As for me, I treat my CSAs the same way I treat my PSAs when it comes to sending messages. For instance, at the beginning of each week, I send them group messages so as to give them new hints, understanding and encouragement for the new week.

The reason for treating them this way is because, I don't know if their Sponsor is always giving them the same encourage like I do.

However, I don't burden my CSAs with individual e-mails like I do to my PSAs! I personally pick on my PSAs so as to monitor their progress, tell them to do more, and inquire if there is anything they don't understand.

Another best way to get WAVE3 signups is by telling friends what they stand to gain when they ask questions on seeing the WAVE decal on your car. You can also make the vehicle with the car as your profile pictures on social websites, like facebook, twitter, etc.

When friends see this profile picture, they will ask questions or make comment, but don't forget to pass the message to them instantly then.

A new PSA should be advised to set goals with perfect understanding on how to realise them. It's not just about setting goals, but the achievement is also important: so set realistic goals.

However, a new PSA should be advised that when a goal is set, then work will be set in motion, inactivity will be eliminated, and proper and profitable reasoning will be put to play. So, he/she should set a goal so as not to get tired or be indolent on SFI.

A new PSA should outline or draw out how he plans achieving the goal set by the end of the month.

He should also be made to know that if he/she sees that getting close to the expiration of the time set and the goal looks difficult, the Upline should be contacted for necessary advice.
