As your Downline grows it’s very important that you become a leader.
It's common knowledge that helping downline set and reach goals is a critical part of every sponsor's job.Goal-setting is particularly important as a mechanism for providing ongoing and year-end feedback. By establishing and monitoring targets, you can give your PSA real-time input on their performance while motivating them to achieve more.

As a leader it will be your “job” to train them to share the business,

I do not have any PSA's that I know personally who I could speak to face to face, so all my communication with my PSA's is via email.

In my experience, unless a PSA is committed to SFI from the start, trying to communicate and find out a little about them or their goals, let alone getting a response, is like drawing blood from a stone.

When you get one of the rare gems, it is not difficult to discuss their goals, as they are open to sharing their needs and receiving suggestions,

So far my PSAs don't respond, but with the new daily action with goals, I think this is a good way to get started.

Encouraging them and offering our help with their goals is something that should help to get them involved with the business. We need to recognize that many people join SFI because it is free and they think that they don't have to do anything to make money or that they will make money fast with this business. We need to encourage them that they will make money but it may

Paul Great question,

in my opinion the best way to approach a new PSA regarding their goals is to have an open ended conversation with them through genealogy mailer and E-mail as well as skype start off slow but build up to asking about their goals they have with SFI see what they had in mind as to when to get them accomplished and how as well as a time line for the next set of goals when these are complete

Here is more of a break down

Step 1.

If your PSAs send their goals to you, you are on a good way to build a good team, so it would be unreasonable to lose that opportunity. We may also assume that sharing the goals is a signal that your affiliates want to discuss them with you and this may require a great deal of sensitivity, common sense, and tact.

Before going into the details, I'd first compliment them on setting the goals and thank them on sending them to you.

While discussing the goals themselves, never evaluate

Wooooow! Good question.
First of all, I want to believe there is a cordial and good level of rapport between the PSA and his sponsor. Therefor, good communication is the key. Communication builds trust and friendship between the Sponsor and PSAs. When this trust is built, the PSA will always feel free to open up on his/her goals and can easily discuss it with his sponsor.
Also, when an affilliate complete his/her profile, SFI corporate will send the sponsor a notification about it. The

First of all I check out my PSAs profile so I know exactly why they joined SFI. I only deal with those who have bothered to complete the profile since I am more likely to get a response from them and I have an idea at least of their overall goal.

I communicate shortly after welcome letter and let them know I am aware of their goal in joining SFI and offer my support in finding the path best suited to achieve said goal.

Then suggest that they break down that general goal to daily,

Hello, very nice question, thanks for posting it.
I found that the best way, for me, is to follow genealogy report and see their points up to date. According to them (if they are above or below the "green line") I define what will catch their attention, so that I can keep the doors open for further discussion. Before sending anything, I check if my information is accurate, if the information is up to date as well.
Because new PSA is already overloaded with much information provided

Hey Paul, good question.

I find it important to make sure that any goals new PSA's set are realistic goals. If goals are unrealistic then people become disillusioned quickly when these goals aren't met.

It's baby steps in the beginning and bigger goals as you get more experienced.

It's also important to review goals regularly, both to see that you haven't over reached yourself and also to ensure your goals aren't to small. You also need to review your goals so you

A new PSA is one that does not know much about SFI. You must be very patient with them,
When approaching them, do the followings:.
1.  Explain to them what SFI stands for and what they stand to gain in being a member, know that most of them may have joined network ((MLM)  before, so you must let them know why SFI  is different.  2. You must
