Actually you don't need to prepare a presentation by yourself.
SFI provide a great presentation itself in 3-Step which focus on a ultra-simple plan based on the following points:

Using an autoresponder on your website means you are saying that you don't have time to read emails to respond. Although, such negative thinking can be avoided by providing an alternate way of communication for urgent queries that make an impact that you are caring about your customers not to miss any email from them due to the large amount of incoming emails.
In your emails, you should be focused in providing help to others not the general information which is already provided by SFI itself through its automated emails.
You should ask for the specific questions/confusions that you can respond. And make sure to provide some alter contact information for urgent queries.

How many hours a week do I need to devote to SFI to become successful?

In my personal view and experience, one should have to spend atleast 8 to 13 hours per week.
It includes:
- 15 to 30 minutes per to complete daily to-do list including voting for Ask SC questions.
- 15 to 30 minutes per week to compose a newsletter to send to his/her downline.
- 3 to 5 hours on advertising for sponsoring affiliates and TC members
- 2 to 3 hours on reading (including lessons, news, forum)
- 1 hour for weekly plan
Also, the more you work the more your chance of winning.

Which is best, free or paid advertising?

In advertising, paid is better than free because paid advertising gives you guarantee that the message will be delivered to the proper addresses. But in addition to that, I will say that self advertisement and communications is much more beneficial to promote SFI and Tripleclicks. It is free but needs time and efforts.
By self advertisement, I mean the advertising that is done by yourself including distributing flyers, post-cards, and communicate to friends and family. In this way, you can build better relationship with your customers (SFI affiliates and Tripleclicks members that you refer) from the beginning and convinced them in an efficient manner as you know the most about SFI than the other hired advertisers.

What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

Having fewer active PSAs is the basis of success at SFI but one should dream BIG and sponsor lots of affiliates (have more active PSAs) to expand his/her downline. It is true that if you have a lots of active affiliates then you may get bulk of support requests from your downline but if you do proper management then you can easily handle those. In any case, you have to be focus on your Movers (https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=movers).
So, the best approach is sponsor new affiliates as much as you can but you need to concentrate on the active ones.

SFI is all about earnings. So, the superstar in SFI will be the one who earns the most.
You need to follow each and every steps for earning that have been mentioned in SFI Basics and other training material.
Following are some qualities of a superstar:
1) accumulate the highest VPs per month
2) have the largest affiliate signups per month
3) highest TC sales per month
Do whatever you can do and then ask help from GOD for achievement.

This program is all about communication. The more effectively you communicate to your affiliates the more they got motivation to work and the more success you get. But this only happens, if the affiliates respond to your emails and ask questions to learn about it. So, communicate with your affiliates preferably those who do reply as much as you can and you will be succeed soon.

When faced with negativity in promoting SFI, how do you respond and what path do you take moving forward?

The key idea is patience.
Consider them as good feedback for improvements in your marketing. And take note on where you are mistaken in explaining them about SFI. Don't do debate with them, prepare your points with improvements to explain to another potential affiliate.
And After sometime explain them again with improvements. Even if they argue second time then leave them with good hope.
Why do some affiliates find success with SFI in just weeks, while for others it takes months or years?

I don't say, it because of luck.
Its depend on the time, money and efforts that one put to make his/her business a success.
People normally try to get money without investing any time, efforts and even money.
Here at SFI, one can get success only if he/she put all these three things:
1) Time : To work for his/her business
2) Money : As an investment to his/her business, every business requires some regular investments to be done. SFI is the same.
3) Efforts : To make his/her business a real success.
So, please put all these three into action and you will definitely get success.
