Hi

I am answering under the assumption that you have followed all the teachings on how to be a Great Sponser.

I am personally convinced that getting people to submit ratings is not something that anyone can influenced. It is a personal choice and therefore not an instrument that should be used to gaugeor measure to a large degree on how a Leader is performing. Ratings are subjective and can also be emotional. It sometimes reflects how the individual is doing personally

SFI sends out reminder mail to the PSA's on behalf of their Sponsor to rate and comment on their Sponsor's. The affiliates who are active will rate their Sponsor's as they will get VersaPoints for doing so.

One can try and be a good Sponsor to their downline by welcoming them to SFI, helping them through the initial stages and periodically sending them mailers and supporting them quickly with any of their queries. These actions can guarantee maximum PSA's to submit rating & comment

Good question but not very simple. These are the ways I use to get my PSA to submit a sponsor rating?

As all the PSAs are approachable by email, you should contact them immediately and welcome them to SFI. Send them a Welcome letter with your introduction.

Every week send a Tip or SFI Rule or some important Information to all your PSAs. So they know that you are sincerely interested to help them.

Ask them how they feel whether you are a good sponsor or they need more

Very good question.
First of all, you must really help out your PSAs which should really tempt them to comment and rate you.
Rather than this what else? you may ask your PSAs to rate you every month by sending them a team mail. But asking them to rate you every month, will annoy them.
so do your work by helping your PSAs , then SFI will remind them to rate you.
Definitely they will rate you then.

You simply need to work hard with them right from signup. Tell them what they are doing right. Also, let them know what they are missing out. Instruct them on how to overcome their fears at the beginning on SFI.

Once you identify with their growth, then pointing out submission of sponsor rating will be so easy.

I think that the best way doing from day one what should sponsor to work.
What is it?
From his first steps,to him slowly explain what is Strong Future International,and
What is hs business,and how to work.It should be refer to Compesation plan.
Since he can rate the sponsor after two month since are registered ,for this two months,he will see it is sponsor well prowen way.

hello thanks for your question. now I'm always confident with open honest conversations you come to the best. if the sponser or just not therefore support you, then yes benote just once with 2 stars yes then you see how they respond. also on the contrary should not be offended because a two star rating is a big challenge. I think if we're just more open and honest then that is a win win situation for all sides. So we make it to the job. we have decided for sfi yes then it is a duty to put it all

This question is very difficult for me to answer because PSAs/CSAs have never given any work direction or ideas how to venture into SFI business. Unlike my upline leaders they are always there to give words of encouragement & how to go about achieving the VPs. So I don't think its good for them to rate us or give comment.

First be active with your downlines, by being in regular contacts with them, encouraging them with ways to understand SFI.

Inform your downlines that you are doing the best you can to encourage them and would appreciate feedback on how you're helping them. Encourage both feedback through email as well as through rating your leadership skills.
