This is a very good question. My best advice is to never give up on any of your team members. There could be many reasons behind their inactivity. While it is frustrating to put in so much time and effort into trying to help everyone on your team, you will find that you will have those who are called "tire kickers" or those who are looking to "get rich quick" and when they find that this is not the case, they will log out, never to return again. They will send your weekly email to their spam folder and never look back.

This can be quite frustrating! However, we have to continue to try! Why? Because we never know what issues the team member is having. Of course we send letters of encouragement, and offer all of our assistance, but not everyone will ask for help.

Some may log in for the first time and get completely overwhelmed, log out and never look back. There are some that even after getting overwhelmed, they take a break and then come back at a later time. I have also had that happen.

What you can do as a sponsor and/or co-sponsor, is continue to send your weekly communications to your team to motivate, teach, and help your team members giving advice and being supportive. Once a month review your genealogy and see who has not logged in within that month and take a few minutes to send a personal message either by team mail, email, or both. Ask your team member if there is anything that you can do to assist them, explain the importance of logging in and doing daily activities, and offer to answer any questions they may have.

Don't take it personal if they do not get back to you, or if they do not do anything. You need to focus on what you need to do to build your team and your business. While not forgetting about any of your team members, focus more on those who are active. Example, if you have 3 PSA's who are doing nothing, and 2 PSA's who are working their business every day, continue to send out your weekly communications to all 5 of your PSA's, once per month send a personal message to your 3 inactive PSA's, but keep in closer contact with the 2 active PSA's. Maybe sending out letters of congratulations for achieving a goal, or winning a drawing, as well as your weekly support communications.

I use Skype with not only my team members but with other affiliates that I associate with as well. I find that Skype is a great tool for this business, because we can not only have a real time text conversation, but also if necessary we can have a video chat as well. This is a wonderful program that doesn't cost anything to download and use. I tell all of my affiliates that by getting Skype it is the fastest way to get in touch with me.

Skype offers a great way of connecting with your affiliate team. It gives them real time information and it allows you to give them the answers they are looking for quickly rather than them having to wait for an email reply, which could take a few hours to as late as a day. Skype is a great program to allow for open communication with your affiliate team!

Excellent question!

The first thing I do when I get a new PSA is I send out a welcome email to the email address they signed up with. In this email I introduce myself and welcome them to SFI.

Then I explain to them about the to-do list. I advise them to begin with clicking on the Gray Start button at the top right corner of their homepage. This gives them some basic information and leads them to more information.

I advise them to work through the "Getting Started Actions" on their to-do list first. This gets their profile done so that I can see what their goals are and how I can help them. This also ensures that they whitelist SFI so they get my weekly emails. They get the valuable VP needed to reach EA status and it also helps them attain the Fast Track badge and 200 bonus VP.

From there I tell them about the daily tasks and how to go about completing them on a daily basis, and I explain to them about how that can help them with VP. I explain the importance of setting aside a little time each day to do their daily to-do list so they can continue to earn their daily VP.

From there I tell them about the LaunchPad training exercises. I advise them to do only one LaunchPad training per day, so that they don't get overwhelmed by the wealth of information that is offered. I tell them that I would like for them to give SFI an honest chance by giving SFI one full month of daily activities and one LaunchPad lesson per day so they can get as much out of the training as possible without getting overwhelmed and leaving. I have found that if someone takes the training one lesson a day, with daily activities and getting started actions, they tend to stay with SFI because they take the time to learn the business.

Each email I send out has all of my contact information and the offer of assistance if they need it. I also explain that I send out weekly emails so that they are aware of the continuing emails that they will receive from me.

I also tell them that if they give SFI one full month to learn the business then decide that it is not for them, they can contact me and I can give them information to opt-out. The reason I do this is because I want them to feel like they have the option (which they do), and if they do give an honest chance to learn the business then find that for whatever reason it is not for them, they don't feel they have to stay with it and get emails each week that they really don't want.

I have found that this seems to work much better because they know that they are not alone in feeling overwhelmed. It also lets them know that I am there to offer assistance if they need it, and I have gotten several emails asking for help and guidance.

W3 is a one time fee of $1.95 USD for the shipping of the membership kit, then you continually reap the benefits as long as you complete the reactivation at the end of the month. With W3 you get 5 TCredits free each month, 50 MRP free each month, exclusive member only specials, a free song downlaod each month, and the opportunity to earn unlimited TCredits and MRP by referring new members.

With SBuilder Co-op, you can purchase 1 unit for $24.00 USD (if you place it on a standing order you save 8%). With the SBuilder co-op you are getting 5MRP, 280 VP, and you are placed in SFI's co-op which gives you PSA's which builds your team, and in turn builds your business and your income.

With any Co-op or any recruits, you will get "tire kickers", while SFI doesn't guarantee how few or how many PSA's you will get, and of course they can't guarantee how active those PSA's will be, but don't get discouraged. I personally have both W3 and SBuilder and I couldn't be happier. Since I do not have any experience in things such as advertising, and Co-Ops, I leave it to SFI to do it for me because they know what their doing!

There are a few things that are important for new affiliates to do as soon as they log in for the first time. They need to first look at the Basics and Start Here tabs under their name. This will give them a better idea of what SFI is all about and how they can benefit from starting this business. Then they need to look at their to-do list and begin with the getting started section.

They can look over their to-do list and see the various tasks that need to be done, and the intermediate section can be done as well. One thing I see all too often that should be discouraged is, going through the LaunchPad training in one day. This does not benefit them at all. I suggest to my new affiliates that they do the LaunchPad one lesson per day. This is how it was designed to be done, and if done this way the affiliate doesn't get overwhelmed and end up quitting.

Another important thing is communication with their sponsor and co-sponsor. In the beginning we all have questions, and are unsure where to find answers. Communicating with their upline, they are sure to get answers they are looking for.

Lastly, they need to take the time to read the information! Rushing through does them no good. I find that if I read something that I'm not quite sure on, I ask questions and get clarification. There is a wealth of information and it can begin to feel overwhelming, if this happens it's time to take a break and come back I a little while with a clear mind. Most important Don't give up!

This is a good question. However there is no easy answer. We are not able to force anyone into being active in SFI. We can only do our very best to help them see what an amazing opportunity they have and how they can make the best of it.

I personally send out a welcome email to ALL of my team. As soon as I have a new PSA or a new CSA I go to my Genealogy and pull up their Affiliate Snapshot. From this information I get to see if they have filled out their affiliate profile, confirmed their email address, and many other things.

I start with the checklist and the very first thing I do is send out a personal welcome email. I don't send this to their TeamMail, I send this to the email address they signed up with. Why? If they are just tire kickers, or just curious, they won't usually log back into their homepage. Therefore, they would not get the message I sent. By sending the email to their registered email account, you stand a better chance of them seeing the email.

Every week continue to send out a team email to all of your team members giving advice, support, praise, and sharing your own success with your team. Your dormant affiliates may see this and begin to think about how they can have your success.

I also suggest that at least once per month you go through your Genealogy and send a personal email to each of your team members who have not been active that month. Ask them if there are any questions they have, if there is any problems that you may be able to help with, show them that you are there to help them succeed.

Now this won't always work, as we all know there are those out there that no matter what we do they will not become active, but you may be surprised at how many turn around and become some of your best affiliates.

Always remember to treat your affiliate team with respect, courtesy, and always be open and honest with them. If you are asked a question and are not sure of the answer, don't tell them something that isn't true or something that you are not sure of. Always do your best to find out the answer for them. Remember that you succeed when they succeed!

My greatest challenge I have found is building my team. In order to overcome this, I started one month with a standing order for 125 TCredits. I was not yet aware of the S-Builder co-op being available for purchase using TCredits. Then one month I did some research on S-Builder to see how much just 1 unit would be? I figure if I can start with one unit, it will give me a good beginning. This is when I found that I could purchase S-Builder one unit for 160 TCredits! I wS ecstatic because I have a very strict budget and I really couldn't afford to add another amount of any kind to my current standing order. So I have been purchasing one unit of S-Builder Co-op ever since, and my team is building.

Now is where I began to get discouraged. Many of the new PSA's I was getting were what we call tire kickers. They sign up because they think they will get rich quick, then find out it takes some work on their part and it takes time, and they leave. Not opt out or anything just log out and never come back. I still keep in touch with each and everyone of them, I try to get them interested in building their business, but I can only do so much. I have to remind myself that it is nothing that I am doing wrong, they just are not ready. So I continue to work on my business and helping my team in every way possible.

This is an excellent question. However, I cannot say that an affiliate will make any substantial gain in their first month. In order to build their business, I first suggest to my affiliates, that they need to complete their "getting started" actions on their to-do list. This will ensure that they have a good foundation to start with. I also recommend that they do at least 1 but no more than 2 LaunchPad readings per day. This way they learn what they need, but do not get overwhelmed and run.

I explain the importance of communication with their upline, this will ensure that if they have any questions they know they have an avenue to get them answered. It is in your best interest to keep in touch with your upline and your down line.

Fast track is a sure fire way to make sure that your new affiliate makes EA their first month. Therefore allowing them the benefits that come along with it. If your new affiliate makes 500 VP within their first 24 hours, SFI matches that with an additional 500 VP. Therefore they only need an addition 500 to make EA status which can be easily done with their daily to-do list, getting started actions, purchases, and sales.

I would not suggest that you try to sugar coat it for your affiliates and make them think that they are going to make a whole lot of money in their first month, because when this does not happen, they will stop working completely, and they will not recommend the opportunity to others, instead they will talk negatively about the business. Word of mouth advertising is one of the best and fastest methods and negative advertising goes much faster.

Be supportive of your new affiliates, and offer them assistance. Communication is key! Let them know that while they will not get rich quickly, with time and effort they can become very successful! Their income depends on their actions! If they put in the work, they can earn what they would like. Lead by example! Build your down line, and teach them how to do the same! If you teach your affiliates good communication, they will have good communication with their down line affiliates and in turn everyone succeeds!

This is a good question. In this business, it is important to have many affiliates sponsored by you. The reason for this is, that you are going to find people who are what we call "tire kickers". These are people who think ok I can start for nothing and get rich quickly. Even though this is not the case, once they find out that they are not going to reach their goal of getting rich quick, they leave.

You will find that through the many affiliates you sponsor, there will be some that are actually interested in making their business successful. You will find your "diamonds in the ruff" so to speak. Unfortunately we find that there are more tire kickers out there than there are diamonds, but that doesn't mean that you won't succeed. That just means that you need to work a little harder. Don't give up on any of your PSA's or CSA's even if they are not working. You never know what struggles they are facing, if they are having trouble accessing the internet, or what is going on. Just keep in contact with them, and reach out to them offering your help and assistance. You may be pleasantly surprised one day to see some of your "tire kickers" on your movers list! Don't think it can't happen, it has happened to me!

Remain vigilant, and reach out to your team, until they decide to opt out. Until that time, don't give up!
