the best way to set up an advertising co-op for your affiliates would have to be through the S-Builder co-op shares.

you would send a team mail message to your group inviting them to join in your co-op.

You can either do it for free and buy however many shares you think you will need to spread across your team. remember each share will bring in between 6-8 affiliates so plan according.

or you could offer it to your team of EA2's and above who are willing to split the costs with you say you pay $11 and they pay $11 each share they are willing to buy into

you could do one co-op and just have it setup so all of your members are receiving 1 share and you have 2 shares (if you bought extra shares of S-Builder for yourself just make sure you add your own sfid into the co-op manager) I would not do a set number of sign-ups per person for the simple fact that there might not be enough sign-ups from the S-Builder co-op but if you do use that option I recommend leave it at say 5-6 affiliates per person unless someone bought 2 co-ops from you then they would get 10-12 sign-ups and then the rest will flow to you which should not be that many 1-3 per share if the S-Builder produces all 8 sign-ups you can always reassign affiliates if there were too many left over at the end of the month and you always want to be fair to your downline

Another option if you found a great place to advertise would be to create an ad on your own in a magazine, newspaper, or online with a great website and connect the ad to a key code you would use for a custom domain. buy or win a custom domain first direct it to the address http://sfi4.com/xxxxxxxx.3101/FREE (this is the current site the Co-op uses) with key code (in this example)3101 then set up the co-op. In the ad use the custom domain (because it will be easier to remember) but it will redirect to the correct address just make sure when you set up the co-op you use the same key code as the redirected custom domain. It's good to have more that i lifetime custom domain so you can use the others for your own advertising efforts to build your own downline.

also when you start to feel overwhelmed breath in through your nose for 7 seconds and slowly breath out your mouth for 10 seconds repeat that for around 5 minutes and that should relax you as well. This is what I do when I get too stressed out or overwhelmed


also to alleviate your stress and when you start to get overwhelmed take a day or two off reading.

If one of your team members does not want to continue his or her business you could try to convince them to stay by showing them the benefits of SFI compared to other types of businesses online https://www.sfimg.com/ReviewSIM/SFIComparisonChart.pdf as well as our compensation plan https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan then you could also tell them about your success so far with SFI and explain that it takes time and some efforts as well as persistence and dedication to their business, just like a regular bricks and mortar establishment the same apply's to our SFI business if they don't show up everyday how can they expect to see anything in return, the business would not thrive. Please remember what you put into your business is what you will get out of it (no work or efforts = no money) also you could offer them a Tcredit bonus for each month that they decide to stick with it or become EA2. Also you can offer to transfer some of your psa's to them as a way to show that this is a serious business. I know it can be hard to convince them to stay with SFI but with a little pressure and a little time and persistence they can be convinced to stay This company (SFI) is the ONLY one that I have found to be legitimate and long term income not just some fly by night scam or ponzi scheme and just explain to him/her that there is no other business out there any where that offers what we get for FREE so no matter how bleak and desperate things might look we have to look towards the long-term (big picture) view and not tunnel vision

Hello BELINDA great question! the main benefits of receiving non active affiliate as reassignments are that when they do become active (and I have had a few) months or a year later they see the "big Picture" and decide to go all out and sponsor their own team then when your commission check is processed you will have a greater amount than if they had stayed inactive granted this may not always be the case but some of the time it is.

You have got to remember its all about timing. When is the right time to be active in SFI? When are they ready to accept SFI is here for the long run and not some fly by night scam? Who really wants to be financially well off and not report to a "BOSS" every day just to make ends meet? Only that individual can answer these questions for themselves!


Well that depends on the individual team member.


BUT

some may take off like a rocket at the beginning just to fall flat or quit (a lot will do this)
they feel that trading time for long term income is either not worth what efforts they did put forth their first "LEARNING" months and their "small" commission check should have been bigger the first 6 months are your basically learning the ropes months you really do not earn all that much till you start to have some solid EA2's or higher in your downline AND are making sales


Then you have those who just sign up and don't get "active" for days, weeks, or even months but when the light bulb goes off in their head that SFI IS REAL not some fly by night scam then they will take their business seriously and make sales and be active (this happens more often than you think). you get them active by always sending your messages to ALL of your downline not just your "condensed" 90 day login genealogy then as time goes on they see one of your letters about building up your business or one showing your teams progress over the last month be persistent and vigilant but not overly advantageous.

next you have the team members who are hitting the ground running and advertise and make sales right off the bat these are your ACE'S as a blog member "Boris" said in a post and stated clearly in a YouTube video there are four aces in every deck and with 52 cards in all those 4 are treasures treat them as such they are your diamonds in the rough, your golden nugget!

and finally you have the ones who don't opt-out but their business dies due to inactivity they never have logged in but on the day they initially signed up (and there are tons of these) "want to get rich quick" mentality they either become one of the others listed above or their business just dies with their dreams when the account is closed by SFI due to inactivity in 1 years time I hope this has helped someone thanks for reading my post

Hello Catherine and all SFI affiliates,

Really if you are being an awesome sponsor and friend to your teammates the only thing that I would consider unnecessary and too much would be trying to spam them with other offers for other programs you may or may not be involved in.

Since they are in this business to create a team of affiliates too as well as make some money then I would say any and all communication that is within SFI rules and regulations should be ok including talking on facebook and skype if they have accounts there too.

Being their friend first and sponsor/co-sponsor second is the best way to run your business they should feel supported and as a part of your family. Since we all are one family, the SFI family, all team members should get the same support and options to grow their business too.

Why limit what you send them as long as they have not opted out there is no reason to not include them all in weekly Team Mail messages as well as any information that you think might help them get a better start with their business and to keep it going month after month, year after year.

It is also a good idea to share with your team your personal experiences not just about SFI but about how your life is going what you struggle with and how you have overcame the odds. It not only makes them feel like a friend and family member, but it lets them know that this business is real and there are real people behind that small square picture everyone sees and not some nameless computer running the show.

The best way to approach this issue is to be honest and upfront with all of your newly sponsored affiliates on your team. DO NOT try and overinflate your team with false promises and anything that would make them believe that SFI is a "get rich quick scheme" (including your advertising) I try to stay away from the words, quickly, earn money now, and really anything that goes against the affiliate agreement, General Rules and Policies, and The Rules of Success

See a lot of the time people get the idea that ALL mlm and affiliate marketing are part of that "get rich quick" theme that has been going on for many many years in network marketing this CANNOT be further from the truth.

explain to your team that with any "REAL" business including a regular bricks and mortar retail location there is a learning and a growing stage that EVERY one of us has to go through some people find their niche fast other people take their time building a solid foundation from which their business grows from. It's all relative to your (their) situation, depending how much time and or money they can invest into their business

But to be honest a lot of people do sign up as affiliates thinking this might be their "get rich quick " way out of their situation but in fact there is no such thing as a "get rich quick" road to success and fortune (if there was we ALL would be getting paid big bucks for doing nothing but sign up for programs and pray for the best)

BUT some of those who do sign up thinking that do make SFI their full-time work from home business and DO survive the first 6 months to several years without seeing much in terms of benefits other that maybe a small commission till they build up their business to a successful level and when that light goes off in their head saying "I'm Glad I stuck with it" it will all be worth it

My three things I live by in SFI are

1.time- time is your friend "eventually" you WILL sponsor 5 (or more) great team leaders
2. Patience - if you do not have patience it's like trying to harvest your crop of wheat in the same season that you planted it it's not going to happen
3. Perseverance - There will ALWAYS be rough time and difficult decisions to make getting through them and getting on with building YOUR Business is key just because someone says it's not possible does not make them right.Prove them ALL wrong.

So to sum it all up some might sign up thinking about getting rich quick it's YOUR job as their sponsor to set the record straight and teach them the Ultra-Simple 3-Step Plan to be successful with us here at SFI

Its a soft cover book with 14 chapters and 121 pages.

I do not know when he will publish his next volume but when he does it'll be a great read.

I've read his online version half way through and it contains a plethora of information just don't try and read it all in a day or two.

Let it sink in and while it does that start applying some of what you are reading especially the parts about blogs and Free Advertising Strategies parts 1 and 2 they are great areas to start focusing on. you might also want to read about starting your own website.

Internet Income is definitively the best book to read in my humble opinion because it is given to up for free and has a lot of useful information for all internet marketers

www.sfi1.biz/xxxxxxxx has got to be my favorite at the moment it has our name personalized and they can make sure they are on my sign up page not someone else's. I really like the newest one too www.sfi4.com/xxxxxxxx/first but every time I go to the site the video and audio skips and does not load right it keeps flashing the person every few minutes as it plays. other than that this video is great I enjoy that the new clients can see who has achieved EA status and is earning money with SFI. with these two sites I have gotten a few sign ups a week as well as quite a few people who are clicking on my ads but not signing up. I love the fact that SFI has come up with new and innovative ways to get people to view and sign up on our capture page. keep up the great work SFI hope this helps!

Its rather easy to start a blog you go to http://www.wordpress.com and chose a good name for your SFI blog that will be the address where you would direct traffic to. It would look similar to this http://www.sfimg.wordpress.com. then you will need to start adding information to your blog your first entry could be a longer ad from our approved text ads found here: https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/OppTextAds

The best way to use your blog to promote SFI would be to put your personal experiences with SFI and that should be done weekly. You can post things about the compensation plan or the 3 step ultra simple easy plan to be successful in SFI. If you wanted to you could also add a video on youtube to your blog for example in word press you would click add new post then click on the "code" icon then paste the embed code from youtube and finally click the "/code" link then title the video and put in a category I use videos as the category you can also place one or two banners on but no more than that otherwise it will look like a banner farm and most people don't respond well to that type of advertisements.

I would also like to recommend that you have your own website with the sub-domain being SFI it would look like this http://www.sfi.yoursitesname.com. With your main page being http://www.yoursitesname.com you could post tips and other helpful information for your downline as well as any contests you are running. Also you can upload different documents to your site like guides and the such for your team to download and view at their leasure

the easiest answer I can give is a lack of knowledge in regards to what SFI is all about and how they can benefit from our businesses over a period of time.(this of course is NOT a "get rich type of program) and some people fail to realize this.

The lack of knowledge can be overcome if given guidance and that they understand that there is no "overnight success" it takes sometimes months even years before you start to see any real income from "any" legitimate business it all really depends on your level of involvement throughout that given time if you are slow to start it will take longer than if you shot out the gate running especially for those of us who are not as skilled at computers or the entire marketing type of business model over all.

We all know the saying "quitters never win and winners never quit" but a lot of times new people in marketing (especially online marketing) have some trouble grasping this concept for one reason or another, mainly because they do not see immediate results they just in fact give up after seeing their first commission check and say "wow all that hard work and look what I got to show for it!" I personally had a couple opt outs for this very reason.

I always send a team mail message out to all of my inactive affiliates once a week encouraging them to revisit this business they have started.

Lots of people don't give their business a chance to get a good start for instance this is a sales and duplicating/recruiting type of business you cannot just let it sit idly by and hope and think it will make you ANY money.

When I receive new team members I send out a message (along with others) that states what SFI is and is not and says basically what SFI asks of us in order for us to achieve great success within our teams some have responded well others have not.

You have to remember the saying Some will, some won't. So what?! Someone's waiting! Next!The basic rule of thumb I use is out of every 10 people I bring to my team 1 will be worth more to me than gold. so just keep recruiting we are only at 1 million SFI members there is the whole world left for us to sign up and the numbers grow exponentially every day a child is born then reaches the age of majority in his/her country
