As for me, I treat my CSAs the same way I treat my PSAs when it comes to sending messages. For instance, at the beginning of each week, I send them group messages so as to give them new hints, understanding and encouragement for the new week.

The reason for treating them this way is because, I don't know if their Sponsor is always giving them the same encourage like I do.

However, I don't burden my CSAs with individual e-mails like I do to my PSAs! I personally pick on my PSAs so as to monitor their progress, tell them to do more, and inquire if there is anything they don't understand.

For the most part, I treat my CSA's as if they are my own PSA's. I assume that they might not be looked after by their sponsor, and may need a lot of help and guidance.

However, I don't feel as 'obligated' to them, so it makes it easier in many ways. I feel that I can help them out with their questions, without having to live up to some promise that I made to them.

Group messaging is extremely effective communication tool. I want my entire team to be aware of, and have access to all my contests, incentives, advice, tips and hints. I also want to share some of the pitfalls I've experienced along the way!

Starting as new members of SFI can be an overwhelming and confusing experience. As team leaders, we need to nurture and encourge our entire team's growth! New PSAs and CSAs especially need to know that we are there for them reguardless of their "title"! As they learn, work and grow so does the team!

Working as one team, and then dupicating this teamwork with, and for, future generations of our downlines is key to everyone's success. This is the legacy I want to pass on to my team!

My CSAS' are not become overwhelmed because I treat my CSA's as if they are my own PSA's. I send Welcome Letter to PSAS’ as well as CSAS’ first. I think there is no difference between PSA and CSA. I always search for Affiliates who they are give efforts to earn money in a long term basis may be he/she a PSA or CSA. I always take care my CSAS’ like PSAS.The information I send is the same for everyone.I send Group Mail to all my PSA and CSA weekly. If necessary I contact with them to send Team Mail and try to regular communicating with them.I send them a congratulatory message. When they reach EA.

When the dreaded red arrow shows up on the genealogy, I send at least 1 message to let them know they are in danger of losing me--and I don't want to lose them. I encourage them to log in, gain some VP, remember what they wanted that they thought SFI would fill, and to contact me so we could decide what the next step can be, and how I can help them.

I always watch one thing who is interested and active and whose activity will progress my whole Team,May be he/she is a PSA or CSA.When our main object is to do business and grow our Team in SFI to earn money so there should not be any difference between PSA and CSA.

Delete the letter C and read as Sponsored AFFILIATE or delete the letters CS and read as AFFILIATE; either way you will have Affiliate at the end. Similarly you have AFFILIATE in PSA; and both CSAs and PSAs are important and integral part of our business as they contribute towards our financial freedom. Then why discrimination? Why should we differ in sending mails, sharing information to our CSAs and PSAs?

I never try to look at who is my CSA’s sponsor rather always try to encourage my CSAs; feed them with valuable information, motivate them, share with them my thought about SFI Business as I do with my PSAs. I always take care of my CSAs so that they are not overwhelmed and go ahead freely in SFI Business. No one should feel scared when they start in a new system and as the days pass by they should feel more comfortable and confident with someone’s support, whether he is a sponsor or a co-sponsor. Basically I always use my genealogy to send team mails whether it’s a weekly mail, sharing information or motivational mails.

Do not forget we had been rewarded CSAs on becoming EA and they are our first down line.

Great question about how to sponsor down-line CSA's without having them feel overwhelmed.

I have found that no matter who is in your down line - it is best to communicate with everyone with the same message. I have not found double communication between leaders to be a negative experience as no two people think the same nor do two people manage their affairs the same. The more hints, tips and communication that everyone, including CSA's receive, in my opinion is better. The more tools that are provided to everyone, the better they are able to perform tasks that are necessary to make their business flourish.

In my book, there is absolutely no differentiation between PSAs and CSAs.They are Affiliates entrusted to my care and guidance. In many cases, I have noticed, Affiliates do not get adequate attention /guidance from their own sponsors, may be for various reasons. No matter, that does not concern me ; the CSAs are my "children" too and there is no way I am going to treat them as "adopted children".

Having made that clear, as an Affiliate, whenever I need guidance/information/information,I write to both my sponsor and co-sponsor. I get responses from both and it enriches the total input I get. Both of them are responsive, supportive and informative. That is how the system is supposed to work.

Now my own CSAs ( I do not have PSAs yet), I write to all of them regularly and encourage them to do their best and invite their attention to the multifarious fun features of SFI. I exhort them to contact me and seek help where they need. Unfortunately so far none of them have written to me but after repeated clarion calls, 5 of the CSAs have finally started activities (out of a total of 69 CSAs). That, for me, is a reward in itself.

I like to encourage everyone in my downline and we all need help and support sometimes.
Some CSA's may not be supported by their sponsor and it's nice to have someone there if you need some extra help. If my CSA's already have a supportive sponsor, that's great, but I'm here for extra support.
Some affiliates need much more help than others. Affiliates that are experienced in marketing know what to do and how to promote, but there are many newbies who join up and don't know where to start. These are the members that really do need lots of support and advice on promoting.
We are all in this together and everyone benefits from a supportive upline.

The amount of information you send to your CSA's is up to you really.
By leaving it up to your sponsors, is something called Laziness, and from that you do not truly earn anything thinking it's going to be given to you on a silver platter.

As i said before, the amount of information you send is something up to you, it doesn't matter what you send them, wheter it be a "hello" or a "congratulation" to a huge letter telling them step by step on how to become successful, its up to you.

Most CSA"s are inactive these days because they have been overwhelmed and gave it up thinking its to real to be really earning money, and some just give up as soon as they sign up.

Just remember, it's your choice how much information you send to your CSA's.

CSAs and PSAs are often different and needed to be treated differently.

Ninety nine times out of a hundred a PSA will be new to SFI. So they need hand-holding and guidance from the basics.

CSAs come in three groups.

1) Some CSAs will be new and get very little guidance from their sponsor. They should be treated just like your PSAs because they only have you to help them.

2) Some CSAs will be new but getting good guidance from their sponsor. You should offer them the same support and materials as your PSAs but your should not force it on them.

3) Some CSAs will have been in SFI for a while and know quite a lot. In fact, some may have a lot more experience than you. They probably need very little support. Just let them know that you are around to help if needed.

How do you determine which group a CSA falls into? ASK !!

Sure you can determine to a certain extent whether a CSA falls in group 3 by their join date. But don't assume that a CSA that has been around for a year actually knows very much - maybe they've messed around.

But you can never determine whether a CSA falls into group 1 or group 2 without asking.

So ask your CSA how much support he or she is getting from the sponsor and how much he/she has learned about SFI. Then follow up according to the group the CSA falls into. And periodically ask the CSA for more feedback on whether he/she is getting enough support from the sponsor or whether more help from you is required.
