This question is fundamental, since many people coming into this business, asked that their sponsor. In me concerne I say yes. In fact, the key to success is duplication: recruiting downline. Anyone who wants to succeed in this business without investing any money has no choice but to recruit downline and also train as it says in the business: the quantity and not the quantity. He who masters the art of recruiting and sponsoring both well his team is poised to succeed in this business. Succeed in this business without investing money is possible but difficult. It takes time and a lot of sacrifice in the effort. Anyone who does not want to spend a single penny and succeed in this business should be based on a strong and active team that really needs to recruit préalaple in free ad sites. Then we will have to train so they maintinnent every month at least in the Executive Affiliate status. We can build to the limit of at least 05 or more properly trained on which we can rely for progress. Thus, each month you'll get no problem to reach the minimum of 1500 VersaPoints necessary to keep its position as EA
In summary, to succeed in this busines without investing money is to recruit, recruit, recruit, and never get tired of recruiting. Of course after recruit must properly train his team. It is in this business we understand better that unity is strength.

This is the big question that almost everyone has when they join SFI so it is good to have an answer ready for them!

What I do is I, first, go over very quickly what an affiliate would hope to achieve, at minimum, each month to grow their SFI business from month to month. (It doesn't hurt to send them to the 3 Step Plan: https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics3Steps) That is, achieve & maintain executive affiliate rank from your first month on, preferably trying to earn at least 500 Versa Points on their first day so that they are rewarded with 500 extra Versa Points and, probably a few extra CSAs as well (I received 6 & so have Fast Track members in my downline). Giving them a quick overview can sometimes make the program less intimidating for them & the tasks ahead, less daunting.

Then I refer them to Pratik's thread in the forum about how you can earn 1,500 VPs each month, without having to spend money. If you do this yourself, you will just need to make them aware of the recent changes regarding earning VPs for reviewing digital products, as you can't earn them for ebooks any longer...they would need to plan better and purchase other products & wait a longer period of time to submit the reviews that would earn them VPs, so it would be imperative that they not wait until the last week of the month.

I also have a list of free advertising resources that I give to members of my team, both PSAs & CSAs. New members without money to spend should focus on completing all of the tasks on their to-do lists that they are eligible to complete & all of their Launch Pad lessons & to focus on recruiting members to their SFI & Triple Clicks teams.

If they can stay the course for 3-4 months, sign in every day, complete their to do list, try earn extra VPs via the Daily Grand Drawing, the PTP game, Ask SC...whatever free resource to earn VPs that they can avail themselves of so that they can at least not lose any ground (lose EA status) while they build a downline using free advertising resources, they should be making enough to pay for a standing order just from their SFI earnings within a few months & then the sky is the limit from there.

It can be tough staying positive when it doesn't seem like you are going anywhere, but you really are...you sign up & before you know it, 4 months have passed & you are no longer struggling & it will feel like it all happened in the blink of an eye. Stay focused & stay busy! It's worth it!

SFI provides equal opportunity to each and every person and it's your choice either you invest money or time.
It may take time to get success without investment, but in a long run time dedicated by you will fetch you more fruit's then monetary investment.
If you devote 1hr. daily to SFI ,in my opinion ,it's more valuable then investing money.Dedicated 1 hr. daily and go through all the training material provided by SFI for free and trying to implement, whatever you have learned in your Launchpad lesson's and all other training material.
Building team is the key and even impotent is to guide your team achieve success.Always be available to your team members and have there interest in your mind first. More successful your team is , more successful you are.

A most asked question in any business and the answer in SFI is just build your Team. Team building is the ultimate key to success in SFI.
As i am such a member, who is now well successful in SFI with no investment, i can assure you that team is the only key. I started my SFI and went to became EA in the first month. Then went through the different training materials and started building team without looking at money in the early stage. After few days i found i have 5 superb PSAs with me and they earn me enough money to be Team Leader easily only with matching points.

SO the suggestion is..
1. Builds a team of at least 5 active PSAs with free advertising
2. Do not get worried if you are little slow because the income will suddenly grow
3. Keep doing FREE advertising by following the training in SFI training material

Anyone can get started for free. And there's no time limit on how fast you become an EA, but unless they are a seasoned marketer who knows their way around, education comes first then money. So they should take the time to learn all they can first then as they learn they will start to "get it."

The most wonderful thing about SFI isn't how much money you can make, which can be substantial. It's the training you receive and the repetitive way it's delivered which gives you a lifelong habit of doing all the right things to make money once you're ready.

Whether they stay or not, or whether they pay or not, isn't yours to teach. It's already being done by this beautiful system. All you need to do is invite, encourage, and inspire. If they don't get it now, they may come back later and perhaps if you're a good sponsor they will come back to you, and like the old saying goes, if you love something, let it go and if it's truly yours it will come back.

The best answer to "How to be successful without investing any money" is change your mindset and invest some money. Put time and effort into earning and allotting money for this business.

What is success? Surely not what most BTL's earn when they don't invest any money? All businesses depend on the exchange of money or physical objects or services.

When you think small, you invest small. When you invest small, it is usually in all areas, such as time, effort, imagination, creativity, and money.

Do you want your team to follow what you are doing? Then keep doing what you are already doing. Teach them to get by spending no money, taking little steps that will get them to the minimum goal, never trying to upgrade their status.

Teach them not to buy products, that's OK with you, you just get most of your SFI commission through what they buy. And you are not investing and buying anyway. Never mind that your sponsor is also giving up his commission on anything you are not buying.

Think of what your responsibilities are here at SFI and stop convincing others to go the s-l-o-w way that takes so much effort that they will surely quite before they see success in any true sense of the word.

This answer to this question is that it’s possible especially for the few who are very good in using free advertising to their advantage. They get non-affiliates to buy things from TripleClicks and get the VP attached to the products. But for the most of us, this is not possible. We may talk about minimizing cost but cannot cut out investing. This is because the most successful advertising channels that won’t consume our time require some financial investment.

On a different note, why shouldn't you want to invest in a business you intend to build a regular income from? If most people think the way you think and will not want to buy from TripleClicks, how do you get any income from the TripleClicks Executive Pool? Most people I introduce TripleClicks to want to know if I've been able to successfully make purchases from the store. How do you expect to convince others to do what you don’t think is important to do? One of the things we are taught in the Launchpad lessons (https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/Day14) and in the SFI Rules of success (https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/ROSYourStore) is to treat TripleClicks as our store and make purchases from it.

I believe every affiliate who intends to really build a business with SFI should have a Standing Order. I know many people don’t have the means to do so (Paypal or credit Card), but as soon as you obtain you TripleClicks MasterCard, you should set up an SO of at least 1500 VP. Most of us make our income from Direct Commissions from the purchases of our PSAs and PRMs. If we expect them to keep doing this, then we must lead by example and do that first. Your team members will want to emulate the example you set and nothing is as beautiful as they checking your affiliate snapshot and seeing you have an SO of at least 1500 VP. I haven’t seen anyone who is really successful in SFI who doesn't have an SO of at least 1500 VP. Even the very successful ones like Fabrizio Perotti and Giuseppe Francavilla who could easily become PTLs without spending a dime, still have SOs. The reason is simple; you have to lead by example.

Of course we are all here to make money and it will be foolish to go on spending without a plan to really build your business. But whether it is maintain our EA status or investing in advertising, rather than thinking about not investing, we should think about maximizing our investment!

First of all, I would have the affiliate read all of the LaunchPad training and all of the other training materials cited in the VP Ledger. Second, I would encourage affiliates to sponsor, refer TC members and duplicate what you do. Eventually affiliates will realize that, like in any business, time and money have to be invested. How else can you receive income from the TC Pool unless you and everyone else purchase from your own store instead of from other stores?
