It's my belief that when all members of a team works together, everyone succeeds!
I, personally, treat all of my PSAs and CSAs equally. We are one team.

Group messaging is extremely effective communication tool. I want my entire team to be aware of, and have access to all my contests, incentives, advice, tips and hints. I also want to share some of the pitfalls I've experienced along the way!

What makes me proud to be an SFI affiliate is the fact that we have created the "Yeah, We Can !" Mindset. This means we find ways to create our Goals and Dreams and put them into Action. Go Around, or Break Obstcles , Find creative ways to have the lifestlye we want. We are in are early 50's and we deserve to relax, have anything we want.

I almost gave up on SFI. What did you do to keep pushing forward?

I don't like to admit that I failed or gave up on anything, so I Keep Going and Think Big, Think Positive. I remind myself that SFI is not a get-rich-quick scheme.

If I gave up, I would feel that I had wasted Time and Money already invested, and if I had stuck it a bit longer, I might have succeeded, but I would never known.

This is one time where you have to be determined. Don't give up ! There are many ways to succeed in SFI - You just have to find your niche that works

First of all Congratulations on becoming a New Team Leader.

My suggestion is to invest and recruit, recruit, and recruit again; it’s a numbers game. There is no "enough" in PSAs. The average dropout rate is 86% for MLM marketing. So, out of 100 PSAs, that leaves you 14.

Building a strong PSA downline is not easy and it is harder to keep people than it is to recruit them.

Keeping you PSAs will give you more time to increase your knowledge and experience

Great Question.

Once you have made contact with PSA prospects, it's important to follow up. You are in sales and provide a service. PSAs are money. Following up with your PSAs is a key component of your success.

There are a number of acceptable ways in which you can follow up with Your PSAs. Different methods work with different situations. The important thing to remember is to follow up in a couple of days. Consistency is key !
