What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

For me concentrating on sponsoring fewer already made PSAs is good but not the best, reason being that not all PSAs will respond positively to your coaching and encouragement so if you insist in sponsoring them alone without pushing forward to making new affiliates you will surely get exhausted and discouraged yourself.

Hence while sponsoring already made PSAs, go ahead and build newer and newer affiliates, there is non crime, remember the more active downlines you can get the higher

Hi there,
In my humble thoughts, I think you should stick to the 3 step plan in this way like I am doing and plan to do over and over :D
its like this:
1) become EA and stay that way every month
2)find 5 active PSAs
3)teach them the best way possible to repeat steps 1,2,3 ;)
and then when u finished the circle for this 5 PSAs, you go 3 step plan all over again ;)
it has greater benefits in the long run ;)

• Don't give your affiliates unrealistic expectations.

• Don't be derailed by "perfection paralysis." Realize that you won't be able to do everything perfectly. Do the best job you can, then move on to the next project. Keep learning and keep moving ahead.

• Read books (such as Napoleon Hill's classic, "Think And Grow Rich") that will convince you how powerful your mind really is. Develop the tremendous potential in you (that we all have) that has never

I think you must be continuously sponsoring new members because statistics say that only about 5% of affiliates will succeed. This means that in order to get five hard working affiliates you will need to sponsor 100. Also, some of those five, due to circumstances beyond their control, may have to drop out. So, I am always sponsoring 100 new affiliates per month so that I can maintain my five and have some left to re-assign to my hard working members.

For that question, the best thing to do is keep sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them to build their step by teaching them everything you've been done today in SFI and TripleClicks (copying everything you do). There are many ways to do that, send them a newspapers by email, for example, and etc.
While you do that, you still can sponsoring new affiliates for exactly the same that you do to your fewer PSAs.
Sponsoring new affiliates can give you many benefit

That is the one of the better questions lately and by all these excellent responses already, there isn't much that I could add.

Balance seems to be the Keyword -
if you already have an active down-line there's always the "Re-Assignment" tool, so keep them coming.

Have a quality personal page created solely for SFI with the idea of recruiting new affiliates, these new sign ups are usually better equipped for it and willing to work on their own success.

I think to have less and active affiliates is best instead of having more and inactive PSA's.If you see that 5 movers of yours are very active doing and completing their daily tasks ,and scoring good versapoints each month and maintaining their status, then why you have to run for more, these 5 affiliates are enough ,you train them guide them and show them the right track to earn money not in months but in days. But that doesn't mean you leave the other ones who are not so active or inactive, your job

I would continue to sponsor new affiliates, but also concentrate on coaching and helping build the affiliates on your team that are showing interest, asking questions, giving feedback, etc. I have learned not to waste time with those who don't want to help themselves and to spend time with the diamonds because our time is the most precious asset we have.

Unfortunately, many of the PSA will be unresponsive and all the coaching in the world won't get them to move. So I have found that continually adding affiliates keeps the pool wide and give mea better opportunity at finding the jewel that will help make the pool deep.

The affiliate genealogy report flags apparent builders with a green email tag. This allows you to sort out whom to spend your time.

You welcome and encourage everyone with your new PSA message and then work

I think training your PSAs is very important and one cannot train lots of people at once, because each PSA is different, with different needs, at different moments of times. So, we should concentrate on the PSAs who want to remain in SFI and be active, to give them all the necessary support when they ask for help, to "help them build". For the rest of PSAs who do not make any movement in PSA, we should keep a maintenance policy however.
Regarding sponsoring, we must not forget
