Which is best, free or paid advertising?

It all depends on how much time you have on your hands. Most of us work a full time job and cannot devote a lot of hours to the business like we want to at the beginning. I think its best to use both free and paid advertising. I do a little bit of both following the training the company provides us. The paid advertising has been very productive for me building my team and residual income, but if you have a part time job and time you can certainly do well with free advertising.
What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

I would continue to sponsor new affiliates, but also concentrate on coaching and helping build the affiliates on your team that are showing interest, asking questions, giving feedback, etc. I have learned not to waste time with those who don't want to help themselves and to spend time with the diamonds because our time is the most precious asset we have.
