Having a larger team has major benefits immediate and long term benefits. The first benefits is self development. You become better as you prepare yourself to handle more responsibility. More affiliates means more questions and more studying to be able to help your team members.
Secondly, your benefit pool increases as you may have more active downlines that add to pool to draw points and earnings from. Remember that recruiting more affiliates talks to duplication, triplication or even more. It helps you be many times over.

2. Be consistent in your communication with them.

4. Show that you care by rewarding those that work and respond to you.
5. Go the extra mile for your downline. Be there before them.
6. Be there for them when they need you. When they have questions, please answer promptly
7. Invite them to forums for topics of interest that may help them.
8. In all your weekly encourage them that they can make it, they are the right people for this business.
9. Finally THANK them for the effort to have taken the time to signup and login to SFI.

People are generally inclined to want to see the evidence of the business we talk about. at times people want to see business cards or dvds for them to believe. Now that there are these silver ounces that are physical and you can show, generally these silver packs will increase their curiosity. That's the opportunity to pitch a come and have look kind of speech. One thing though is that do not hide these packs, make sure they are visible at all times so that people can see and start asking questions. All you will be trying with these is for people to ask a question.

How can you best use your badges (Top 10 Power Rank, E365 Finalist, etc.) to grow your SFI business?

Thanks for such an eye opener. It is true that the more badges you have it becomes more of an inspiration to your downline and creates more trust for others who want to have dealings with you. It's truly awesome when your achievements are for everyone to see.
What is a good goal to shoot for in SFI this year?

The primary goal would be to equip yourself so much better that you become valuable and start making an equivalent salary from SFI when compared to your full time job.
Pace yourself because this is a long distance Marathon. In my case I have a target of 150+ VPS daily that I need to collect.
Second part to my immediate goal is to contact at least five people about my business. Interesting enough I recruit even University graduates that love to go into marketing.
Third part of my immediate goal is get the team members going by inspiring them and sharing with them some of the material that inspires me. But also making them aware that as part of my team you have to report for duty daily. I focus my efforts mostly to those that report for duty daily and do their chores.
Finally, I reward with TCredits at least 10 to most active team members. This goal gets me going beyond my comfort levels so that in attempts to reach my targets I also set an example to those who are watching me work.
Summary:
- Set VP target (work towards it)
- Prospecting (Keep searching partners)
- Motivate your team members
- Reward working team members ( I have recently paid one member 10 TCredits)
The above is one goal broken down in chunks. I hope this helps.
Kind Regards
Emmanuel Sibanda

What's the best incentive to offer new affiliates?

I have discovered something key to get new affiliates to really be glued to SFI. Sell it to them as a Game of points that will actually earn them a dollars for every 500 points they get doubling it as they double their points. By the time they grow tired, then they understand SFI much better and they are ready to go onto auto pilot. People love to have fun. The $1 for 50o Points is so ridiculous that only serious business minded people can explore. Money minded people will not bother. They are even worse because they cannot sustain their performance in your team.
