I have just posted a blog exactly on SFI compensation plan a week ago. Let me just tell you how you can really excite a group of people. Discuss each compensation plan and show them the potential of it

1- Direct Commission: Like any marketing job online or offline, SFI gives you direct commission on every sales you generate. Interestingly, it provides you a very high range (more than 67,000) of products which is easy to market.

2- Executive pool bonus: The most huge compensation plan which has a potential to give you financial freedom within few years. But this is a team not an individual effort. So you must keep building a good team

3- Co-Sponsor: This is also a specially designed compensation plan in SFI. Depending on your activity and good work, SFI awards you a group of Co-sponsored affiliates who are sponsored by someone else. But still make 15% of their purchase and also get share from pool based on their activity. So being active gives you earning this way too.

There are a number of ways to earn an income with SFI:

* VersaPoints(VP) are points(shares) you earn for doing a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and continual Actions in your To Do List on your Homepage as well as for purchases you make and sales of products that other people buy. Each VP is worth so much in the Executive Pool.

* Matching VP. Once you become a Team Leader you receive Matching VP on all your EA2 (Executive Affiliates who are EA for at least two months) eg. You earn 1500VP for the Month and all your EA2s earn a total of 12000VP. You would actually be paid a total of 13700VP shares that month.

* 45% Commission Volume (CV) on orders placed by your PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates).

* 45% CV AND all the associated VP on orders placed by your PRMs (Personally Referred Members).

As you can see from the compensation plan, there are multiple ways to earn money and they are related to our Status with SFI... Either being an Affiliate, an Executive Affiliate, an Executive Affiliate 2, or being a Team Leader such as Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. And, these Status are determined by the number of Versa Points (VPs) that we are generating ourselves and through our team during a specific month. Very nice Question Indeed, People are asking for earning before they do work. So presentation of Compensation Plan must be in such a way that they get motivated and excited about working.


I would like to say before showing Comp plan you must show them BENEFIT CHART. So by showing BENEFIT CHART you can give them overview about designation and their benefits like if you will become affiliate then you will not get TC Executive pool share and if you become Team Leader then Matching VP additionally and all that.
So by this they can set their goal.

Now see First of all you can tell them SFI have seven stream of earning. You can go for all or for particular direction. Give example in each subject , that will clear their ideas and understanding.

Great question! The truth is that it becomes easier and simpler for people to put in their best into a business when they know clearly how they can make money from it. Most people don't really understand how the system works and they become discouraged when they see their 1st commission. The first month I emphasize the Executive Pool and collecting Versa points. This gets a person well trained.

The second month it is harder to gain the VP you need but I emphasis getting the free points but I move on to Sponsoring. If in the second month we can recruit 5 or 6 people making EA, then you'll gain on their EA2 status the following month.

Then the third month I emphasize Direct Commissions. The pay check of the first 2 months is pitifully low. If you are going the free route and not investing in advertising and purchases you commonly receive about $0.79 or so. So the Affiliate os a little frustrated and ready, I think, to tackle Direct commissions. Find a useful ebook that gives a good commission and if he sells 3 or four to his downline he is going to double or triple his commissions.

Then in the 4th month I emphasize ECAs both starting your own and recruiting businesses. This will significantly enhance your bottom line and that is what KEEPS affiliates active.

Along with Direct Sales and ECA recruitment I use the $12.00 Gift Cards to recruit direct buyers to TC and I offer some free Gift Cards to any ECA that joins my team from outside SFI.
