I have found that by creating a wide funnel through advertising and personal approach that I will filter down the active committed affiliate that I will work with and help them to become successful.
It has to be kept in mind that out of the many that sign up only a small percentage will really take their SFI business to the next level. If you only have a small number coming through then there could be a tendency to get too caught up with the lack of activity that may be present and get frozen

First of all, sponsoring and coaching, helping are two things which are going with a hand in hand very well together. In every case it is good to be done on the way and up to the limits, where the quality of your sponsor's support could still not suffer too much.

When you sponsor even one affiliate, you need to take care first, how it will be with your coaching and helping. If you have a lot of new affiliates in a short period, you need to know this even more.

How you

Hi Andrew,
Very interesting question but there is no sure shot answer to this. It will depend from individual to individual and situation to situation. My take on this is as follows:

"I prefer quality over quantity".So i will go for recruiting fewer PSAs and concentrate on coaching and mentoring them to get started and build their own team of active affiliates. By doing so, i will be indirectly building my own team of active members. If I go for continuously sponsoring affiliates

This is a highly debatable issue. Quality or quantity ? Does one choose one's PSAs selectively and then groom them carefully and band them together into a long lasting team, OR, just go on enrolling as many PSAs as possible and let the "good ones" emerge as great performers ?

Actually, either of these methods might pay off and it is entirely left to individual choice.

I have had over 70 CSAs for the past several months and have been trying to "wake up" at

Having fewer active PSAs is the basis of success at SFI but one should dream BIG and sponsor lots of affiliates (have more active PSAs) to expand his/her downline. It is true that if you have a lots of active affiliates then you may get bulk of support requests from your downline but if you do proper management then you can easily handle those. In any case, you have to be focus on your Movers (https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=movers).

So, the best approach is sponsor new affiliates as much

hello Andrew,

this is continuous process you need to do both actions in the same time. In case you succeeded to sponsor a few of them ,you can never be sure will they at least maintain their EA2 rank or they might start well but after a few month they can simply abandon sfi for unknown reason. You need to do parallel process ,provide solid team support to each affiliate present in your downline + constantly advertise and try to add new members to your current team.
Naturally you

Interesting question. In Standard Multi Level Marketings business people should do personal meetings and if they find a good in their opinion prospect, they invite him to join their network business. But there is no guarantee the prospect will be active in business. It takes too much time, which not everyone has. In SFI things seems easier, but they are not. The same rule as in MLM applies here. 5 % of people joined in the business will do the business, other will not. So, my answer regarding SFI

its best to sponsor a few affiliates that are coachable than a whole bunch that are filling up your downline but are actuallly not doing anything. 5 good affiliates that you can turn into team leaders are way more valuable than 10,000 affilates doing absolutely nothing every month and posibily giving you a little stress to because you are constantly trying to motivate them to action and they dont even have the common deceny to even return your email

Hello Andrew,

Captain Dave – SFI training, quoting:
Every time a person asks us something, we have to re-think a thought we've already processed before. That means we have to internalize the matter and make a choice on what action to take. Life is a matter of choices. We make life changing choices thousands of times a day. In fact, we are the embodiment of what we have decided to do up until now in our lives, aren't we? (That was a question, wasn't it?).

Here we go:

Since you are asking what is best, I would recommend you do continuous sponsoring and coaching new affiliates in tandem. You cannot separate these two partners that you need to keep your PSAs active and persist. If you are just keep on sponsoring without reassuring them that SFI lays a gradual course of business, your PSAs will just be frustrated and wasted is your effort and money in case you paid for your PSAs. It is really important for you to let them understand the way you do what is in SFI
