What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

Hello find people that is dedicated to learn about SFI.
To build a team :
1. Have your own co-op because with that you can help your affiliates to become strong.
2. Use skype to talk to them "Skype is the best way and the easiest way"
3. Let them reach a goal every month and award them with something that you can give as a bonus price.
4 Make videos or tutorials for your becomming affiliates
5 If you do this your team will grow fast!!!!

How do you respond when someone asks you about SFI?

I have been looking for a long time for a good program online such as pre-launches or this or that but I really want to tell you the truth this is the best program out there...
1. This takes time but pays off on the long run.
2. You dont have to spend money on this but if you do you gain income much faster.
3. everybody can join without being ripped off because many companies do that but SFI is the oldest and in my opinion the best.
People in the world to day should not join companies they should join people so simple is that SFI is all about that;)

That is very simple Co-op manager is the best.
Why is it so good?
1. you can put anyone in your downline into your own co-op.
2. you can see your tree grow daily from every angle.
3. you can help people in your own downline to grow those that are trying their best.
4. you can control how many they get and almost when they get it.
5. you spread your success with others.

You have the same change than everybody else in here, If you focus on a goal stick to it and one day it will be yours....
1. Find your friends to join and help them
2. Start to buy T currency from someone on the site that have permit to sell trough local pay.
3. Start everyday I can do this open your own store trough tripleclick and get up to 85 % commission
4 Make the dream come true SFI is not a one night stand it is a world of people working together making them have a better future.

When faced with negativity in promoting SFI, how do you respond and what path do you take moving forward?

I spend lot of my time explaining to others this buisness is not about getting rich quick, many companies out there are telling people to join just to take your money and give nothing back.
I always use the frase "easy comes easy goes" if you are not ready to put effort into this then you are not ready to make money online so simple is that.
This company is 15 years old and is paying out alot of money every month so just join the fun
Just don´t spend time dealing with those people because the world has 7 billion people and you just have to find five that find 5 and so on good luck.

As a new Team Leader, how do you know when you have enough PSA's to reassign to your downline?

I would say from the start to help people under you get movements right away because if you do they are more likely to become more active!! if not you will get all those that was under them so just keep sending emails and support to your downline how to do this ;)
This is how i do this with a great success
If you find 1 help him to find 5 and so on and so on!!
