the most value out of your bidding.

Thirdly, you can buy many items from TripleClicks with MRP instead of US$. So you could in essence, save up all your MRP for a specific item you REALLY want or like on TripleClicks and then buy for it with MRP. The only downside to this is the cost of shipping as it isn't included, so try to find items that offer FREE Shipping for their item.

Once you are able to work the process of earning MRP and spending it, it's time for the next phase. There is a REWARDS tab on TripleClicks website where you can buy specific items with MRP at a hugely discounted price. Perhaps there is something there that you purchase and use at a later stage.
