This is a very good question, we know that this business is based on recruiting affiliates whether for SFI TripleClicks like. After recruiting the affiliates, if there is no follow-up new affiliates come to themselves, which is not done for us out. As their sponsor, regarding the PSAs and co-sponsor we earn commissions on their commercial transactions and it is not nothing. Our role is very important for their development in this business, so for our success in too. Our role is to guide them to success. This is also to respond to their request, their concerns, advise. So to earn lifelong income there is a only way --> making Deep rooted TEAM, Well if you have too many affiliates in your 1st level then that tree will grow much bigger than other. So sponsoring more affiliates will grow up your team very fast and duplication will help you do it. Sponsoring many affiliates will help you for initial commission start up as 45% direct also. As i mentioned in my previous answer, maximum of 10% people get actively involved in this business. It is always preferable to sponsor as many people as you can and never stop from advertising your sponsoring link. You will be lucky enough if you get 10 dynamic PSA's by sponsoring 1000 of them.

Even you can get a contest running for your PSA's and in reward you can reassign few PSA's to them.

Beside this Direct Commissions and Matching Versa Points are more then motivational factors to keep on sponsoring as many people as you can.

This is a good question. In this business, it is important to have many affiliates sponsored by you. The reason for this is, that you are going to find people who are what we call "tire kickers". These are people who think ok I can start for nothing and get rich quickly. Even though this is not the case, once they find out that they are not going to reach their goal of getting rich quick, they leave.

You will find that through the many affiliates you sponsor, there will be some that are actually interested in making their business successful. You will find your "diamonds in the ruff" so to speak. Unfortunately we find that there are more tire kickers out there than there are diamonds, but that doesn't mean that you won't succeed. That just means that you need to work a little harder. Don't give up on any of your PSA's or CSA's even if they are not working. You never know what struggles they are facing, if they are having trouble accessing the internet, or what is going on. Just keep in contact with them, and reach out to them offering your help and assistance. You may be pleasantly surprised one day to see some of your "tire kickers" on your movers list! Don't think it can't happen, it has happened to me!

Remain vigilant, and reach out to your team, until they decide to opt out. Until that time, don't give up!

Sponsoring many affiliates is important because our downline is our main source of income !!
If you are a team leader, you get matching VP from your downline and also from CSAs, who are an EA2 or higher rank !
And you also get 45% CV from your PSAs and 15% from your CSAs !!
so, never stop sponsoring new affiliates.... Mostly, it'll be hard to get good and active EA2s affiliates but keep going and you may have a good active team serving as a good income source !! :)

Thanks for the question. As an SFI affiliate, when you sponsor many affiliates, it means that you are going to earn bigger income from the business. Sponsoring many affiliates that maintains there status, at least EA status means that you can maintain a high ranking team leader status in other to enjoy better benefits from the business.
