To continue to grow as an SFI leader, I have found that one must continue to read.

>Did I mention reading? One of the prime requirements of being a leader is being a good reader, By reading one can stay abreast of changing parameters within SFI and how they may affect your affiliates.

>One should also be a good listener. When your affiliates write to you always try to understand what they are trying to convey. If you have a problem understanding don't be afraid to request

Interesting question.
Regarding SFI I do those things:
1. Earn my daily VP
2. Sending team mail
4. Sharing what products I use and the information I have
5. Communication with the PSA/CSA, but only if they need me for assistance. I respect their personal time and development. It's individual process;
6. Reading articles and e-books regarding business
7. Work, share and send newsletter almost every week
8. Working on training for SFI and my presentation skills;
Outside

If I read the question correctly you are asking what it is that I am PERSONALLY doing to grow and develop as an SFI leader.

I have joined the Warrior Forum, and have learned a lot about internet marketing which I can apply to my SFI business.

Read the "How to be an awesome Sponsor" page regularly.

Read as much as I can on the internet in general about affiliate marketing.

I have joined "work from home" groups on Linkedin and Google+,

Read, read, read. Communicate. Duplicate. Reward my team. And then turn around and do it again tomorrow.

I think the most important thing to do to grow as a leader is to read and learn as much as possible. There is a lot of information on this site. Then there's the IAHBE site, which is LOADED with information. If I'm looking for information on a specific subject, I look in the TC store to find cheap ebooks. Most of the time I buy them with a TCredit or MRP. There is so much information

I ensure a team mail goes to all my affiliates each week - not for VP for me but to ensure that important news I learned in the previous seven days is passed on to my team. Some have been in SFI longer than me as they are second homed CSAs. It is good to be in regular contact with them and my movers to ensure a exchange of ideas in order to grow myself and my team. A good leader learns and passes that learning on to his team but should also be responsive to information from others.

This is an interesting question and it appears different people have interpreted it in different ways. Some people have described the process of building your SFI business so that you become a leader. Personally I think the question is referring to the process of developing yourself as a leader - developing your own leadership skills. That is how I will answer.

Firstly to be a good leader one needs to be able to be a good follower and be teachable.
I make a point of making friends

To grow to be a leader or any business,the first thing needed is planning..Then we need finance.. So we have to make sure that we get enough money to invest in SFI..But when we think practically, its difficult to spend all my money one earns at SFI alone...

So i planned and opened an ECA store.. Now i earn enough that i can use that money to develop in SFI..Thus i use SFI to develop my position at SFI..I keep my income from my regular job for my other needs..

Once financial

Hi there my fellow affiliates,

This is the question that I had in mind. To answer your question, I want to let everyone know first and foremost that nothing comes fast and easy. You have to continue to focus and work hard everyday for you to see the reward in the end.

With that being said; As a SFI Leader, I always make sure that my teams knows what I have been doing in order to grow our business. I also make sure that they totally understand the process of growing your business
