Most important of all investments would be Time.
Time to visit SFI daily to study the vast knowledge base and complete tasks at To Do List.
Invest money in joining W3 & S-Builder Co-Op for both publicity of products at the tripleclicks store and creating a downline by recruiting affiliates.
Set up a Standing Order which guarantees EA position (IHABE subscription or purchase of any product at tripleclicks store which offers 1500VP)
And a bit of hard work and commitment should get you to succeed at SFI.

What is the best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing?

SFI sends out reminder mail to the PSA's on behalf of their Sponsor to rate and comment on their Sponsor's. The affiliates who are active will rate their Sponsor's as they will get VersaPoints for doing so.
One can try and be a good Sponsor to their downline by welcoming them to SFI, helping them through the initial stages and periodically sending them mailers and supporting them quickly with any of their queries. These actions can guarantee maximum PSA's to submit rating & comment on your performance.
A small reminder about the rating to the PSA's in your regular mailers to them is also OK.

What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

Best is continuously sponsoring new affiliates, then concentrating on coaching and helping, the ones that last and do not quit, build a successful business in SFI.
You cannot just sponsor fewer PSA's as anyone long enough here knows that not all of them stick, some who work for sometime just do quit. So it is not guaranteed that the fewer PSA's will last.
Best is to continuously sponsor affiliates. if it takes more time to coach and help them you got to.
What is the best way to greet new affiliates, that will get them excited and active with SFI?

'What if this is the one'!!!
A man was on a ship when he was washed overboard. He then found himself stranded on an island and he thinks 'well its ok god will save me'. Then a ship comes by and they say 'hey, do u need some help?'. he says 'no its ok, god will save me'. Then a helicopter comes by and they say 'you need some assistance?'. 'no' the man says 'its ok, god will save me'... then the man is struck by lightning, dies and goes to heaven and asks god 'what happened, I thought you were going to save me???' god says 'I sent a ship and a helicopter, why didn't you take my help?'
So..

For keeping them active:
'You have to do 3 things to make this work for you:
1. Visit SFI daily and study all that it has to offer and understand the business & also do the daily tasks to get VPs
2. Maintain EA status by setting up Standing Order
3. Create a good downline for yourself by SBuilder or advertising yourself

How many hours a week do I need to devote to SFI to become successful?

To be successful in SFI one has to devote at least 21 hours minimum every week, or more if possible.
It does take quite sometime to read the wealth of knowledge base in SFI which is most important to be successful. One has to read the Latest News, Forum Posts & Ask SC to be abreast of the latest.
Important too is the completion of To-Do List everyday, visiting your TConnect page & checking out the happenings on Triple Clicks, which is time absorbing.
As known by all that the most important investment to be successful in SFI is TIME, it is important that you give all the time possible to it.

How do you prepare your affiliates for their second month in the business?

Most of the affiliates who join SFI and who are curious and interested, last the first month and complete their tasks and attain EA. But when its not possible to attain EA the second month without some investment they drop out.
I advise some of my affiliates not to finish off all the tasks and get the VP the first month itself and keep some tasks for the 2nd month. Concentrate more on staying above the greenline. If the affiliate logs in daily it is possible.
Also i advise them to arrange enough funds for SO to stay EA or some purchases on TC.
"Not possible to obtain warmth from fireplace without feeding it with firewood".
Constant interaction and explaining in detail about SFI works towards them being successful.

Without a destination you would not want to set out on a journey.
By planning on what you want to achieve, you will know where you have to concentrate your hard work & efforts.
No one wants to be just a ‘part of SFI’. Everyone wants to be ‘successful in SFI’. In order to be successful in SFI it is very very important to set yourself goals.
