I am answering under the assumption that you have followed all the teachings on how to be a Great Sponser.

I am personally convinced that getting people to submit ratings is not something that anyone can influenced. It is a personal choice and therefore not an instrument that should be used to gaugeor measure to a large degree on how a Leader is performing. Ratings are subjective and can also be emotional. It sometimes reflects how the individual is doing personally with or without a sponsor's support or lack of support.

The answer therefore is do what is required of you as a sponsor and your success and your team's success will be definately speak for you.

SFI sends out reminder mail to the PSA's on behalf of their Sponsor to rate and comment on their Sponsor's. The affiliates who are active will rate their Sponsor's as they will get VersaPoints for doing so.

One can try and be a good Sponsor to their downline by welcoming them to SFI, helping them through the initial stages and periodically sending them mailers and supporting them quickly with any of their queries. These actions can guarantee maximum PSA's to submit rating & comment on your performance.
A small reminder about the rating to the PSA's in your regular mailers to them is also OK.

Good question but not very simple. These are the ways I use to get my PSA to submit a sponsor rating?

As all the PSAs are approachable by email, you should contact them immediately and welcome them to SFI. Send them a Welcome letter with your introduction.

Every week send a Tip or SFI Rule or some important Information to all your PSAs. So they know that you are sincerely interested to help them.

Ask them how they feel whether you are a good sponsor or they need more help from you. You can ask them to comment on your help and assistance.

Once you have established a connection, relationship or trust with them, they will automatically rate you 4 to 5 stars in the beginning of the month.

If still they have not rated you, you can request them through email or PM to do so.

Online Sponsoring methods for recruit SFI affiliate
As we all already know, Sponsoring is essential in building SFI business.
There are many online methods to start sponsoring SFI, but I want to share 3 simple ways that I hope could help our team member who are new to online marketing.

1. Social Media
One simple way to attract new affiliates is to get your SFI business out there via Social Media marketing. Build a presence for your SFI business on popular networks like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and others.
This can be a good way to recruit affiliates. Social Media Network can puts you in touch with millions of viewers around the world, that makes it a very powerful marketing tool.
NOTE: Some Social Media are no longer allowing affiliate URLs link to be placed on their website. Mostly affiliate URLs link will be identified as spam. To anticipate this you need a Domain Name forwarded to your SFI gateway link http://www.sfi4.com/xxxxxxxx/FREE.

2. Online Affiliate Marketing Forum
There are a few forums dedicated to affiliate marketing. Although you need to check the forum policy before start posting in. Consider to make a nice short ad about SFI so people will always see when they read your post. You do not have to create topics to draw attention. You can post replies to other people's topics and offer them some information about the issue. The more replies you give to people, the more your name and your ad will be viewed.

3. Online Advertising
Consistent advertising also works for recruit affiliates. You could select 3-5 advertising sites and post your SFI business consistently. If you could not post everyday, 3 times a week could bring a good result.
Peoples always underestimate advertising link with long and numbered URL. This is another reason you should have your own domain name forwarded to your SFI gateway.
There are a lot of advertising websites offering free or paid advertising. In my opinion free advertising works, but paid advertising works better. Paid advertising will save your times and will get results faster.


Besides Online Sponsoring methods there are another method that I believes could be the most effective method of sponsoring. Promote your SFI business to your family members, friends, relatives and your colleagues. Why ? Because they all know you in person, soon after your SFI business begin to grow they will tell others about your success, and your SFI business may spread everywhere with their help.

Very good question.
First of all, you must really help out your PSAs which should really tempt them to comment and rate you.
Rather than this what else? you may ask your PSAs to rate you every month by sending them a team mail. But asking them to rate you every month, will annoy them.
so do your work by helping your PSAs , then SFI will remind them to rate you.
Definitely they will rate you then.

You simply need to work hard with them right from signup. Tell them what they are doing right. Also, let them know what they are missing out. Instruct them on how to overcome their fears at the beginning on SFI.

Once you identify with their growth, then pointing out submission of sponsor rating will be so easy.

I think that the best way doing from day one what should sponsor to work.
What is it?
From his first steps,to him slowly explain what is Strong Future International,and
What is hs business,and how to work.It should be refer to Compesation plan.
Since he can rate the sponsor after two month since are registered ,for this two months,he will see it is sponsor well prowen way.
I think,It is the only real,because ,not the point in 10 VP,than in it,that good explain what is SFI,and how it works.If it is good,will be apsent good rating.
It is my opinion,maybe will not all of you agree with me

hello thanks for your question. now I'm always confident with open honest conversations you come to the best. if the sponser or just not therefore support you, then yes benote just once with 2 stars yes then you see how they respond. also on the contrary should not be offended because a two star rating is a big challenge. I think if we're just more open and honest then that is a win win situation for all sides. So we make it to the job. we have decided for sfi yes then it is a duty to put it all on a performance of all divisions and pages.

This question is very difficult for me to answer because PSAs/CSAs have never given any work direction or ideas how to venture into SFI business. Unlike my upline leaders they are always there to give words of encouragement & how to go about achieving the VPs. So I don't think its good for them to rate us or give comment.

First be active with your downlines, by being in regular contacts with them, encouraging them with ways to understand SFI.

Inform your downlines that you are doing the best you can to encourage them and would appreciate feedback on how you're helping them. Encourage both feedback through email as well as through rating your leadership skills.

Encourage them to give you them by letting them understand that for anyone to succeed at SFI, we all need to be great leaders, and as you now a leader, they too will become team leaders, and you both will work on being great leaders.
