This is a very good question in the sense that any new affiliate that is part falls on a ton of pages that must be read. He does not know where to start and finally found the concept too difficult for him and more than half of new entrants leave even before actually starting. The point that I give to new is to read a lot during their first month. As they say in the business: "Readers are Leaders". Especially the new member must soak the realities of the concept by reading carefully LaunchPads 30 to 02 lessons per day maximum and the heading: "SFI BASICS" to acquire certain reflexes in e-marketing. And he knows that this is a concept in which wealth comes with time and hard work that provides day to day. It is therefore understandable that success in this business is based on the duplication. Armed with this information the new members working in this direction and the financial benefits surely follow.

This is an excellent question. However, I cannot say that an affiliate will make any substantial gain in their first month. In order to build their business, I first suggest to my affiliates, that they need to complete their "getting started" actions on their to-do list. This will ensure that they have a good foundation to start with. I also recommend that they do at least 1 but no more than 2 LaunchPad readings per day. This way they learn what they need, but do not get overwhelmed and run.

I explain the importance of communication with their upline, this will ensure that if they have any questions they know they have an avenue to get them answered. It is in your best interest to keep in touch with your upline and your down line.

Fast track is a sure fire way to make sure that your new affiliate makes EA their first month. Therefore allowing them the benefits that come along with it. If your new affiliate makes 500 VP within their first 24 hours, SFI matches that with an additional 500 VP. Therefore they only need an addition 500 to make EA status which can be easily done with their daily to-do list, getting started actions, purchases, and sales.

I would not suggest that you try to sugar coat it for your affiliates and make them think that they are going to make a whole lot of money in their first month, because when this does not happen, they will stop working completely, and they will not recommend the opportunity to others, instead they will talk negatively about the business. Word of mouth advertising is one of the best and fastest methods and negative advertising goes much faster.

Be supportive of your new affiliates, and offer them assistance. Communication is key! Let them know that while they will not get rich quickly, with time and effort they can become very successful! Their income depends on their actions! If they put in the work, they can earn what they would like. Lead by example! Build your down line, and teach them how to do the same! If you teach your affiliates good communication, they will have good communication with their down line affiliates and in turn everyone succeeds!

Great question!

I'm not sure how possible it is for anyone to actually have a good financial return their very first month even if they do everything perfectly & recruit all of the right people; new sign-ups should expect a delay of at least a couple of months before they see any true financial gain.
I don't say this to be negative, I say that so that no one reading this will set themselves up for disappointment & give up if they don't make a lot of money their first month. SFI specifically states that they are not "get rich quick". But at the same time, SFI is like no other company on the internet today. It has been around for almost 15 years. It is a BBB A+ rated company. There are virtually 1000's of new sign-ups each & every day because it's a true business which offers goods & services that people actually use. If you are patient, consistent & persistent you will be awarded generously as time goes on.
If you plug any two numbers into the earnings calculator, here: https://www.sfimg.com/PopUp/EarningsCalculator, you will see that no matter what you do, it takes about six months for your own account & the accounts of those in your downline to "mature" enough before you start seeing any real financial gain, but then from 1 year on, you really see a significant boost in your income!
I think the best thing to do when you first start is to give yourself the best foundation possible. If you have an extra hour or two on your first day, try to do as many Launch Pad lessons as you can (really read them!) and complete as much of your to-do list as you can to at least earn 500 Versa points, because if you earn 500 VPs in your first 24 hours, SFI will match that & give you 500 more as a "Fast Track" award & then you will be able to rank as an Executive Affiliate for FREE and for SURE your very first month here. That will buy you the time you need to learn he ropes about recruiting & duplication for the coming months so that you can maintain your EA rank as easily & with as little financial hardship as possible in the coming months.
1.) Rank EA 2.) Read & Learn 3.) Put what you've learned to use. Maintain EA rank or above. 4.) Recruit & duplicate.

Very recently I came across with a fresh SFI affiliate and even today he is not a week old in SFI. And I am impressed by his progress and am sure he will make a handsome commission in his very 1st month.
Getting 1500 vp and becoming EA is not tough in 1st month or you can say it's very easy to become EA 1st month.
The boy won few tcredits from ttime draw and tried his luck in PTP. Fortunately he won one PTP and used those tcredits in one of the CSA auctions and he won 100 CSA's.Again next day he won 1 more auction of CSA's. Now he have good no. of CSA's in his team and he is focusing on sponsoring few PSA's and PRM's.
But if 10% of CSA's get active in his team , his commissions can be a good one in 1st month itself.
Fortune favored him but it was easy to get overwhelmed and go for some Feature Auctions, but the boy decided to go for CSA auctions and won 2 of them.
For me this is the best way to ensure a good financial return in there first month.

Very good question indeed !!
An affiliate MUST focus on to ensure a good financial return in their first month.
At the beginning they might be expecting more what they may get actually, so ,a good financial returns can hold their position in SFI.
When they advertise in the beginning of their days in SFI, their affiliates would like to know how SFI has helped them. So, earnings of 1st month can be a good proof..
Financial earnings can give an SFI affiliate a good boosted start up in E365, ranks, etc..
And they can get good encouraging startup in their business which can help achieve success !!

Firstly, an affiliate should build a sound knowledge of how the organisation is run by reading all there is to know about SFI one step at a time. Furthermore, through advertising, he will get downlines who, when properly groomed would make the duplication of their business, which is one of the best ways of making money. Very good question. First i suggest to my affiliates, that they need to complete their "getting started" actions on their to-do list for to do more points with first step. I cannot say that an affiliate will make any substantial gain in their first month. I also recommend that they do the formation and to learning all days with Launchpad, Forum and the Sponsor. First thing you have to do is get your own ship in order. That is, earn EA status. Then you can start building your team. Then you can tell those affiliates that you sponsor, this is how you do it, and teach them to earn EA and recruit. Because you do that, you can show them by example. Its a lot easier to lead from the front with a "do as I do" attitude than a "do as I say, not as I do" attitude.

Your focus should be on generating as many VP as You can, be it from Your To Do List, Launch Pads, purchases of T Credits, generation of Sales of Triple Clicks Products, purchases of Triple Clicks products You may wish for Your own use, and Sponsoring of PSA's, and also perhaps winning some CSA's on the Auction on Triple Clicks; AND, setting up Standing Orders for those products or items which will generate
1500VP for You every month. Also, don't leave out the S-Builder standing order, as it will be of considerable help with sponsoring new affiliates.
