I have just posted a blog exactly on SFI compensation plan a week ago. Let me just tell you how you can really excite a group of people. Discuss each compensation plan and show them the potential of it

1- Direct Commission: Like any marketing job online or offline, SFI gives you direct commission on every sales you generate. Interestingly, it provides you a very high range (more than 67,000) of products which is easy to market.

There are a number of ways to earn an income with SFI:

* VersaPoints(VP) are points(shares) you earn for doing a variety of daily, weekly, monthly and continual Actions in your To Do List on your Homepage as well as for purchases you make and sales of products that other people buy. Each VP is worth so much in the Executive Pool.

* Matching VP. Once you become a Team Leader you receive Matching VP on all your EA2 (Executive Affiliates who are EA for at least two months) eg.

Very nice Question Indeed, People are asking for earning before they do work. So presentation of Compensation Plan must be in such a way that they get motivated and excited about working.


I would like to say before showing Comp plan you must show them BENEFIT CHART. So by showing BENEFIT CHART you can give them overview about designation and their benefits like if you will become affiliate then you will not get TC Executive pool share and if you become Team Leader then Matching VP

Great question! The truth is that it becomes easier and simpler for people to put in their best into a business when they know clearly how they can make money from it. Most people don't really understand how the system works and they become discouraged when they see their 1st commission. The first month I emphasize the Executive Pool and collecting Versa points. This gets a person well trained.

The second month it is harder to gain the VP you need but I emphasis getting the free points but I move on to Sponsoring. If in the second month we can recruit 5 or 6 people making EA, then you'll gain on their EA2 status the following month.

SFI is not a system based on the model grid, pyramid or some other type of manipulative modela, he's hierarchical (multilevel) MLM motivational system.

What is it that makes the SFI system motivating type?

- Free education, training, lessons and so on.

- Support and help everyone through the forums, A2A, blog, etc.

- No need pay for a web domain, you get free,

The best way to promote SFI Compensation plan is to tell your group the different streams of Income.

1. Direct Commissions - 45% of CV
2. Co-Sponsor Commissions - 15% of CV
3. TC Executive Pool - How by collecting VPs you earn once you qualify to be an EA.
4. Other Income - Apart from these three main source of income you also have various sources like SFIPPA, ECA Referral etc.
