Hi,
You can tell them that SFI is a growing and the best opportunity to give you a second income from home. You can sell your unused thing in your garage or home, or sell anything you like that can give you income.
SFI give you the opportunity to grow your business from home with your family and friends without living your home.
Patients and consistent is what you need to be successfull here in SFI, because it is not a one day dream business, but a hard work business that will earn you a freedom income in the future.

I guess a good letter that you can sent to potential affiliates who desire to know more about SFI that include your way to get easy versapoints everyday, how to generate sales and income and also how to advertised your gateway that can give you PSAs everyday.
And also your email address, with your supporting words that can make them moved to grow their work in SFI.

Many of new affiliates don't know what to do first after they joining SFI, so we as they sponsor must greet and help them to get to know about SFI.
New affiliates will get excited and active with SFI are when we greet them with a little extra help(something like : how to run SFI for the first time, to get VP everyday, and most important is the basic thing like "they must keep to be an EA everymonth").
Many of them don't have any money or maybe don't have any way to pay for the product that the TC offer (ex. credit card). A small TCredit and gift certificate, I think they will run their first step here in SFI. Their email will notified that they've got a tcredit and a gift from their sponsor that will excite them.
So the best way is :
1. Greet them with email, and lead them to duplicate our steps.
2. Give them a small TCredit and gift certificate.
3. Encourage them to do the best can they do for growing their second income.
And guess what, their ready to do bussiness.

Which is best, free or paid advertising?

Good question,
For free advertising, we can advertise there with no cost, but usually we have to do something as a compensation like viewing an
advertise, placed their banner in your blog, etc. The result is depends on how and what kind of the free advertiser that we used.
For a bigger and famous free advertiser, maybe the result will satisfy us and give us a credit too.
Otherwise, the paid advertising is more focused on it. The result are more satisfying enough to bring you a successful advertising.
With a cost of money for a year of two, they give you many benefit in advertising and they willing to help you too, and the price
is worthed to try for. The benefit like many template to use, the easy setting for your website and many other helpful tools to use.
So my answer is the paid advertising is more powerful tools to grow your bussiness to success, 'cause money isn't everything but
it doesn't lie.

What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

For that question, the best thing to do is keep sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them to build their step by teaching them everything you've been done today in SFI and TripleClicks (copying everything you do). There are many ways to do that, send them a newspapers by email, for example, and etc.
While you do that, you still can sponsoring new affiliates for exactly the same that you do to your fewer PSAs.
Sponsoring new affiliates can give you many benefit to developed your Co-op. They will become your team, and will help you to increased your goal, and you'll help them to increased their knowledge too.
So, try to do your best to keep sponsoring fewer PSAs and continued sponsoring new affiliates in the same time.
Don't let them missed everything you've do with your bussiness, because if they are our PSAs and our new affiliate, they're become our to team to developed to success, too.

The signs that a new affiliate is going to be a good one are they log to SFI in everyday, even they don't do nothing.
This is the signs that they like to know more about SFI, and they like to try. That's where we show them what they can do to grab their first VP from the to do list, and what they can do everyday to grow their bussiness here in SFI and buy or sell their product on TripleClicks.

For everyone of you that have a financialy capable, join a WAVE3, setting up a 1500VP of standing order (like; TCredit, IABE, S Builder co op and etc.), advertised on your blog or paid website about SFI and Tripleclicks, and log in everyday by doing every action on the to do list + win dailygrand.
FOr you that don't have financial, just try to log in everyday and doing every action on the to do list until your get an free MRP, free TCredit for your first modalities to grow your income by setting up your standing order and get your first pay with payoneer.
